We got chicken wings, fish dip and salad. The wings were perfect. My fiance loved the fish dip. Salad was great. Great meal. Great, busy atmosphere. We had a great attentive waitress. My fiance ordered a long island iced tea. It was very heavy on the alcohol, but very worth the price.

We picked this for the music and view and it was spot on! Once seated on the deck, our waitress, with a great sense of humor was right there even though it was busy. Easy access to the beach and walked for miles!! Don’t pay for parking, use their valet, they work for tips so you can save money. We tipped $10 which saved us ten.

It’s a popular restaurant similar to any other beach side restaurants. It opened a small portion of entire restaurant and the deck was closed. We went there for a lunch. The waitress prompted us to order a lot more than we needed and add more toppings so that we had bunch of leftovers to take back. We even couldn’t finish all leftovers as a dinner later in the evening. I don’t think it’s a good way to have more business or tips. The portion of appetizers is big, almost like a meal. The seafood is fresh. And drinks are OK. Generally speaking, it is not very impressive but it’s OK.

Cool place. Upstairs dining is quiet with view of ocean. Downstairs dining is loud and wild. Live music. Staff was fantastic, with all that was going on managed to get food and drink orders right. Food was delicious. Really fun place. If you're in the area , it's a must see!

I haven’t been to the Ocean Deck in so long! We stopped by after a day trip to Daytona today and it was just as it was years ago… truly iconic! The parking is awful but so is any spot in Daytona, so that’s the only complaint. Our party of six was warmly welcomed and served promptly. The food was great and the prices were very reasonable. After our meal, we went downstairs to the lower deck to have a drink before we hit the beach. They had no problems with us coming and going to the restrooms which was nice because the restrooms are kept very clean. If you’re ever in town, don’t miss this beach front oasis!

Great atmosphere and great views of the beach. I had the Caribbean burger, it was huge and so very good. My wife had the the tanker, the fish was super good. My kids loved their meals and loved the frisbees they got after their meal was over. I would eat here every time I come to the beach. Parking is a little crazy, so it’s a win if you are already there, if not prepare to walk or pay. I would recommend the gator bites. I would visit this place again.

Loved everything we ate. So so good. Server seemed a little tired and not willing to be help but perked up after a bit of kidding around....I believe anyways. Right off the beach! Crab cakes, fried tanker, a shrimp sampler x2 (don't remember name) 😂

Great space but be ready to wait during dinner time. Picked the upstairs to dine in. The food is great! The beers are cold and the waitress was awesome. Sorry about the finished food pic but it was that good. Downstairs is a vibe with music and a cool crowd of people just hanging having a great time.

This is a great place for casual dining that offers direct access to Daytona beach! The food is freshly prepared and quite tasty. The staff are friendly and we enjoyed sitting outside with the view of the ocean and the breeze while we ate. I couldn't go 5 stars though as the smoking area is the same as the outside eating area so that's very bothersome to those that don't smoke. It also gets very busy and very loud, so hearing a conversation can be difficult. Pro-tip - parking is a real challenge but they do have valet parking if you choose to use it.

The atmosphere in this place is really cool. They have a bigger bar downstairs with music every night and good views of the ocean upstairs with very good food to boot. The moles fish dip was very tasty with just the right amount of smoke and it had a little kick to it as well. The sirloin was chargrilled to perfection and the garlic mashed potatoes added the perfect accomplishment to the dish. The island rice was very nutty and so delicious. The fried seafood platter was a heaping amount of Cod, clams and shrimp. All 3 were perfectly fried and the sauces were equally good for dipping. I would definitely recommend this place and I will be coming back for sure. The bartender was very informative and friendly. Great service!

Nice place right on the beach with 2 floors. Upstairs is a bit more refined and offers a casual dining atmosphere. Downstairs gives more of a bar/pub vibe. Offers table seating, bar seating, and outdoor seating (if you can get one of the outdoor tables). Nice atmosphere. Beautiful views of the beach/Ocean. Only complaint I didn't like seeing the cooks handling food without gloves but that's just me.. I guess. Seems LGBT friendly my husband and I sat at the bar after stopping in from the beach. We only had drinks and an appetizer so can't sat much for food. We had no issues. Our bartender Nanette was friendly. Would highly recommend if you are looking to get off the beach and cool off or grab a bite/drink.

We are visiting on our honeymoon and decided to pop in here for a drink. We had kept hearing great things about this place, and we were intrigued by the events they were advertising. My only regret is that we didn't stay longer to try the food. We ill absolutely be back when we have more time!

Great service, and not at all expensive. They serve the best bar-type food we'd had in a long time. And as a bonus, during the day, you'll have a great view of the famous beaches of Daytona. We parked valet (complimentary) instead of paying for public parking down the street. We thought we'd rather use the money to tip the valet.

Doing all first-time restaurants this Daytona trip. Bad weather beach day got us here for early dinner. Lori, our server, was an ambassador for Ocean Deck - personable, happy, informative and greatly attentive. Drinks were quick and the food quick as well. Clam Chowder was exceptional (should have gotten the bread bowl). Crab cakes were perfect. Three types shrimp entree was fabulous and an amazing bargain. Indoor seating rustic with bar and private party area (reserved). Expansive outdoor umbrella patio seating - all with ocean views. 5 parking spaces, but two public parking lots across the street. A must multiple visit.

So this place is hit or miss, and because of that and the high prices, I won't be back for a long while. The photos are from 2 separate days, I've had very good fish and fries one night, and the next time the rice was old and mushy, vegetables obviously frozen, and the fish not to the standard of the price tag. This is probably one of my favorite places when it comes to the atmosphere, I love the rustic beach inspired decor and construction. The staff is lovely as well. If they can show consistency and quality with the food, especially charging the premium, I would love to come back.

We came to Ocean Deck during Biketoberfest so, it was a busy night. The staff was very friendly but, our waitress disappeared after greeting us so, we asked another person if he could serve us and he did so diligently. We ordered a few drinks and grabbed something to eat. Overall, everything was tasty and the portions were satisfying. The atmosphere was cool with a mixed crowd and music.

Hamburger was okay. Fries tasted like McDonald's. Tacos were good. The tables were extremely sticky. The drinks were fun and delicious. Amazing location. Bad parking lot.

It's been some years since I've been, but it was still a great experience. Times have changed, and the service had too! Before ordering our drinks, we had a discussion my niece ordered ice tea, and we were served a long island iced tea as well as a sweet tea. Needless to say that the waitress was not happy to return it to the bar and in her loudest voice, stating the lady doesn't want it! 1. I'm grown, and you will not bully me into anything I didn't oder 2. I'm grown, period! After she collected herself and came back, I ordered a double cocktail with ginger ale. I got Jamesons 6th the ginger and you know what it was good! We ordered a Rodeo Burger cook medium, and it was good. It was almost like she was trying to redeem herself, it didnt work out! There was karaoke and a crowd even though the heat was non-existent at a balmy 65°out doors. P.S. Tip accordingly!

The atmosphere is open air and beachfront. We liked the two floor concept. The top floor was quieter and more family friendly and the bottom floor was open, a little louder, and a different mix of people. Our six sat downstairs. We enjoyed the live music, the wait staff was friendly and the food was tasty. We will be back.

This place is noteworthy for its location next to Daytona beach, but the food is subpar. We ordered the Trophy (Mahi-Mahi) and the Rasta Chicken. Both meats were overcooked and dry. The portion sizes were also rather small for the price. They have happy hour specials from 3-6 that differ from what is on their website, so we asked the waitress who did provide $5 house margaritas which were adequate but lacked the salt on the rim. We were also hoping for dinner entertainment and learned that one needs to go to the bottom level in order to enjoy the music, and we unfortunately, ate on the second level.

Located direct on Daytona Beach, the view is very beautiful. Service is friendly and quick, food was ok, is American type. I highly recommend their coconut shrimps, was my favorite dish.

Awesome place during the day. Walk right up from the beach. GREAT fish dip. I love the decorations and you tell this place gets wild at night. No shirt no shoes NO PROBLEM.

Sadly I had half the meal down before I realized I should take a photo and leave a review of this delicious meal! Our whole party had a great time with the live reggae and the amazing food!! We will definitely make this a stop on every trip to Daytona.
