there

Customer
Service:
-
The
security
guards
are
so-so,
relatively
speaking.
I
don't
really
remember,
but
maybe
the
security
guard
was
a
little
strange,
as
I
recall
-
Staff
checking
blood
sugar
is
normal
-
The
disease
inquiry
staff
was
a
bit
pretentious,
in
my
opinion
("Don't
have
everything,
do
they?
(Regarding
the
medicines
I
have)),
and
also
didn't
tell
me
that
the
medicines
were
paid
for
(I
thought
they
were
included
in
vaccinations
(my
mistake
was
not
asking)).
The
staff
asked
me
to
go
to
room
number
6
for
vaccination
first,
but
it
would
be
better
to
tell
the
patient
to
give
the
medication
note
first
to
make
it
more
efficient
-
The
vaccinator
is
good
and
has
given
sufficient
local
anesthesia.
The
staff
also
estimates
that
it
will
take
30
minutes
for
the
vaccination
report
to
be
processed
(closer
to
1-2
hours)
-
After
vaccination,
I
went
to
provide
proof
of
vaccination.
I
didn't
see/know
–
at
that
time
–
that
proof
of
vaccination
was
placed
at
the
bottom
right.
The
staff's
tone
was
a
little
"weird",
but
still
normal
(for
now)
-
I
gave
the
medicine
receipt
to
the
teller.
Just
an
ordinary
teller.
-
While
waiting,
I
and
other
patients
saw
the
vaccination
proof
processing
staff
arguing
with
one
of
the
patients
because
he
had
forgotten
his
father's
NIK.
I
heard
the
staff
say
that
"he
doesn't
serve
mothers
only".
The
staff
went
to
take
his
father
who
looked
elderly
with
an
unhappy
face
-
Some
time
after
that,
I
took
and
paid
for
the
medicine.
Staff
are
the
same
-
After
waiting
for
about
1
hour,
I
took
the
proof
of
vaccination
and
reached
out
my
hand,
the
staff
said,
"Just
a
moment!",
(I
laughed
a
little).
He
asked
if
I
had
registered
for
PeduliLindung,
and
I
said
no.
The
staff
asked
me
to
take
the
report
to
the
teller
staff.
Because
the
staff
was
serving
other
patients,
I
asked
another
teller
staff.
I
saw
her
alone
with
a
male
staff
member.
I
said
Pedulilindung,
the
staff
answered,
"Huh?!",
I
raised
my
voice
because
at
that
time
I
-
as
I
remember
-
thought
the
staff
teller
hadn't
heard,
I
wanted
to
hurry
up,
and
the
answer
was
a
bit
harsh
suddenly
from
the
staff.
The
staff
replied
in
a
louder
voice,
"Yes,
Pedulilindung
what?!",
I
answered
Pedulilindung
registration
(I
was
wrong
because
I
wasn't
more
specific
in
telling
you,
but
at
that
time
I
thought
the
staff
had
served
many
patients
who
asked
for
registration
so
they
already
understood.
Still,
in
my
opinion,
I
was
a
little
wrong
because
I
wasn't
specific).
The
male
staff
just
stared
at
me.
The
staff
understood
and
asked
for
my
KTP
and
report.
I
gave
it
and
waited
for
it
to
come
back.
After
a
while,
the
staff
gave
me
back
my
ID
card
and
vaccination
report.
I
didn't
really
hear
what
the
staff
said
-
maybe
I
was
thinking
at
the
time
-
but
the
staff
called
back
and
asked
me
to
return
to
the
staff
the
vaccination
report.
The
staff
did
not
mention
number
4
-
the
location
of
the
vaccination
report
collection
staff
-,
only
told/showed
it
-
I
provided
the
report
and
received
proof
of
vaccination.
The
staff
informed
me
that
the
second
vaccination
was
on
the
16th
-
I
tried
to
log
in
to
the
Pedulilindung
application
but
I
couldn't.
Maybe
this
is
the
fault
of
the
teller
staff
or
programmer,
because
I
heard
that
this
problem
occurs
quite
often.
I
signed
up,
opened
the
QR
code,
registered
my
vaccination,
and
went
home
Verdict:
1/5
Management
should
be
more
active
and
careful
in
selecting
and
hiring
staff.
With
many
workers
without
work
during
this
pandemic,
management
can
replace
problematic
staff,
if
possible
Edit:
The
second
teller
staff
also
laughed.
Between
laughing
anxiously
or
mockingly.
Based
on
my
logical
deduction,
it
is
the
latter
