Walked in just now to get a haircut. The woman working didn't even speak to us. I went to the counter and waited. She still didn't speak to us. Did not check us in. So we sat down and waited. Never acknowledged us. We waited about 10 minutes. Finally we decided to go elsewhere. We stood up to leave then we get a very fake " you ladies have a nice day! We will not ever go back.

I had the pleasure of experiencing "Super Cuts", the one which is near University of Dayton. The ambiance is wonderful, and the hairdressers are incredibly supportive. The variety of services they offer is impressive. I consistently opt for a haircut from Emily Smith, who is the manager of this branch of Supercuts. She possesses great skills and she approaches the customers in a friendly way. Without a doubt, this place is an excellent choice for anyone seeking a top-notch haircut experience.

I had a great experience at the UD location on Brown Street. I checked in on-line and as result, there was no waiting. The stylist cut my hair exactly as I asked. She was friendly and pleasant to talk to. A five star experience all the way around,

Emily and Crystal at Supercuts are the BEST! Wonderful stylists, so friendly! They really care about their customers. When we are out of town, we can't wait to come back to them. Also, they are a great management team. Very clean salon.
