Yesterday
I
go
for
a
new
patient
appointment.
I
have
to
pay
for
my
X-rays
out
of
pocket
because
they
failed
to
tell
me
prior
that
“new
patients
are
required
to
have
X-rays
to
be
seen”,
get
my
gums
BUTCHERED
during
my
FMX
and
measuring
my
gums,
have
the
air
water
syringe
dragged
across
my
teeth
every
time
it
was
used,
and
after
the
cleaning
I
was
told
I
had
12
cavities
that
need
done
(by
the
hygienist).
The
dentist
comes
in,
glances
in
my
mouth
for
about
10
seconds
and
says
“We’ll
schedule
you
to
come
back
for
the
12
fillings,
they’re
between
your
back
teeth”.
I
tell
her
that’s
crazy
because
I’ve
never
had
a
cavity
in
my
entire
life
and
go
for
cleanings
every
6
months.
She
proceeded
to
tell
me
that
they
were
there
and
needed
done.
This
office
also
keeps
their
monitor
behind
the
chair
so
the
patient
cannot
see
anything.
I
go
to
schedule
my
appointment
for
the
fillings
and
I
asked
the
receptionist
to
send
me
my
X-rays
via
email.
She
says
it’s
no
problem
and
will
send
them
same
day.
Today,
I
didn’t
receive
the
X-rays.
I
called
to
ask
and
the
woman
tells
me
that
I
need
to
fill
out
a
form
to
release
them,
cool
whatever,
I
do
it.
To
add,
this
form
states
that
if
anyone
wants
X-rays
released
it
is
a
$75
charge…
no.
I
send
the
form
to
them
within
5
minutes
of
receiving
it.
Still
nothing,
so
I
call
and
ask
again
and
they
tell
me
they
will
send
them
over.
20
minutes
later
they
send
over
half
of
my
X-rays,
my
anterior
ones
and
the
pano.
They
told
me
that
the
cavities
were
on
my
back
teeth,
so
it
was
sketchy
that
they
didn’t
include
those.
So
I
called
for
a
third
time,
they
transfer
me
to
a
number
that
didn’t
answer.
I
called
a
fourth
time,
and
they
once
again
tell
me
they
will
send
all
of
them.
And
once
again
I
receive
my
anterior
films
and
the
pano
with
no
bitewings.
At
this
point
I’m
pissed
and
I
have
my
husband
call.
They
tell
him
that
they
will
send
them
soon.
Once
they
closed
at
4pm
they
decided
to
send
them
all
to
me
finally.
And
guess
what…..
those
12
cavities
do
not
exist.
I
sent
them
directly
to
my
boss
in
Hawaii
and
she
confirmed
that
they
were
lying.
I
imagine
once
this
comes
out
that
my
notes
will
be
changed
in
my
file
but
I
have
my
appointment
card
to
prove
that
they
scheduled
me
to
have
fillings
done
next
month.
I
was
a
dental
assistant
for
3
years
so
I
am
not
gullible
like
they
seem
to
believe.
I
cannot
imagine
the
amount
of
money
this
office
has
made
just
from
scamming
people.
It’s
absolutely
disgusting
to
take
advantage
of
people
who
are
putting
their
full
trust
in
you.
