Came here to watch a stand up comedian. The comedian was great. The building is beautiful. The people working there was wonderful and very informative. The seats are awfully close and fairly uncomfortable. The seats were definitely made for smaller people from a long gone era. Parking was available nearby and very affordable. I will watch something here again.

Love the seating Great seating. Easy to get too and parking's very easy. The volunteer staff will direct you where you need to get nice wide seats, plenty leg room and you really can't find a bad seat in the place. Good sound good acoustics. Great place to go see a Broadway play

Great Theater! The look inside captures the gilded age so perfectly! Plenty of parking nearby, friendly staff that help with concessions & seating. There is an elevator for the balcony located in the lobby. There is a front door drop off & pick up. My seats for this show were Balcony BB Seat 112 & 113. Prices for concessions range between $2-$5. Alcohol , wine and beer is available. Be wary of box seating, no way those tickets are that good considering how off to the side you are and there are speakers in your view. Select balcony front row ,Best seats tbh. Arrive hour early to avoid downtime traffic or other shows happening as well. People are slow when it comes to parking. 🤦🏽‍♂️ Hope this review helps if so please like it so others can see 👍🏽

The theater is beautiful, the bathrooms were spotless, and the volunteers and employees are very helpful and kind, but the idea of letting everyone in but not seating anyone for another 30 min was crazy! It was stifling and hotter than heck in the upstairs lobby. My other complaint is the seating. My legs are a normal length, but are too long to comfortably fit between my seat and the seat in front of me. I know this is a historical theater, so that is something one must deal with, but it was not comfortable.

Visited this wonderful venue to see a comedy routine and was very impressed. The restoration work that was obviously performed was very good. The upstairs lobby can be a little tight, but other than that there were decent bathrooms for a historic theater, the stairways were plenty wide and easy to navigate, and there was a bar both in the main lobby and the upstairs lobby. Seating was very comfortable and good views of the stage, but I would believe that if you were much taller than 5'10" or had really long legs, it might get a little cramped for you. The house staff were very helpful and extremely professional. Looking forward to another performance here. As an added bonus, parking is very inexpensive around the venue. Surface lot spot was $5 and garages were displaying $10.

This is an absolutely beautiful venue. Due to the age of the theater, the seating is slightly cramped if you're of a plus-size nature but still comfortable. The performance we saw (Sweeney Todd) was incredible, the actors were amazing, and the orchestra sounded beautiful. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is due to the temperature inside. We sat orchestra level towards the back row. It was very warm with little relief from the air conditioning.

This place was so unique! Old school theater with newer amenities but with all the charm! My one bit of feedback is that the sound system is a bit echoey, and it was difficult to hear the performance at times. Would still highly recommend!!

The place is beautiful and historic! I was amazed at the condition of the place, especially with it being over 150 years old. My sister and I went to see Sweeney Todd. We sat in the balcony, which made for a great view of the stage, but offered little to no leg room. We aren't tall people either. My sister and I are both 5'4. I had to get up and stretch out my legs during intermission. Also the seating is super close together. It's uncomfortable rubbing shoulders with the stranger next to you.
