    Total waste of time. Very unhelpful and slow staff; there's 7 customer's service desk but only two staffs. The other 4 just roam around and tell the customer to scan the QR code, really? do you need 4 people to do that? The only one who's reliable is the security guard.

    Time consuming! Spent 3 hrs for customer service, some took 4hrs for them to accommodate. Most clients were mad and disappointed because of the waiting time. We return again because the sim was not working. We went back on a weekday because we think it might be faster but unfortunately, it took us 1.5hrs of waiting even there were fewer customers. Only 1 customer service accommodating us. Suggest to improve the customer service (add digital customer number just like in other Globe branch) or have a mystery shopper to experience the service in this branch.

    Poor customer service during this pandemic. I set an appointment and waited long hours until closing but they didnt assist me.

    This internet service provider doesnt help and support people who are working from home and children with online classes. I went to their satellite office to report our internet being offline for 4 days. The customer service says that technician can only come in a week. I could loose my job and my kids will fail their classes because of this ISP. 👎👎👎

    Very lousy service. 6 available counters but only 1 working representative. I count 3 employees greeting at the shop’s entrance gossiping and doing nothing.

    The waiting time in this Globe was too long, and their system was inefficient. Their system stated that we were 20th in line with 1.5 hours of wait time, yet 2 hours later, they have only served 5 people. Additionally, their customer service was poor, telling their customers that the wait time could have been even longer.

    Very slow service that took nearly 3hrs even though we were on the priority list. Has 6 slots in the counter but only 2 personnel work. Has a ticket number monitor but doesn't use it. The customer agent was rude. Asked my wife if she was already called, even though her ticket was already shown in the monitor. She was basically swept aside. Then when we went back to the counter, she said my wife's number was already been called. And she was making it seem like it was our fault.

    I am a good payee and always pay my bills a week before the due date. This is the worst globe branch. I am applying for a second line and they cannot process my application for a reason I don't understand. Now I cannot apply for a second line online nor a line on any branch. I need that line for my business. Their service and signal sucks in our subdivision anyway. My confidence hits rocks bottom and the agent even shouts out loud about my declined application. So ashamed I walk out of the store and tried applying online and yet a pending (hold) application is on my account.

    Google Maps info: "9pm closing", but when I got there by 6:38pm, the door is half closed and a globe employee said "hanggang 6:30 (pm) lang po". Wasted travel to branch, no hotline to call for advanced info.

    Very poor customer service, and even their store manager is always no show when requesting for assistance. Also this store was reported to Globe Telecom and NTC due to poor service.

    The place feels quite secured as they do not allow many users inside the store. However, the service is still slow and inefficient as there are many customers waiting outside while almost half of the store crews inside aren't doing anything.
