I honestly think this was one of my best hotel stays in any country for many years! The room, the food, the service, the ambiance, the parking it was all exceptional. Our 8 day stay could not have been better. While ALL the staff were very good Poala in the restaurant was even above that! I highly recommend this hotel.

Clean room with 2 smaller beds so my husband got one and I got the other. Lol! They were very helpful and kind, and we all tried hard with our language differences. It all worked out! 😆💐

It's a little hard to find (it is more in the core of downtown David) but it is so very worth the hunt! A fab gym, rooftop pool, massage, AMAZING breakfast, wonderful bar, FABULOUS parking deck (!!). We are definitely ditching Hotel Nacional. City of David is our new favorite.

We were received by Rey and Carlos at the lobby. It’s been a long time since I have a very professional and attentive service. Room very cleans and spacious. Food delicious. Personal at the pool and restaurant very professional and courteous. Our flight to Panama City was canceled and do not hesitated to go back to the hotel where were received with open arms. Highly recommended. For your stay in David.

We enjoyed our stay at City of David Hotel. It is clean, organized and has a descent size pool. Their staff is friendly and helpful. The next morning, we had a breakfast buffet and it was absolutely delicious!!

Feb 2023 - downtown, walk to lots. Great, safe parking garage for smaller vehicles. Excellent service & food. Clean rooms. I would stay again. Close to airport if flying to Bocas or Panama City.

Great hotel in the town of David. Very upmarket hotel, but great room and good breakfast. Meat and tidy and professional.

Stayed here twice and the staff was top notch both times. Convenient location with parking. The included breakfast is a great added value.

The hotel is very comfortable. I will say that I really love the food. Was very good since breakfast , lunch, and dinner. Good variety for you to choose . Rooms are ok, the attention on the reception was great but they have to work more on the attention of the restaurants.

The hotel is great and the rooms are nice! The service in the restaurant was excellent. The steak came well done instead of ordered medium-rare and was full with sauce

I love this place. Climbed Volcan Baru and rested here. Great breakfast, pool is rocking on weekends and easy order from the bar at the pool. The rooms are outstandingly clean and well kept, no fridge in mine. I can walk out and go to a grocery store, pharmacy or any retail outlet, with fresh produce all along the sidewalks, and be back in 30.

We went there for lunch abd had the self service buffet.

Really nice hotel, enjoyed a drink by the pool when we first arrived. Room was nice clean and had a good view of the city and sunrise. A better gym than most hotels but still pretty small. We used the sauna which was awesome. But really felt good value for money with the buffet breakfast which had an excellent selection of good quality food and drinks. We’ll definitely come back to stay here.

We ended up not staying here because copa cancelled our flight. I called them at 730pm to cancel and pay the cancellation fee. They were very kind and cancelled it at no charge to me. This is really good service, especially considering that the reservation contained a fee for cancellation. We will definitely stay here next time.

One of the cleanest hotels you will ever stay at. We have stayed here twice now. The hotel staff were extremely kind, pleasant and helpful. The people at the front desk are bilingual, speaking both Spanish and English. Fair price. Good, reliable Internet. We will always stay at this hotel when visiting David.

Very clean, we where upgraded to a bigger room, comfortable linens and bed. Very nice staff.

Only had room service because of quarantine but food was good and staff nice. No other contact.
