I am so disappointed. Has the chef changed? This is the 2nd delivery that was very poor. It has always been great previously. When i work hard all month and i look forward to having a break from the kitchen i want consistency and that hasn't happened twice now. Starter, main course, naan was bloody awful.

Been coming here for years but recently had a bad experience. Rather than fix it, the scruffy boy with the stupid haircut chose to tell me to get lost so they clearly don't care about our £80 per month that we will know spend elsewhere.

Have had so many amazing food deliveries from here over the years but now JUST 1 STAR FOOD HYGEINE SO NEVER AGAIN, NO EXCUSE BILASH, FEEL SICK RIGHT NOW.

Used to be the best Indian in Blackburn and Darwen. Not sure if the Chef has changed but I've been going here for over 12 years and tonight it just wasn't the same. Biryani had hardly any flavour, samosas have changed to what seem to be store bought ones, chicken wings arrived as a piece of chicken and a wing with a bit of leg. So basically got less meat. Really disappointed as it was always my favourite.

I used to order from here on a regular basis but tonight I made an order for delivery for 4 people. Ordered poppadoms and 4 main meals with naan bread. They didn't bring The poppadoms. I rang and they said they were sorry and would either deliver them in 15-20 mins (as a starter too late) or I could have free poppadoms and chutney etc next time. I said that's ok I'll have the poppadoms in 15 minutes and chuck a bag of chips in and he said, that's fine but it will be £1.50! Hang on, it's your mistake not mine!! Argued with me. I was NEVER gonna get a bag of chips for free. It's not about the chips it's the principle, your mistake and for 1.50 your prepared to lose a good customer when it's your fault. Well, that's the last time I order from Bilash! 20 minutes and we still have no poppadoms. And to make matters worse my husband gave a £3.50 tip to the driver! You've lost a good customer.

Just moved into the area and tried this palce twice now. Food is decent and the portion sizes are good.

Being new to the area we are trying to find new and delicious take aways. We thought we'd give Bilash a try. First of all the poppadoms, dips and onion bhaji were amazing..! The onions with cucumber was new and was really fresh. The hot dip was beautiful and I couldn't get enough. On to the mains of a Korma for the wife and a Tikka Massala for myself. They looked good, smelled great but drastically failed the taste test! I was so disappointed! The Korma barely tasted like a Korma, the flavour was so weak I could just about make it out. The Massala tasted of absolutely nothing which I found really odd because it looked and smelled like it was going to be great. The chicken was cooked really well in both dishes, even had slightly charred edges which I love but the sauces just really let it down. As the starters were so good I may give this place another try at some point and I'll collect rather than get it delivered due to it being massively late, but this time around unfortunately it just bitterly disappointed me. Gutted. Since my review I've done some research and it's highly possibly that the onions may have stripped my palette before trying the curry. I'll place another order and see how that goes....

Great Service, Great Prices, Fantastic Food our go to Indian Takeaway never had a bad dish yet. The Missus absolutely raves about the Veg Curry & if she's happy Life is good 🙂🙂🙂

Been going here for over 20yrs. Formerly called the Honey Garden. Polite staff cooking in an open kitchen and the food is fantastic. Would have got 5 stars but it took me 15 years to find out that they had loyalty reward cards. 😉

Used to have billash a couple of times a week... Its gone terrible.. Have they changed the chef....

Order all time from here but tonight food was rubbish took ages to come curry very watery very little will not be ordering again

I used to order a couple of times a week from Bilash it was the best for years, I think its changed hands now last few orders have been terrible, hard and rubbery chicken in a sloppy sauce part cold delivered by an angry delivery driver :-(
