Nevertheless, the service department first brought my phone to factory settings. So I had to reinstall everything at home, so I lost even more time. I noticed right away that the WiFi was still having the same problem. Later I took it to the service again, but first a spare part had to be ordered, after 2 weeks I came again. again and again you had to save the data beforehand, make a backup. You just lose time. In Europe or America, the phone would have been exchanged in the first day. Here in Indonesia you are punished as a customer, even though the problem was with the manufacturer. I bought a laptop from Citicom and it was a bad and good experiences at the same time. The place had a competent price for laptops and completely comfortable place for buying laptops. Really incapable staff, they were more focused on their mobile phone, instead of helping sell a product. Specially the telkomsem, next to the escalators was terrible, this lady really should take a course in customer service and on their products.
