I really like this location. I was treated with care and respect. All the staff showed they care and had concerns with helping me. I had gone around to several other different dentists offices, that were not Aspen Dental locations. I was not happy. Dr. kissing, at this location is so very nice. The front desk staff, I wish I knew all their names such as; David, Michelle and many others, thank you. They took care of me. It's a great location if you are looking for dental help.

I hate dentists. My experiences to date haven't been pleasant. But when I walked into Aspen I felt that was going to change. The office is spotless and comfortable and I was greeted cordially. The initial paperwork was handled efficiently and took only a few minutes. Then I was led into the "inner sanctum" where I met the friendly, empathic, and knowledgeable staff who laid out a game plan for me then set to work to make my smile bright. I think my teeth haven't ever been in better hands. Thank you, Aspen Dental.

PLEASE DON’T GO TO ANY ASPEN DENTAL Although the staff are great, there’s clearly an emphasis on money over patient care. During my appointment I was told that it’s highly recommended I get cavities worked on. Additionally, I was told I should get Invisalign. They try to sell you more than a car dealership. Sure this may seem harmless, but when you are a medical professional and you are telling patients they need cavity work done when every other dental practice is saying something else, in my opinion this is unacceptable. My memory is foggy but they wanted to charge somewhere between $400-$700 for the cavity removal. All for a procedure that wasn’t even necessary? PSA for any new patient at an aspen location anywhere. I would question/ get a second opinion before doing any procedures they recommend. I was skeptical about cavities as I take good care of my mouth. My skepticism was confirmed by 3 different dentists I have seen since I went to aspen. I recommend looking for dentists that are not run by businesses but rather family practices. After I found out about aspens dishonesty, I took my business to Lakeside Daytona. They were far more transparent and have great staff. I no longer live in Daytona but that’s a dentist I would recommend over aspen.

First visit and all the staff were very helpful and patient with me. We have come to a great solution for my dental needs and I look forward to accomplishing our goals. Highly recommend the Aspen dental office on ISB in mall parking area. Actually looking forward to my next appointment.

I have never experienced such poor customer service as i have from this place. It should be also noted that i am a returning customer, but my recent experience has been extremely horrible. The Doctor and staff were very friendly and very helpful, it's the after care that i would like to share with all. After my wisdom tooth extraction i wasn't provided a prescription for what that said was electroncally filed. So, after arriving at the pharmacy i was told they couldn't see anything. So i called Aspen Dental back and was assured that the Doctor had prescribed the order. After contacting the pharmacy, again, i was told i would receive a text message once the prescription was filled but they still could not see one for me. The next day i couldn't get Aspen Dental on the phone so i called their answering service. They were able to reach them but they were placed on hold and then transferred voicemail. Now after the answering service has notified the on call Doctor, i still have not received a call back from the Doctor but have received two phone call back to see if the Doctor has called...Needless to say i am in pain and have suffered through the night. So i will be headed up there again in hopes that the delay in receiving proper medication won't cause me an infection!!!

Unorganized. The problem seems to be the receptionist up front.. I had a Wisdom tooth extraction and I go to the pharmacy and change my pharmacy with the doctor.. After changing and confirming my new pharmacy. I go to the pharmacy and they only received one medication. I drive my car BACK to Aspen Dental and I am told that I cannot look at my own medications and they cannot be printed out for me. The receptionist proceeds to tell me that they were sent to the pharmacy i drive back to the pharmacy and they are not there. Not to mention I had three wisdom tooth pulled so I am excruciating pain the receptionist seems to not care and refusing to let me see my own medications makes absolutely no sense since I AM the patient. It is unfortunate because the procedure was flawless but the customer service rep there was not flawless at all.

It was my first time to Aspen Dental as a patient. Although I have visited with my eldest sister who is a long time patient wirh you. I was well pleased with Dr. Kevon Rennie & staff because they showed that they were knowledgeable & not about making a quick dollar because of my circumstance. And for that Aspen Dental receives an A+. Thank you, Kindly.

My dental assistant was awesome listened to my problem my upper denture was rubbing against my mouth causing a sore. She marked where the sore was on the denture and filed it down so it did not rub anymore. She advised me whenever I was in a position to keep the denture out to facilitate healing. I wish I could remember her name but she deserves applause for going the extra mile making sure I was happy with my results when I left. She also made me a follow up appointment in 2 weeks to check the status of my sore
