I have been living in these apartments since April and I have had an amazing experience, especially compared to my last apartment. The neighbors are quiet, no loud music, everyone keeps to themselves. Plenty of parking space! Each apartment has its own personal patio and has washer and dryer hook ups. NO BUGS it's incredible. I haven't lived in a better community yet. Not to mention the most affordable rent in the area with everything included except electric. I am so grateful for Lashana, the property manager, for helping me and all that she does for everyone. This is definitely where I recommend everyone to call when they're looking to move.

I love it here! This place has definitely become my home over the past few years. They always respond promptly to any maintenance issues (majority of which are minor), I have no problems with insects which I have had bad issues with at other apartments/rental homes, and it’s overall a quiet and peaceful complex. On top of all that, the community of people living here are wonderful, and the office staff is top tier unlike any other place I’ve lived. They’re always helpful and understanding, and are constantly doing things such as cookouts, raffles, and free groceries for the community. Definitely deserve all 5 stars.

I've spent years in my car and getting rejected by many places. Once I entered the valusia crossing office I felt instantly I found my home. It was a feeling of absolute relief when I was approved. Lashana gave me the best news and was so extremely helpful in meeting my needs to find a home. The process was smooth and the best experience I've had in a long time. The feeling of finally having a home was the best news she gave me in a long time. She was very insitfull in everything and fully transparent with the process. They really care about their residents and are always their to help in any way they can. I am so blessed to have came here and be able to meet with laushana and angel and both gave me the chance to have a home.

I have been here for a while. It's definitely a nice community and our Assistant Manager LaShana has raffles and a food cupboard and she looks out for everyone. Always happy or will cheer you up. Team always prompt.

It’s been going on two years and I love it here Ms. lashana go’s above and beyond for her tenants . She get’s back to you in a timely fashion if you has a question most likely, she has the answer the complex is kept ,and she keeps engaged and has goodies for the kids here in there. It’s more like a big family instead of an apartment complex. 5stars 😊

I just want to thank Ms Lashawn for always being professional and fair with the residents, understand and treats everyone equal she is the only one and I really appreciate her. Thank Ms Lashawn. I just renewed my lease and it's great.

I love living at volusia crossing!! lived here almost a year and no issues! just re signed my lease to live here another year have friends that i’ve told about this apartment complex some have moved in and they love it as well!! Definitely recommend moving here if you want to live in nice quite clean community!
