Had lunch at Ellen's after our long travel to Davao City. We have always looked forward to eating our favorite tuna dish in this reataurant. It's a nice little house converted into a popular restaurant serving different tuna dishes among other Filipino specialties. We ordered our all-time fave crispy tuna tail paksiw, lechon kawali, pork sisig, and tuna sinigang. We really enjoyed the food. Serving could take a little longer especially when the resto is full. And this is normal. Better to come early so your orders can be prepared early as well. Very homey ambiance. Relaxing. Clean restroom. Courteous service crew. The owner themselves take orders and prepare the food.

This small and quite food house is a simple place,there are many choices you want to order when it comes to lutong bahay,We choice the Sinuglaw (wjth a combination of kilawing tuna and pork liempo with full of fresh onion cut into a small pisces with a simple cuts of pipino and a local venigar and with a soup (sinigang) slice tuna with mixing sprout of kamote.very delicious.come and visit here.

Good location, a little hidden. Food is great just a little pricey for their specialty fried tuna buntot which cost 250. Will certainly come back to try tuna sisig

Was staying in a condo nearby and decided to give the Tuna Queen a try. I had the Tuna Sisig and it was excellent. Staff was friendly and helpful and I had the place to myself on an early Friday afternoon. I was pleased with the overall experience and I’m betting you will too.

I have been here twice and it hasn't fail me yet. Great food, cozy ambiance. They just don't have enough parkings though. Its all side street.

1st time eating here, i find the pasta serving quite alot. i think 2 ppl can eat it and i find it wayy too herb-y. Kinilaw was VERY fresh tho 10/10. The lady was very sweet and overall i like the design of the place. overall rating is 8/10. again, the owner is rlly sweet and accommodated us immediately :))

If you are looking for traditional filipino cuisines, you should visit this place. Try their laing and white adobo to fill up your cravings. The place is clean and comfortable.

This resto serves some of the best Pinoy dishes in Davao. Tucked in a small street behind S&R, with a nondescript facade, it is a favorite haunt of businessmen, travellers and families who want a pleasurable gourmet treat. Must try is their Pritong Paksiw na Buntot ng Tuna which I must say goes well with lots of heaping rice due to its addicting taste and texture. Same goes with their heavenly laing, their Pork Cracklings that when dipped in spicy vinegar is to-die-for, their tuna kinilaw that has just the right zing to it plus their bowl of dinuguan that envokes a lovely night of sex. Whew!

Posh carinderia for the discerning gourmand. More expensive than your neighborhood eatery, but the food should more than make up for the cost.

They serve tuna and other home cooked food. Food is a bit pricey for me. Location is slightly hidden and parking is along the streets of the subdivison its located in. Have fun.

A simple, homey and popular resto at the back of S &R Membership Shopping. It is at DBP Village and you can't miss it since you can see the place as you enter the street at the left side. The resto is right there in their own home. The friendly owner ( yes, ELLEN) usually gets into friendly conversations with her customers. Food is "home-cooked" or "lutong bahay" type of meals but their specialties include the famous paksiw na tuna, lechon kawali and laing. What a surprise! My fave here is their halo-halo ( a Filipino dessert made of crushed ice and various sweet ingredients like ube, sweet banana plantains, sweet camote and leche flan). It must be one of the BEST halo-halo in the city. Worth a try and don't blame me if you will crave MORE of it afterwards!

Best Tuna Sisig, Laing, and Lechon Kawali in town. You can't get wrong with the generous serving, engaging stuff and engaging owner. Definitely go back if you can.
