I'm so disappointed I chose this location for a weekend get away... If I could rate it negative stars I would. I seriously can't believe this place is rated 3 stars. I've stayed in 2 star locations cleaner... To start it off, the first room I was assigned. Upon opening the door, the stench of whatever was wrong with that room hit you before you could even get the door fully open. I requested a different room right away and even paid for an upgrade. The second room smelled slightly better but the cleanliness of the whole building is questionable... The carpets turn your feet black, the faucet heads are corroded and disgusting, and to top it all off, I woke up to a cockroach climbing up the wall of our room. There's stains everywhere that the cleaning staff just don't bother to clean and it's pretty obvious that whoever is in charge just doesn't care anymore. There's no towels for any pool guests, the security fence is broken and the whole place is in disrepair. Oh if you're a light sleeper you're not going to have a good night, anyone wheeling their bags down the hall sounds like a box car going down the tracks. You'd be better off at a motel 6 or super 8 for how disgusting this place was...

We had a very nice stay here! It was a bit pricey- I understand location is everything and we were right on the beach, but things were a little outdated. The room was super clean, smelled good, and the bed and the pillows were so comfortable. The layout was odd with the sort of living room area being in the back so you had to walk through the bedroom to get to it. There was a flashing alarm light in the bedroom that was pretty bright at night, the TV only got one channel, and the plugs built into the lamps were too loose to hold plugs. However, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful at every turn, the breakfast was delicious and the restaurant staff was wonderful, the pool area was beautiful, and you can’t beat the view of the ocean from the balcony.

Compare this property to the one Holiday Inn Resort in Panama City Beach, this has pathetic maintenance. The corridors stink, the elevator has a carpet that hasn’t been cleaned in months, mens restroom has an non functional faucet, no housekeeping - we had to ask for one. Parking is another problem. Lots of pockets of parking slots but scattered and confusing. The entrance to parking garage and parking needs expertise. One needs to navigate the narrow passages of each lot to find empty spaces. Guests had cars parked in aisle and going from one aisle to other was blocked and if you have an SUV, then god help you. On a positive note, the view from the balcony is good. Especially the sunrise is awesome. Be careful to book the pool view and ask for non corner rooms else the parking and side walls will spoil the view. The hot pool is just an elaborate bath tub which fits in probably 5 people. Restaurant is very small but staff is good. Overall the staff is good. On our first day, the faucet in tub broke and the maintenance fixed it within few hours. I am a frequent visitor to the Panama City property which is fantastic. This was a disappointment.

This place can be deceiving from the front street side but once you get into your room and see the view it transform the experience there. We stayed at the executive suite and it’s worth the stay. The staff made sure we had a great time and very attentive. The restaurant was great with friendly staff making this experience a very nice and relaxing one.

location is great and so is the view. however, this hotel will completely scam you. $702 i paid for 3 nights, roaches, spiders, and moths in the hotel room. no wifi in the actual rooms only the lobby, we got the wrong hotel room and refused to give us the right one, the room smelled like mold, and so much more. you’re better off going to a motel at this point. don’t waste your time here

Jen at front desk is very accommodating. I was able to upgrade from regular room to suite with no issue. They even delivered a crib to our room. Stayed twice this year and it’s perfect for a family with young kids. Love the ocean views as well as the short walk to pool area. Food is tasty and kids always eat free! We never have to leave the property when we visit.

The staff is just wonderful all around. The beach and location fantastic, as was the view from our room. Breakfast added in to our room price was superb, as were servers. The only downside was the room, which was very dated and just average. The beds were comfortable tho and the view spectacular.

We were charged way too much for our room. The room was comfortable and clean. Pool was nice. Breakfast good and staff nice. Had to park across the street because the parking lot was full. We paid extra for an ocean front room. Our room was partially blocked by a wall on the left. That balcony door took super human strength to open.

We were scheduled to be in Florida a week and a half before hurricane Nicole hit. Our condo was deemed unsafe. Holiday Inn Resort was able to accommodate three families and even with ocean front rooms and balconies like we would have had at the condo. Thank you Holiday Inn Resort. You were a life saver being we had all of our tickets bought already for all of our activities. Highly recommend. Nice clean rooms. Great staff. Restaurant downstairs had excellent food. And great wait staff.

The rooms were a little outdated. Carpet felt dirty on my feet. We came to spend time on the beach and the room served it's purpose. Everything worked as it should in the room and the beds were comfortable. Staff was nice and accommodating. We had a full ocean view in room 415. I would rent this room again.

Room was clean. Hotel Restaurant is a deal a lot of food for the money. There was so much we split meals the rest of the week. The server Adrian and the others we a welcoming face every morning. Adrian made me a special drink without sugars or simple syrups it was great.. workers were always whipping up the floors in entrance from pool and deck area. Elevator could use some ventilation or ac. A great weekend at the beach

Booked an ocean front room and wasn't disappointed. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean, had full size fridge and microwave. Balcony had chairs to enjoy the view and beach access is right through the pool area. Beds are worn out and could use replacing, however I would stay again.

Just stayed Saturday through Tuesday and had an amazing time. Beautiful views from balcony room. Every person we came in contact with was helpful. Rooms get a lot of use but overall still felt clean and cared for. Location is great. Only minor complaint is not having free coffee in the lobby but they did have Keurig in the room and u can pay for coffee at their restaurant. 100% will return

The rooms were clean. Just need a little updating and touch ups. The front desk staff Nastassia was very professional and helpful. I met a few housemen Javar and Martin made sure I was safe and secured . Also housekeeper I didn’t get her name she kept my room nice and tidy My room had the best oceanfront view
