The Mcdonald on the jallandher Pathankot highway is a place for which the travellers drive extra to halt and grab a meal in very exotic ,guest friendly, high tech order kiosks and spacious settings. It is a free standing fast food centre with a drive through facility. It is one of those places where Mac caffe is also available which is a new addition to a chosen few McD joints. Vegetarians have as many choices as the non veg lovers have. I love the wraps which are very indian in taste ,rich in ingredients and filling as a meal. Slowly McDs are moving towards serving the orders on the tables which is a shift from its previous "Appe Chakko,Appe Khao" way of service. Huge parking area makes it convenient to park and dine in. Ample parking and lots of space available inside MacD. The washrooms were clean as well. Kids were busy enjoying the slides and games. ordering via app experience was nice and the staff was very cooperative. Food ordered was of great taste and we enjoyed a lot.

Good Place to have a meal while travelling on Jalandhar-Pathankot Highway. I don't know why but the place holds a special place in my heart. Feels mesmerized by seeing the atmosphere over there. And a beautiful girl, that I saw who came in a Porsche with her Dad. And the Railway Track is also opp to the Mcd.

Mcdonalds has done it , via updating the menu it's back in the game food was 10 times better than before. The staff was very polite trained and quick we had an amazing experience. I would give 5 star for staff, food and overall experience . Keep it up good job.

She is so polite in nature , does all the formalities by her own I've never seen such helpful staff in any other hospital.

As usual Mc Donald experience. This is place is best if you are travelling from Pathankot towards Chandigarh or Jalandhar. Items ar served very fast hence it saves time on the go. Just one problem as milk tea of coffee is not served here.

Most of the services like food quality, cleanliness, staff behavior is satisfactory. Only issue is lack of dustbins outside at parking area, noticed many people buying at drive through ,having their meals inside the car at car parking , but there is only one dustbin whish is not easily accessible Suggest McDonald's to increase number of dustbins in the parking area.

Today I visited this location . The service was so bad… we order 2 sandwich …they way it was prepared was not at all good. It was way to much spicy ….. even after communicating to the crew in the front they were giving silly excuses, rather than giving any apology. This is not a good customer service. Crew needs to more professional in terms of service to their people. We would like to be contacted by their manager or supervisor. Not good place , no one listen to guests.

Today I visit during lunch time it was rush time no doubt I found team of 3 management with 2 cashier in front line but all of them seems puzzled even they don't know whom come first which customer come later sometimes cashier using pos sometimes supervisor doing her job... Two customers come after me but they take their order before me. I got my order correctly but it's take extra time. They should focus on customer service.
