Disappointing
Experience

Unprofessional
Work
and
Poor
Results
As
a
first-time
and
last-time
customer
at
VD's
Salon
Bali,
I
am
deeply
disappointed
with
my
recent
experience.
I
had
clear
expectations
and
communicated
multiple
times
about
the
desired
outcome
of
my
hair
coloring,
with
a
reference
photo
provided
throughout
the
process.
Unfortunately,
the
results
were
disastrous
and
nowhere
near
resembling
the
desired
reference
photo.
It
is
frustrating
to
mention
that
my
hair
was
not
only
retouched
once
but
three
times
in
an
attempt
to
achieve
the
desired
result.
After
spending
hours
at
the
salon
and
investing
a
significant
amount
of
money,
my
hair
is
still
far
from
resembling
the
vibrant
and
beautiful
look
depicted
in
the
reference
photo.
Instead,
the
color
appears
dull
and
uneven.
In
addition
to
the
disappointing
color
outcome,
my
hair
was
washed
with
cold
water,
which
is
not
only
unprofessional
but
also
detrimental
to
the
health
of
the
hair.
To
make
matters
worse,
the
wet
hair
was
roughly
brushed
from
top
to
bottom,
resulting
in
hair
breakage
and
pulling.
This
approach
is
absolutely
unacceptable
and
demonstrates
a
clear
lack
of
expertise
and
care
from
the
staff.
It
is
disheartening
to
witness
friendly
staff
but
such
terrible
quality
of
work.
Time,
money,
and,
most
importantly,
the
health
of
my
hair
were
completely
disregarded.
As
a
customer,
one
should
be
able
to
trust
that
a
hair
salon
provides
professional
services
and
delivers
high-quality
results.
Unfortunately,
VD's
Salon
Bali
fell
far
short
of
meeting
these
expectations.
I
strongly
advise
against
considering
this
salon
for
hair
coloring
or
any
other
services.
There
are
numerous
other
salons
that
have
competent
staff
and
a
better
understanding
of
their
customers'
needs.
Save
yourself
the
frustration
and
find
a
salon
that
takes
your
desires
seriously
and
delivers
top-notch
work.
