Daughter had an ear infection. This medical practice is very professional, welcoming toward international tourists. Cost is minimal and fair, staff are experienced, professional medically qualified and comforting.

Doctor was good but its overpriced. Prescribed unnecessary pills that are 3-4 times pricer than in apotek. My mistake was not to check prices in the receipt. Cleaning your 1 ear will cost you 1.4 million IDR, thats too much in my opinion.

The staff here were all very kind and accomdating! They made the experience of testing Covid positive in another country less scary. They answered all my questions and were able to print all documents from the test I needed.

My daughter and I got gastroenteritis on our last trip to Bali. My hotel arranged a home visit at Sanur Medical Clinic. The doctor and staff were professional throughout and monitored our condition over the phone the next day. After the treatment, we felt much better the next day.

So, I had what I suspected was an infection, I initially visited the hospital in Sanur, but found I needed an appointment and I could be seen the next day. After googling I found Sanur medical and walked in. I was greeted in English by the nurse, and after a very few minutes was seen by the doctor. I was diagnosed, prescribed and was on my way with medications, maybe 20 minutes after arrival! Shout out to Nurse Pratama and Dr Reiska, these folks could not have been kinder or more helpful with my care! Very much appreciated and highly recommended!

Botox service medium I would say and she was less grateful for the consultancy I gave her about the worse English in that contract. However sent an email to the clinic addressed to the manager, no reply. Sent it again and then mentioning my free consultancy about the English, still no reply nor even a thank you. Also a whatsap message to a girl in reception miss S, twice as of 2 persons I wanted to bring to the clinic. So overall this, including the bad English in the contract, not at all matching the good environment or the price you pay for the service. So as of bad English no reply overall grade like 3- 3,5, but get credit for good tea, coffee and internet there. But the Consultant must stress that quality control must go all the way including the English in the 1 page contract and answering simple emails etc!, not least if that means bringing business to them.

Both of my kids had runny noses, coughs, and high fevers, so I went to the doctor. The doctor comes to the hotel. The service at the hotel was really good as the kids were not in a good condition. The doctor came and examined the children carefully. He asked about symptoms and observed the children. He explained the children's symptoms to me in detail. Thank you for your kindness to the children. The doctor is friendly and caring. After I took the prescribed medication, the kids started to get better and within a day they were having fun again. If you have travel insurance, don't worry and see a doctor. They also handle insurance claim paperwork. If we get sick during the rest of the trip I will see a doctor here again

Tidak membantu sama sekali. Went in for antigen test using Traveloka-Citilink package, but the receptionist informed us the code CAN’T BE USED ANYMORE. Also, we contacted the clinic the day before and they said for traveloka package, no need for prior booking, and yet when we were at the clinic they said NO MORE SCHEDULE AVAILABLE for antigen rapid. Alas, we had the flight on the same day SO THEY SAID IF WE WANT TO TAKE THE TEST WE HAVE TO PAY FOR IDR 235 per person. NOT RECOMMENDED.

I developed stomach problems and after a few days I decided to see a doctor. The hotel recommended the Sanur Medical Clinic (within walking distance) and help was available quickly. The clinic is clean and the staff is very friendly. The doctor was able to make a diagnosis and prescribe medication, which I could pick up immediately.

I forgot to get vaccinated before going to Bali, so I drove here. The staff was professional and friendly and answered all my questions. They speak English very well. The facility is very clean. If you need anything in Bali, this is definitely a great place!

The clinic is clean and has a calm atmosphere. We were treated by a very friendly nurse and doctor. The whole process was easy and they even managed to arrange breakfast and return to our accommodation. A day later they checked us in via WhatsApp and answered all remaining questions

Called them this morning and arranged for an appointment for 3pm same day. Staff very welcoming and efficient. Dr Rara (and assistant) was so professional and so friendly. Painless way to remove unwanted ear wax! Very happy to recommend this to anyone with an ear problem. The only issue was the poor condition of the path along the main road (not the clinics fault, of course). We had a pushchair and our 2 year old, which was a little concerning when the buses sped by! If you have a pushchair you may want to consider getting a lift there (ample parking too).

I went today for blocked ears and saw Dr Rara (ENT). She was absolutely outstanding. Exceptional attention to detail and wonderful bedside manner. Instant relief and very reasonably price. Got back to hotel and MIL also booked appointment for same an hour later. Very accomodating. Highly recommend. THANK YOU

Saw Dr Rara, ENT Specialist today for blocked ear. She syringed my ear and removed impacted wax. She showed before and after photos and was very thorough. She also looked after my son in law for the same problem. Very friendly and professional and I could highly recommend her services.

My partner and I were very impressed with the clinic, we highly recommend it. The phlebotomist taking my partners blood was very skilled in taking blood samples. Dr Ngurah Yamananda was very professional, pleasant, fluent in English and had great interpersonal skills and bedside manners. He made us feel very comfortable, explained things to us and addressed our medical concerns. Additionally he was thorough with his medical examination which helped us figure out why my partner was suffering from on going high temperatures (fevers) and made the correct diagnosis - which we are very grateful for. He was very quick to respond to my partners email regarding the test results and prescribe him on the right antibiotics. The clinic is very clean and reasonable in pricing.

Great little clinic. I was on a first date with a girl I wanted to meet, but her motorcycle had just crashed and the little ambulance picked her up and brought her here. They were very friendly and even gave me water while I was waiting for a girl I just met. It wasn't the best day for her, but it was an unforgettable date for me. They put a cast on her arm and were very caring. They even took her back to where she was picked up in a small ambulance for free. What a crazy experience and for my own memory I have to give this place a 5 star rating because so many people gave this place one star and complained about the price. It would be nice if you had insurance. Let’s all enjoy Bali together❤️

Absolutely incredible nurses and doctors. They weren't officially open yet when we brought our 8 month old son in for a checkup because he was feeling a little under the weather. But they tried their best to make sure they did what was best for him. We are also fluent in English which helps a lot. Thank you all, we will use you in any future situation. Thanks

Sanur Medical Clinic does a great job. I got very sick because of my Bali belly. They came to my home and made sure I was 100% safe. Good people. Much better than New Zealand! ! The medicine is working really well and I already feel better today! Thank you!

My husband was extremely unwell. We called for the doctor at sanur medical Clinic. He came with a nurse and a suitcase full of medicine and a drip. They took stool and blood samples. We had the results back hours later and then a nurse dropped the medicine off to us at our hotel. My husband is 100 % better after a few days and is now enjoying his holiday. I was on vacation with my family when I suffered the worst case of food poisoning in my life. I couldn't eat or drink. So I insisted that my husband take me to the nearest clinic. Found Sanur Medical Clinic on Google so we rushed there. The entire staff was very friendly and attentive, they welcomed me immediately. The doctor immediately put me on an IV and I immediately felt better. Before I leave, Dr. I also took some medicine and I felt much better the next day. Excellent experience. I got to the clinic and the doctor specialist ent saw me immediately about my sore ear. She diagnosed me super efficiently and clearly explained the treatment required. She also provided the medicine and everything at a more than reasonable price.
