Worst place I've lived. Had mice, mold, and bugs. It was a "non smoking apartment" but people smoked like crazy, and I'm allergic. Made the place unlivable. Moved out about half a month before my lease was up and they got a new manager and they threw all my stuff that was left away. Over a thousand dollars worth of stuff and they overed me $400 or welcomed me to sue even though they knew I didn't have the money. Worst people to work with, nasty people. Don't move here even if it is your last option!!!

I just moved in for less than 1 month. I found lots of cockroaches at the first day I moved in. There are lots of cockroaches in my apartment. I emailed the office but they didn't reply or do any actions. My neighbors told me that in summer, there will be much more cockroaches. They are seriously effect my living. I am going to break my lease and move out by the end of December. I don't know what they are going to do with the break fee. But that is there responsibility. I would use small court to protect my right.

I stayed there for a year. There was leak in the restroom which was never fixed and caused mold. I left the apart at the end of June 2021, clean and in good shape with no altercation or damage, but never got my deposit back. The new manager Melissa said the old manager Stacey reported the apartment wasn’t clean and turned my deposit towards cleaning fee. I have the proof that apartment was clean. Dropped bunch of emails, calls but no response.

Love the staff and love how they keep the grounds well managed and looking clean. Super friendly people in the office that go out of their way to work with you. Definitely recommend for a first apartment.

Worst maintenance ever see. They will not respond even if we email them or raise a maintenance request utill we get connected to their phone for which we have to dail 4-5 times.

This is a very nice property. It is right down the street from the University of Dayton and conveniently located close to the highway. I love the fact that it is near all the awesome dining that Brown Street has to offer. There is nothing but good things to say about Flyer Point.

Very nice apartments. My son is loving his new place.

They repaired my ac and exterminated the crokroaches. But Right now there is still one to two roaches appear accationally. But thankful to their action.
