The Landing is Dayton's best kept secret. The building has a European feel. Maintenance gets an A+.and resides on premises. The office staff is exceptional. Most apartments have their own unique floor plans. The location is absolutely perfect. Restaurants all around and the Y is behind the building. Only 1.3 miles from Sinclair Community College. RiverScape MetroPark is a block away. Views of the river, clubhouse, walking and bike paths are the many pluses. The tenants are all extremely nice including the dogs. Moving here was an amazing decision. Perfect place to call home.

I lived in the Landing for over and two and a half years and only moved when I took a job in a different city. I cannot recommend it enough. It has the convenience of being downtown, but due to the landscaping and location, has a more "neighborhood feel" that you might expect. Dayton is doing a lot right to to try to revitalize downtown, and I think it's a great time to live downtown. My apartment was great--nice windows and natural light, great storage, and nicely appointed. I also liked having both a front and back entrance, and some deck space at each entrance. Apartments include all expected amenities, like central air, dishwasher and in unit washer and dryer. The Landing also has gym with ellipticals, treadmills, free weights and machines, and a storage room for bikes, which is nice given the bike trail on the river. By far the best part of the Landing is the people. Todd and Kristin are wonderful, and always responsive to any issue or question that might come up. The maintenance staff is equally great. If I needed even just a light bulb replaced, it was typically done the same day as my request. I would recommend the Landing to anyone looking for an apartment in Dayton.

The manger is racist and very rude to me . she judged me for my ex friend mistake when she lived here before and did not even allow me to explain that it’s not my problem . My record is very good and I’m offering a social security code but as i said she is racist . I Don’t recommend it.

Things were great until this place was sold a few years ago. Owner does not invest in property, can't keep a maintenance man and not customer service oriented. We lost heat in the middle of the winter for a week and they did nothing about it. Fortunately, we had a fire place and were able to get wood. It's a great location but you're on your own if something comes up. They will try to make money any way they can. I would be very cautious before signing s lease. Crawford Hoying properties are much better managed and more professional --check around first.

I've lived at The Landing for a year now and am so glad I found this place. Having lived in the suburbs for many years, moving downtown was a big change...but I couldn't have picked a better place! Todd, the property manager, and his team are responsive, professional and genuinely caring. Couple that with the unique character of The Tower and there is no better place to live downtown!

Had a great experience living at The Landing. I had a 1 bedroom apt in the tower. About a mile from the Oregon District and less than half a mile from Riverscape, great location for summer fun downtown. Had 1 or 2 maintenance requests that were handled timely. Would highly recommend!

This is my second year living at The Landing and it has been a great experience. Todd is an absolutely wonderful property manager, and he has a good team. Always helpful, quick to respond, and great to talk to. Would definitely recommend living here.

Basically just repeat all previous reviews! I live in the "village" not the high rise, in a two-story townhouse. I moved in a couple months ago and absolutely love it. Entry to the parking lot requires a key card so random people can't park here. They have extra spaces for guests though if you let them in. There's also street parking right out front. I have an assigned space right in front of my apartment so I don't have to walk far at all when coming/going...which is especially nice when carrying in groceries. The staff are awesome. It's a wonderful place to live!
