A nice place on the beach that is close to many good/affordable restaurants and bars.its also right next to the entrance for vehicles on the beach. Some of the hotel is under renovation but when they are finished you will have a great view of the ocean when the sun rises.

This place is awful! Stairwell was dirty, looks like the rails haven’t been cleaned in years. There was absolutely no hot water I mean no hot water. Maintenance is awful if there is a maintenance person they need to be fired. I am a maintenance man for a place with 7 condo buildings if my place looked like this I would have been fired years ago, I have been at the same place 18 years. FIRE YOUR MAINTENANCE PERSON!

When we got there for Bike Tober fest, the cable was out, it was out for a few days. Pool closed, no hot water, no ac. Trash Flowing out of trash cans. I couldn’t find or see a maintenance person. Roaches in our room. Room smelled like mold, old food in fridge. This is a joke. This place needs to be shut down.

In fairness, two hurricanes came through several years ago. Some old buildings were really damaged. This is one of them. Right now, the whole front of the building (ocean side) is a skeleton. Rebuild is happening now. I walked up the pretty steps to the pool. (The whole pool area is closed). You can tell it is decent - pool, hot tub and fountain). The sides of the Inn are owners, and they are renting out. It is up to each owner to rehab his unit. I stayed for two days. My room was clean. The elevator is located in the corner. For me, it was a long walk. I ended up going up and down the stairs (which got old real fast). Because the pool area is closed, so is going through the pool area to get to the beach. Fortunately, the Inn is on the corner. I had to walk to the main street to go to the beach. The side balconies is really a balconette - standing room only. On a plus side, I didn't have to deal with many people. I sat on the steps to look at the ocean. If you are on a super budget, it is fine.

This is an Air BnB. Former hotel being converted to individual condos. Lots of construction ongoing. Not bad for the price.

The place is pretty old but the prices and location is good. They are working on renovating the place but there are some people that live there that are up all hours of the night being loud and tweaking.

Do not call this phone number, I called it and it gets to a normal person. Not the hotel. They told me that people are calling them for so long and it’s bad. It’s so bad that they had to deactivate a number they need, but they reactivated it, because they need it. Don’t call it.

This place is under construction. Had plenty of parking. However, we need a parking pass from the owner of Airbnb. No beach access, no pool. Had to go around the corner of the building to get to the beach. Very load when trying to sleep. Street noise all night, then construction banging at 7 am. No longer a hotel. All private owned.

Down for biketoberfest. Rooms were nice, they thought of everything, beach chairs, toiletries, coffee maker, even a toaster oven to reheat the great food in area. My only complaints were.....the shower never got hotter than just warm, and the people in room 308, who fought constantly.

Sheets looked dirty and had hairs, underbed needed swept, found cookie wrapper under the bed. A few dings here and there. If newly remodeled not a very good job. None of the remotes had backs on the batteries. After a good night's sleep, room not too bad. Quiet. Could use new better sheets, newer towels. Dust under beds. This is an older hotel/condo.

Was very nice and convenient actually. And definitely great location near that famous Daytona Beach sign which is an access for vehicles on to the beach. Very close to the pier and a bunch of restaurants. No breakfast and no front desk or staff if you would want someone to talk to but great location and room we had was quite fine...clean and not dated. Main door and bathroom door are dated but rest looked pretty good. I gave three stars overall only because they talked about a pool being available. There was indeed a pool but there was not any access to it. Didn't matter to us much but it would matter to a family who was staying here and intended to use the pool. Note that they currently do not have rooms facing directly to the ocean...just the side view one of my photos shows which matched image they were showing when I made my reservation. But all rooms facing the ocean are being newly renovated and pool looks new too. Looks like an even better place in future.

I didn't need service. However, the Owner James Jestes, this was his unit and it was AMAZING!. RIGHT ON A1A for Bike Week . Three blocks from main street. Contact James rent his unit. It's exceptionally clean, well decorated and set up with high end finishes.

My friend owns an Airbnb at this place and from what I saw it was all very clean and friendly people. Right off the beach ,nice pool , close to main st and restaurants. Good amount of parking as well.

Right in the heart of Daytona. Walking distance to everything. Don't need a car. About 5 to 10 minute Uber drive from Daytona Airport and the Daytona Speedway. Airbnb for unit #237. Very nice!!!

Location is key about this place. Also, very clean room. Room handler was easily accessible by phone. Parking had construction going on, which made it a little hard to find spots at night, but understanding these projects are for improvement, would look forward to go back.

Nice clean rooms but AC went out can’t and it’s 90 degrees contacted property told me they would be here in morning no one at 4:00 pm. Can’t even get ahold of property had to contact booking they couldn’t even get ahold of them so we are stuck in a hot room with it 90 degrees outside. No one on the property no one answering the phone no house keepers no nothing. The office is closed they have no one on site.

Have to get that parking decal in the car FAST as they patrol every 30 mins. Which means show up, run upstairs and then run back downstairs, then go upstairs and relax. 🤣 Then it's the reverse when you leave. 😜 The place was okay, very close to the beach and for some it might be an issue that it's very old. I personally didn't care.

we booked thru airbnb and upon arrival we were locked out of our room and contact with the host took nearly 30 minutes before we could get it open. the room was sandy and had a musty smell. it pool was closed and most of the place was under construction, this was two years ago, and people are still saying it is under construction (why??). a rat ran across the stairwell on our way up from the beach that night. very outdated on the outside, looks very sketch. our room was as nice as it could’ve been, we did have a maintenance guy fix our tv which would not turn on. our balcony could only fit two people, three if your small, small and triangular. it was quiet at night and the room stayed cool. definitely good when your wanting something cheap and close to the beach, just was not what we had expected.

We booked through Priceline for Labor Day weekend 2022. There was nothing disclosed of the maintenance on the pool or the place. We got there the pool was closed, the beach access closed, and no onsite staff. The shower was in need of maintenance-rust everywhere. The management company offered no compensation for this at all after all of the going back and forth. They need to update their listing so others do not have this issue.

The room was nice but very sketchy people and made me very uncomfortable.

Great location! Public beach access right on the side of the building. Located on a corner, and the one street is the main street of Daytona Beach, the other takes you directly off the island and it's so efficient and easy to get around. The unit stayed in was very well decorated! Sparse amenities. King sized bed...(with plastic under the bed sheets, which was weird). Very poorly ventilated, for heat or AC (bath towels would not dry entirely from day to day for daily showers). The building is under renovation and apparently has been for a while... so it sucks to not have a pool and every morning, be woken up by an alarm that you can't shut off... the noices of heavy equipment, pounding, back up beeping. Each unit is individually owned and managed. So there is no body on site to talk to, you have to reach out to the owner of the unit. I showed up at night and by the look of things was nervous to get into the unit myself... because I needed to use the elevator and it was very scary looking. Parking is a big pain.... only bring ONE vehicle because any ones that don't have a pass get towed, at vehicle owner's expense.

The room was good, first time for us to rent a Airbnb. The experience was a good one. No pool at the time due to the construction.

Currently in a remodel so for the most part quiet until 8am and after 5pm. Walls are thin do you can hear noise such as TV's from other rooms. No air-conditioning even though it listed it had a/c. The fridge didn't work only the freezer did. We knew that there was no housekeeping services but they don't give you enough t.p. to last your entire stay. Awesome shower pressure and hot water. Beds were decently comfy TV has a annoying talk to me mode that couldn't be muted or shut off. I think in time things will improve but this particular room should have had a/c already as well as a working refrigerator. But once you pay for this place you are stuck with the no refund policy. Also after paying is when I found out about the construction and the pool being closed but I didn't care about the pool anyway. Also didn't know that there's a $200 deposit that must be paid until after it was already booked. Weather it was the Daytona Inn or the way booking.com listed it I don't know but I feel full disclosure should be completely prior to booking especially on a place that offers no refunds.

We got there for the race, the elevator was out, the stair well was nasty. There was a creepy guy asking us for extra cigarettes, we don’t smoke I told him he said really! Not sure if he stays there or just homeless. I know it’s under Construction on beach but there’s no excuse if the place to look like that where is maintenance if there is any. And to top it off got back to shower after the race and no hot water. Who wants to sweat all day and come back to a place you pay good money for and no hot water.
