Ordered food inside, waited 20 mins on my order. Got home and food was nasty. I asked for light cheese and got extra cheese. And the food was cold. I thought it would have been better going inside. I would like to either get it replaced or a refund. Thank you.

Worst Taco Bell around, you’re either waiting 30 minutes in drive thru line for someone to even acknowledge you’re there or they’re forgetting 2+ items every time it never fails. Do better hire a better team.

I usually don't have much issue with this taco bell but this past Monday Nov 20th, I placed a mobile order before they were closed. When I got to the drive through the menu board was all lit up but no one said a word. I then pulled up to the window to see that no one was even in the building. I pulled around to the front door to see a hand written sign hanging in the door saying sorry they were closed and would be open in the morning. I'm not sure what was going on, but I had to go back into my mobile app and cancel the order seeing as how no one was there to make it.

Smithville store tonight not only did I not recieve half my order I spent almost $50 nachos were not how ordered at all missing 3 cin twists my kids cheese roll ups were not even heated so when p icked up all cheese fell out and was missing a soft taco Supreme as well I will be calling to talk to a manager in the morning forsure and should recieve a refund for food that was messed up

The last ten times I have ordered food here through the drive-thru, they put 3 or 4 tiny pieces of cheese on my tacos, even if I order extra cheese, which they charge me for. Tons of lettuce, not needed. I didn't order lettuce tacos.Tonight, I ordered a taco with sour cream, (I always order sour cream), and said, "PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, put extra cheese on my taco!" The guy working the drive thru was nice enough. I got home, and there's actually cheese on my taco! Surprise! Not the extra cheese I was charged for, but at least enough that I could see it this time! But I also always order sour cream on my tacos, and guess what? NO SOUR CREAM, even though I was charged for it! I've had it with this Taco Bell! From now on, I'll drive the extra half mile to Airway! I'm not even a little surprised at all the negative reviews for this store! The taco shells are always stale, and the Cinnabon Delights were stale and hard as a rock!

Horrible wait and unprofessional service. From employee either sick or tired, laying their head on the ledge as my card was processed, to long line pulled up and waiting for orders, of which they would give the car and then the car would say it wasn't their order. This location needs a staff rehaul and some adults there.

We prefer to order online but regardless they seem to be pretty consistent with the accuracy of our orders.. Can't complain cuz it's been correct every time

Food was good, management or a lead was getting on the person at the window (might want to do it out of the public eye) and I understand a bit of why when no sauce (as requested) and napkins were given with food. Still better out of the public eye though.
