Switched to here after being told they’re great customer service and willing to do payment plans with someone struggling on they’re own . All wrong the customer service was awful after booking the appointment I was told it was wrong and blaming the patient for the mess up. People like myself cannot afford to take the time off work for these appointments that you will not help someone with. Terrible. I will be going back to eyes on lacewood never had one problem with them like I have here. So disappointed in this “medical faculty”. Nothing but a $ to these drs. Highly recommend not wasting your time.

The staff was very friendly and organized. Dr Denman was very patient and welcoming and listened to what I had to say. Jessica at reception was also very helpful, and patiently answered a lot of my admin related questions. I had a great experience overall.

I love, love, love my neuro lenses. I have had headaches every day since my concussion two years ago. With my new lenses, my headaches were gone in 3 days. (I still have them occasionally.) When I tried my old sunglasses on, I actually saw double images. I'm getting neuro sunglasses now. The service here is excellent, quick to get an appointment, very helpful with my questions. Dr. Debley was wonderful with advice for my CONCUSSION eyes.

Post concussion, I was struggling to find help for my symptoms for 5 months. I discovered Dr. Miriam Debly, who has a special interest in addressing concussion symptoms. Dr. Debly offered many helpful suggestions, that were not offered by other health practitioners up to that point. However, I was still struggling, so she tested me and found out that I was a candidate for Neurolens glasses. These have been the single most helpful intervention (of many) that I have tried. Two days after putting them on, there was a DRAMATIC improvement in my ability to function. I highly recommend Dr. Debly and FYIdoctors for your eye care.

Dr. Debly has honestly changed my post-concussion life. I've seen her for my last two injuries, and her advice and Neuro-lense technology has given me my life back. Severe headaches, eye pain, crippling dizziness and imbalance, even my sound sensitivity have all decreased to near non-existence thanks to these Neuro-lenses and her compassionate care. I can not recommend her highly enough if you suffer from Post-concussion Syndrome and double vision. (And trust me, if you've had a concussion there's a surprisingly high chance you have double vision) I've also seen her at the family vision clinic/ FYI doctors on Portland St.

Family Vision took my call and squeezed my husband in, within just a few hours making the call. My husband's eye had become infected and the team at Family Vision were kind and caring, and quick to treat and then prescribe medication. I would highly recommend this office for their superior customer service, follow up and patient well being.

This place is absolutely great, and the staff is so nice! I had my CL training done with Denise and it was great. She was so sweet and so patient! I’ve had glasses for about 6 years and I would definitely say that this is my favourite place.

I went to see Dr Miriam Debly because of markedly decreased screen tolerance secondary to chronic fatigue syndrome. She is so helpful and I had an extensive evaluation. She prescribed Neurolens glasses for me and they have been life changing. Dr Debly is so knowledgeable and kind and supportive. She is at the forefront of optometry in this area and also deals with post concussion symptoms and migraines. I can’t recommend her enough if you suffer from these symptoms. I have recommended her to several of my friends already! The service at the clinic is friendly and helpful. There is an excellent selection of frames and the prices are reasonable. Excellent experience and customer service! They have a wonderful selection of frames to choose from. My eye exam was well organized and educational. The optician Sharla helped me choose a frame that fit well and worked for my prescription. They arrived quicker than expected and I'm very happy with my purchase. I will totally be coming back for sunglasses and any future exams. Also, they let me bring my dog in which is nice 🙂

Amazing experience getting my new glasses made from them. They have a very good testing facility and the people are very welcoming. Doctors and other staff especially Jinal helped me a lot in choosing lenses that works best for my case since I spend more than 10 hours a day using computer screen. I highly recommend them to everyone, its like a one stop shop for everything eye related.

Dr.Debly has gone above and beyond with with my vision needs for years. I have challenging vision issues and Dr.Debly as always been thorough and accommodating. Dr. Debly and the team at the Lacewood location are AMAZING! I have phobias with eye drops and have been fussy with my glasses, but.... Everytime I go there they all look for ways to work with me and treat me with dignity, respect, kindness and patience. I exchanged my glasses 2x and each time they asked me questions, looked at options and got me what I wanted and needed in the end. When I went for an exam, they did a variety of eye pictures to see if they could avoid giving me the drops that dilate my eyes for hours that make me panic. They talk with soothing, patient tones and make the whole experience very comfortable. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Debly and her team for an overall enjoyable experience.

I have been a patient of Dr Debly for many years and have received excellent care and support. Recently I have been struggling with dry eyes and Dr Debly has been amazing at working through this complex issue and stuck with me until we found a treatment that worked. My dry eyes had become life impacting and Dr Debly provided ongoing support and I am happy to say that my eyes are so much better and I don’t have my work day impacted and I can read books again. Wonderful location. The staff are warm and friendly. The environment is very comfy and clean with a huge selection of frames. They're also kid-friendly and make a trip to the Eye Doctor's exciting
