    On 7/27/2021 at around 215am , Bringing my brother to your hospital cost us his LIFE! He was referred to a tertiary hospital from a primary hospital within the area BUT WAS DENIED SERVICE during the most critical times that he needed it. The Staff were asking for an endorsement and a phone call from the referring hospital before bringing the patient in. Is that really more important than attending to a dying patient? Protocols and policies vs saving lives??? They made us wait for a good 20-30 minutes without even looking at my brother who clearly was struggling for breath. Not until your staff were informed that my brother stopped breathing in the vehicle then your staff started to rush to him and attempted reviving him. Too late of an attempt to provide service. And guess what for “those not so helpful” attempt my brother DIED. The agony doesnt end there, we were asked to pay 23K for a VERY DELAYED SERVICE!! Is that your standard of practice??? What a shame!!! Let me settle everything and I will get back to you with whatever I have!!! Be prepared with your lame excuses!

    last night is such a terrible experience ..i went to the ER last night after experiencing a difficulty of breathing... i was patiently waiting for my ..because there are so many patients I asked the nurse if they can accommodate me if not i will just go home and visit my doctor in the morning, they say they are already calling my doctor... after 2hrs of waiting (i went there around 10pm) they bought me to they x ray room, then a blood was taken for cbc test. then so on... what i cant understand, they say im a high risk because Im a severe asthmatic but after giving me the med, they bring the wheel chair outside the ER, and its past 12am already and letting me wit their.. exposing me to all the ppl outside... and I am paying... this is not a public hospital.. we are paying every single thing they gave me... is this FAIR... worst experience ever.. even the nurse was telling me that I should be thankful that I was given a firt aid... but they are not compassionate enough to understand how i felt and also the new ER doctor... if they don't have a place to put their patient then tell them so that they can go home or transfer to a different hospital....

    If i can put no stars it must happen for poor Service and stupid staff. The staff in this hospital is so stupid. For what ever the reason you must wait for bulk patient to put dextrose? Is that a reasonable excuse of someone to be admitted for dehydration? Patient waited 5 hours yet nothing was done. We paid for the service that was not given to us. Hospital must be ashamed for the staffs. Is I must detailed what happen it will be long but the stupid nurses knows it. I will detailed it in the court, maybe after my wife recoved

    We got appointment by 2pm for Internal Medicine - Cardiology Doctor came around 4pm late for 2 hours. His co Doctor chat for too long hour, many patient waiting for long hour check up for special elderly patients 😔😢.

    We paid more than 9k staying in your ward room last July. Your hospital overcharged us! Weve been trying to coordinate with billing to get a refund, we already submitted all documents to billing (Ms. mildred), we've been calling almost everyday just to get an update, its SEPTEMBER NOW and still we havent receive our refund. We paid for your employees error and now your giving us hardtime to get our money back!, weve been patient long enough! Can someone send us an email or call us?

    Some issues with this hospital is the street where it is located is littered with dogs and their poop. don’t eat in their canteen. There is a saying that hospital food is expensive but in that hospital it’s triple the price. I ate there with only one viand and two rice that costs me 120 of our pesos. They beat the price of Jollibee and other fast food chain. Isa pa sobrang sungit ng mga tindera sa canteen nila. Kung makatingin sa kostumer eh prang wala silang pera. Nagpaload din ako sa kanila which hindi dumating yung pinaload ko. Sana baguhin yan ng EAC kase ok na sana ospital kaso kung may mga ganyang service eh bale wala din

    Very good hospital to fulfill most of your medical needs. Expirenced technician, doctors almost all on the top of their fields, friendly staffs and well equipped laboratory are the shining features of the hospital.

    If you have another hospital in your list of medical care, try that other hospital first. The lab staff and lab results here are in control and very well accurate. It's the treatment that I'm having trouble comprehending. No wound care SOP, E.R. has only one highly intensive bed and most patients get moved to wards on the third to fifth floor. Baby emergencies are not really something they can provide especially when most on call staff are ER, GP for adults.

    Repetitive processing of HMO even though it has already been approved, Doctors/Secretaries not providing Estimated Time of Arrival. It's either very late or won't show up at all, Incorrect time provided for release of Lab Results. Really bad hospital experience. Please work on your process.

    We came here at 5am due to stomach ache and I was received in the ER. Got admitted right away in ER, and got attended by the Resident Surgeon. She explained well everything in the way we can understand it. The doctor and nurse are also very kind and accommodating. Though I was not able to get some procedure (ultrasound), she gave me the medications I need and made sure I feel better before she allowed me to be discharged.

    A fair judgement.... Accommodating staff and nurse, althought there is a lady in the Emergency Room who's quite an A-hole. Needs to have a coordination between the day and night duty nurses in terms of the patient's conditions.

    Very poor service.. i will not recommend this hospital to anyone, patient is already on 2 days of confinement.. until now there is no doctor going around??? Secondly, nurse on duty, doesn't even know what is volume per volume replacement????

    Very disappointed of how they handle their communication for costumer service like i've already sent messages to set an appointment through messenger, email, and through text and there's no response at all.
