I love this SRA because it is off the beaten path, quiet, and not busy. The lake and fishing is good but the drought has caused low water levels in the past 3 years.

Wonderful, tucked away in the cornfields. Private, quiet and peaceful. Very pretty campsite on the lake.

This is one of my favorite places to kayak.

This is a great place to explore, with many trails leading to many wonderful things. Some have been closed off due to improper care from those that have camped there prior. So I suggest that if you go there, leave it better than you found it or they will shut it down.

No water or electricity. Vault toilet

Beautiful park. Not much more to say. By the way if you are planning to go in an RV you will be completely boondocking. No amenities. I do think that there are Vault toilets, but that's it. But it was well worth it for the one night we stayed. Be prepared to not see you hand in front of your nose on a moonless night though. Wow it gets dark.

Love this place. It is quiet and not very crowded. Except for those that come in after hours party and then leave all their trash and out by sunup and not pay to enter the park

Cool place a few miles behind the cornfields. A dozen or so campsites for tents that are surrounded by the river. We were passing through on a Monday night and had the entire campground to ourselves!
