Well, it started at the 45 minute "curbside" check-in, down under in the sweltering parking garage. Somehow they had not assigned us a room when our reservations were made. But after several gift cards, time and apologies, and the promise that though there was no ocean view we would have a nice view of the city, we proceeded to park and unload. Only problem is they sent us to the wrong deck and wrong tower. So after reloading all our luggage and having to beg our way into the correct parking deck we finally found our room in the opposite tower of what we were told. Room was fairly nice ( supposedly an upgrade for our trouble) but when we opened the curtains, the windows were almost too dirty to see through and what we do see was hideous. Pictures attached of our " nice city view". We honestly tried to make the best of it, but the sofa and chairs were hard as a rock. The pools, lazy river and beachfront were wall to wall people. We did enjoy walking down the boardwalk and further down on the beach, but this location is not for us. We did try to ask for a late check out the evening before we left. I was told they don't do "last minute" latest checkouts and that we should have requested it when we checked in several days earlier when we were in check-in hell... We have stayed in multiple Wyndham's through the years and have had good experiences. This was not one of them and we don't plan to to bother the good folks at Ocean Walk again... Hope they can figure it out for other travelers.

First of all I booked my room January requesting no higher than a 3-5 floor and they put me on the 21st floor. Next my room is decorated nicely beach themed but def furniture has probably never been cleaned and there’s a slight odor in room. However I do like the pool options. I also like the room has a private balcony. And it is spacious. Def need to get rid of the carpet in rooms and throughout hotel. I am here until Monday so I may add more

Our stay was wonderful. We had fun and it was kid friendly. Our kids were able to just be kids. The water slide as well as the kid’s area was well kept and easily accessible. The elevators were all in working order. The beach was clean and easy to get to. Don’t recommend the beach chair rental but everything at the resort itself was worth the money. There is even a few places for photo ops.

10/2022 This resort is located on the beach. Their water amenities are awesome especially for children. There are two indoor pools, two outdoor pools, two water slides, the beach and pool side bar for the adults. The fitness center is adequate for maintaining your fitness while on vacation. This location is an older resort and it shows. Our room door had a gap between the door frame that you allowed you to see outside the room with the door shut. The bathtub had some wear that made it look like it wasn't cleaned properly. Unfortunately their staff isn't very accommodating. Our friends are Gold VIP members and have been with Wyndham for over 11 years. They requested our rooms be near each other when they booked. We were on the northern corner of the north tower and they were on the southern corner of the south tower. We couldn't be any further apart. Their sales staff are eager to sell and you feel trapped if you attend their presentation. They're just like used car salesmen. Overall all, we had a great time. The amenities are great and the location is awesome.

Club Wyndham Ocean Walk, Daytona Beach, FL. The Resort was awesome, very nice, everything was clean, the room and the amenities were great, the staff was kind and friendly. We are Club Wyndham Timeshare Owners first time visiting Daytona and we got a very good impression. Definitely going back very soon. Our room ocean view deluxe was amazing and spacious. We had a very good quality Family time. Just one negative comment late at night we had to closed our balcony door because the marijuana bad odor, someone was smoking marijuana from a close proximity balcony. It’s a NON SMOKING facility. We didn’t report this because we couldn’t figure out from which balcony - room was the odor coming from.

This was an amazing place to stay. The inside was clean and the service was amazing. The rooms were spacious and made you feel right at home. We had a view of the beach. There are a lot of water activity options. They has several pools, hot tubs, lazy river, waterslides in a gym. In the evening, they would play kid movies at the inside pool. There is also a Starbucks on the resort. Parking was easy and convenient and so where the elevators. There are also a lot of food options close by including a Jimmy John’s right across the street.

Couple of days left here and our family is having an awesome time! Great amenities to keep busy teenagers happy. Very clean, great beach,.lots to do! Only complaint is that the chairs in the pool area fill up quickly and some towels (ours) got moved to the basement because we went for a walk on the beach. We ended having to sit on hard plastic chairs by a garbage can while lounge chairs beside us went unused and unmonitored for over 21/2 hours. Not sure how this system works for some and not for others.

Place was Beautiful. Lots of activities Rooms were very nice. My daughter has Lupus indoor pools were a big bonus. Employees were very kind and professional. My Grandchildren had a blast. When I slipped and fell the resort staff were quick to respond. The only down fall was things were alittle pricey. But otherwise we had a wonderful time.

Great facilities, location etc...But, be prepared for a 2 hour high pressure time share sales presentation-required attendance (next day) before getting your room wristband/key. Took almost an hour to get to room. Don't fall for the lies and false promises, and don't sign anything! They did a 'hard inquiry" on my credit files. My fault for giving them my SS#, but when I asked why they needed it, was told "nothing to worry about, it's just to get you into the system". Plenty of other just as nice places to stay in Daytona without the hassle. Check the BBB reviews.

Wonderful location right on the beach. Nice pools and hot tubs with daily activities. Rooms are old and need updating but the kitchen had everything you need to cook meals.

We enjoyed a weekend in November. It was calm and relaxing. The view from our hotel was amazing. One side of balcony had ocean view and the other overlooked the inter coastal. Arrival was crazy at the entrance, had a rude security guard when we pulled in, but Tyrell, in Bell services saw me struggling with walking and even standing due to a bad hip and he helped us every step of the way. Even remembering us when he saw us at the pool the next day and stopping to say hi. Pool was great although we didn't use, we got a chair with a view and enjoyed an adult beverage and then the hot tub. The weekend is exactly what we needed

I wanted to love it and I’m sure it was just our experience but we went the entire 4 days without hot water. They did nothing to accommodate us but offer a late checkout. We ended up leaving our laptop bag behind (completely our fault) they told us it be $300 for them to ship it UPS to us. The UPS charge was only $27 the rest was a convenience fee😳 Just seemed excessive but we needed it so we had no choice. In all honesty we will probably give it another chance because it’s a peaceful place. They were doing tons of construction up and down the beach so I’m interested to see the progress next year.

Came here 10 years ago in 2013 and this year in November of 2023. This place has the most pushy sales team of them all. Thought I was literally going to have to fight the guy. They lied to us about our ownership status in an effort to get more money. I called Worldmark and confirmed the lie. Whatever. I actually enjoy physical confrontation, so it was fun. Regardless, it's still a nice place, and we had a good time. As usual, don't listen to all the people on here who have nothing but bad things to say. The place is nice, clean and secure. You may have to punch a sales guy, but whatever.

I came here to visit a friend for a funeral and another friend generously offered to let me use his Club Wyndham points to stay here. This is the first time I have spent at a place like this , as we usually rent condos on our annual trips to Daytona. Conveniently located on the beach 10 minutes from one Donnie's Donuts and 15 minutes from the other Donnie's Donuts, I felt welcomed the moment I got here. I'd call this a hybrid, all the comforts of a home and all the amenities of the hotel. Wait, a knock at the door...they just delivered some coffee to my room for my coffee maker, Thanks Wyndham! There is always something to do here, with 2 outdoor pools, 2 indoor pools, a lazy river and more, and plenty for the kids to do. You are a few minutes walk to the Boardwalk, amusement rides, and the Ocean Walk Shoppes. Activities are a constant source of entertainment here, and I get an email each day to let me know what is happening. I am staying in one of the 1 bedroom efficiencies, which is a perfect size for me and nicely appointed. BTW, washer dryer is included! I considered the thought of coming back to here instead of a condo for my annual trip, and they kindly allowed me a view of the 2 bedroom deluxe and 4 bedroom presidential suites. All I can say is NI-ICE!! So much better than any of the condos we have stayed in. I'm going to look into joining Club Wyndham, but since I am a skinflint, I will wait for them to offer me a free week or something and sales pitch me. I hope you guys read this.

Enjoyed our time with family and made memories. Great view. Rooms and hallways could use some TLC. Wasn't sure if it was dirt or mold on our AC vents in the room. Didn't want to get too close.

We had the pleasure of staying over Thanksgiving week our start was a little rocky but we had the pleasure of meeting the manager Daniel who had EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. And made sure we were taken care of as well as The wonderful gentleman Tyrell with bellman service he was extremely friendly and helpful and helped us move rooms and get settled. We didn't get to enjoy the pool or lazy river due to cold rainy weather but the indoor pool was big and not crowded and was a little warm 😀

Went for college spring break and this was a great affordable place. The location was perfect it was right on the beach and close to the prominent clubs and bars. It was easy to have a group of 16 split in different rooms due to the size. The only downside was that the sun would be covered on the pool by about 2:30 so make sure to get there early. It stays up longer on the beach

This resort is huge. We had a 3 bedroom suite with 2 bathrooms, a complete kitchen, dining room, living room, whirlpool tub, and big oceanfront balcony. The staff is amazing. The property has an indoor pool, an outdoor pool, a slide, a lazy river, a warm pool and 2 hot tubs. The location is great. We didn't need to drive anywhere. Everything is close by. We were glad the pool stayed open but the warm pool and access to the bathrooms was closed. Also, some comfy lounge chairs on the balcony would be nice. We really didn't expect much but we were very pleasantly surprised. We will definitely be back!

This is a timeshare property. At checkin, if you are not an owner, they make you go 3-4 different places in order to get room keys and parking pass. All but 1 try to get you go to a presentation. I politely declined and hoped that would be the end of it, but then they only activated my my room key for 1 of my 2 nights. I believe this was done as a way to drive me back to the sales area (where they give you the room key bracelets). There was a large pile of dirty laundry and trash outside our room at check in. We actually had to move it to get into our room. It smelled and I saw bugs in it. After a couple hours, I texted front desk and ask them to remove it since they had not done so on their own yet. They assured me they would but we woke up to it still there the next day. We sent another message to front desk and got same assurance. A couple hours later, still there. It took us contacting condo owner and having them contact front desk to get it resolved. They did then give us vouchers to use, and that was appreciated, but it should not have taken that level of escalation to resolve. Cleaning of our room from prior guest was hit and miss. We found dirty socks and underwear in the room. The location is great and resort itself has many amenities like multiple pools, etc, but guest experience left a lot to be desired. We will find a different property to stay at next time we are in Daytona Beach.

The room we had was fantastic with a great few. Amenities were also very nice. The down side is a lot of the beach is gone and not much places to set up without getting washed out by the tide. Another downside is the parking. Very little parking for the guest. There is not enough parking and the people parking along the walls and very congested.

I can't say enough about our stay! The room was spacious and very clean! Right down to the silverware being spotless! As usual the staff was friendly and very helpful! And now they have a texting feature that is awesome! They responded very fast to each of my texts. We had a fantastic time as usual and will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our stay. Clean rooms and big enough for us. Drinks at the bar were on point. The kids had so much fun at the pool. We really like that is closer to everything, shops , water park and restaurants. We had a great time.

Everything about this resort was fantastic. The staff welcomed me with open arms. Dawn Wilson in concierge was fantastic, very personable. This resort had lots of beach area, was in a great location. Parking garage was plentiful. Security was present daily. Indoor and outdoor pools were clean, also had lazy river pool which was delightful. Thank you for giving me a nice vacation, I will be back.

Everything way over priced. $17 for chicken nachos and they were dry hardly no cheese on them went back and ask if we could get more cheese and they put cold cheese on chips. $14 for small drinks. Room was OK they did not have extra pillows for the couch bed thank goodness my kids brought there own pillows. Big pee stain and other gross stuff on couch bed. You would think with as much money this place gets they could change out a cheap couch bed. FYI you can not drink adult drinks on beach here we did not know that, and cop told me to pour out a full drink. The cops will give you a fine if you do. He gave us a warning. The view was nice. We had an ocean view. The pools were nice but my kids were excited about the slide and it was closed the whole time here. I was upset about that to pay all this money for the kids and silde is closed? Beware don't buy anything at the little shop down stairs $19 for a small spray bottle of cool down for sunburn. No prices on anything at the shop also, so you don't know how much anything is.

This was a pretty great stay. The pull down shade didn’t work in the bedroom and the water in the rooms doesn’t get very hot for showers but otherwise this was a good place to stay. You can hear the “locals” if you are on the street side late at night when they get rowdy - even from the 13th floor. But the bed sleeps really well and the rooms are clean. We actually cooked in our room also and everything worked well. They heated the pools outside. The drinks are way too expensive. $14 for a cocktail that isn’t one of the best ones I’ve had is too much. We went the week after hurricane Ian and they did a good job with notifying guests of their status.

I really enjoyed my stay here this was a gift from my daughter and her fiance and it was more than I imagined. The view from our Windows of the beach was so beautiful I really enjoyed staying here everything including the restaurants and the balls were really nice the only problem that I had was with one of the security when we were arriving didn't want us to stop so that we could unload our luggage he made a big deal of us stopping in front of the building to take our luggage so that we could check in but other than that everyone on the inside was truly friendly and hospitable. I know that it must just have been him because I noticed in the days after that everyone else were pulling up and parking and unloading their luggage so I don't know what his problem was but he needs to get a grip and understand what he's actually there for.💯

Stayed on the 17th floor of the south towers! The room was updated looking, the pools were amazing! Love that they had a kids pool area of 1.5ft deep and a slide for them!! We had an ocean view and love that it was so easy to get to the beach! Love that the room had a kitchen and laundry!! Less clothes to wash when unpacking 🙌 also they have their keys on a wristband which was so convenient when running around the hotel as much as we did! We’re going to stay here every year no one wanted to leave!

Visiting from North Carolina. During my stay here I can say that it has been the best vacation my family and I have been to❤️ Everyone is super friendly and help you with whatever you need. They definitely keep the place clean and smelling fresh. Very beautiful view with a beautiful sunrise and sunset. Definitely a place where you can find peace and spend time with the family! Many more vacation days to come at this beautiful place❤️

This hotel is a pretty great stay! We stayed here for 8 days, the hotel was great, the lobby is great and the staff are very kind and helpful. The pool area is large with stuff for kids and adults. There is lots of seating, but it fills up pretty quickly and there tend to be a lot of empty chairs with people’s stuff. The suite we stayed in was very clean, well stocked, and the beds were really comfy. My only word of concern, the area surrounding the hotel can be very loud. Like we were on the 9th floor and the music and sounds from the street sounded like they were right outside. So be aware when booking that this isn’t exactly a quiet stay. Overall though, this place was great!
