Haven't been there in about two years and just visited last night while in town and they sell beer now. Great way to get more business. Great vibes and great people all around. 🤗

Nice place settled right in the middle of a bustling downtown Davis. Clean store with a large selection of vinyl. New and used selections. Prices tend to be on the higher end but are not overly outrageous. Staff seems friendly. Clean store, well organized. Cool taproom located inside the store off to the right when you walk in. Give it a shot.

This place is great! Tons of great, well priced music and a small bar with beer, ciders, hard kombucha, and non-alcoholic beverages. I enjoyed getting to chat with the staff while enjoying a stout and listening to and looking for music. This place is a real community gem and I can't wait to visit again!

What a great record store in downtown Davis! My wife and I visited last Saturday and were quite please with the selection and customer service. Found a television greatest hits double album with the theme songs of classic TV shows from the 50's 60's and 70's ! Album was like new and sound was amazing ! Listening to those tv theme songs really takes you back! They have listening stations for you to play your selections prior to purchasing. Also have c d's. The serve coffee and beer for a really comfortable vibe, and have a store club card that saves you money on future purchase. Armiadillo Music is one of the fun places that make downtown Davis a great place to spend a Saturday afternoon.

No complaints! I was there on my first and most recent RSD. Everything was handled smoothly! The staff is very kind and knowledgeable. The selections are fantastic. Plenty of everything in there. If it wasn’t too far from me, it’d definitely be my go to spot. Definitely worth checking out if you’re in the Davis or Sacramento area!

Pros: Friendly and welcoming staff, good selection of both new and used records, clean store, and even a bar if you want to grab a drink. Cons: Prices err on the higher side. Given that Armadillo is the only record store in town (sorry, Bizarro World across the street doesn't really count), they can pull that off. To be fair, I am sure that their monthly rent is high. Overall though, a decent place to find albums here in Davis and it's always good to support local business.
