Service recommended by our hotel in Sanur. The doctor and nurse attended promptly. Extremely professional, excellent English and explained what they were doing. Amazing bedside manner and extremely up to date medical knowledge. Very comprehensive treatment, explanations and advice and care. Cannot recommend highly enough. They even followed up.

The staff come off as hospitable and caring, but in my experience lack solid knowledge of medicine and employ dishonest tactics to extract money from their (foreign) patients. Answers to basic medical questions were extensively googled before they could be answered. Pressing for some practical tips, I was advised to "just have a look on YouTube". I was given a rather high quote for a blood test. When the time came to pay, they had added 300-350k to the total price, supposedly for the cost of the needle the blood was drawn with.

Well it is geared toward the Tourist, the prices are well out of reach to locals, 1 consultation for my Daughter ( stomach bug ) cost with medication $240 Australian. There was a follow up medication ( after test results ) came back that they quoted a further $200. My wife who is Indonesian, questioned the price and was told, " don't worry you can get it back on insurance " we declined this,and went to a local Apotec (Pharmacy) and picked it up for $40. The care they showed toward my Daughter was however,excellent.

I am extremely impressed with this medical clinic, on our Bali trip my partner had a bad cough that was getting worse so I called up to make an appointment & we got in straight away. The staff were very friendly, the clinic was ever so clean & Dr Widja Steff was lovely, she spoke very good English & she was very thorough & explained things in great detail as well she organised all of the medication & probiotics for us for a respiratory throat infection. It was money well spent & we are ever so grateful for the wonderful service & we highly recommend…thank you so so much 🙏🙏🙏

BhaktiVedanta was recommended by my hotel for the RT-PCR COVID test we needed for our travel home. Staff was friendly, fast, and professional. They sent the report via WhatsApp later that day as promised. At ~$20 USD, this was a small fraction of the cost of our departure test in the US, and far less hassle.

I had an amazing experience there. They gave me such a good care and compassion l. The place is comfortable. The staff is really helpful especially the front lady name Ayu. She talk professionally and they all have a well manner. The doctor is truly helpful and gave me a understandable explanation. The price I spend is worth to the service they gave me. Totally recommended health facilities if you get balibelly. Right after the IV treatment I became better again. They gave me medical report for reimbursement to my insurance

To witness "a walking hospital", where they could almost do/give every medical treatments and medicines that I needed to treat my Bali Belly symptoms in my hotel room was such an amazing experience which I have never seen in Australia. Never would have expected such excellence and fluent english coming out from the doctor and nurse who treated me that time, an appropriate cost for such a well delivered service, which I could reimburse wholly from my travel insurance anyway. I found this place through reviews on goggle. I developed a minor ear infection and needed a doctor to give my a check up. I trued this place and it is really a great medical center. The staff is professional and beyond friendly. The doctor was quite clear and informative with their diagnosis as well as explaining how to take my prescription. They work with many health and travel insurances. They even send a medical invoice to your email as well as receiots of the consulation and medication prescribed for insurance declarations. I recommend this place as it saved me from going to the hospital for a simple infection that cleared up within three days.

The doctors and nurses where lovely, Came to our hotel room very quickly when my 8 month old was very sick and transported back to there clinic. On discharge evan dropped us back off to our hotel. Was also very well priced for the service.

Went here at 7pm to get a PCR test for flight requirements and the place is closed. This place is not open 24 hours. Edit: was able to book PCR test in Andaz hotel and they used this clinic. Only Rp 100.000 extra for their transport fee. Test was done quickly and smoothly.

Recently an older gentleman became unconscious in a restaurant only a few minutes walk from this emergency clinic. After rushing in and explaining the situation (in both English and Indonesian), the staff was informed of the circumstances. After letting them know the situation, I expected them to act with a sense of urgency. Instead, (despite me indicating all signs of emergency) the man from this clinic wandered over at a very slow pace. As if nothing was wrong (he didn't even fast walk). This trained professional didn't show any urgency in a potential life or death situation. My hope in writing this review is that in the future, staff will react much quicker because next time,. I cannot comment on the gentlemen's experience while in the clinic. The other reviews seem very positive and he seemed content when in the clinic.
