Stayed weekly here and it was a wonderful getaway, only downside is the employee of the hotel was very rude waking guest up at 8am to see if you need linens or towels. Not an ideal way to treat guests on vacation. The weekly rates are a little expensive considering the hotel doesn't have much to offer and rooms are beyond basic. I feel they have a lot to work on and better but not bad for last minute stay. I feel they should focus more on the priorities of their guest as well as their wants and needs. As they say the customer is always right and that's how you make your money so better accommodate your guests better and make them top priority

If you want bare bones basic, sleep walk to entertainment this is it. Other than that look elsewhere. For the price there are other places available . The beds are uncomfortable, the owners are rude. No coffee maker, no updated area to charge your phone, outdated locks, ( keep anything valuable in your vehicle). Two stars are for location only.

If you want bedbugs this is your place saw at least six of them in my room all over the bed. Night manager he’s lucky I didn’t punch him in the face he said I brought them there. Spoke with the owner in the morning he was very confrontational and argumentative almost punched him in the face as well

A cheap Hotel in A1A that has average rooms and very basic services wifi, cable ect... But don't let that push you away...it's a clean and quiet place that you can enjoy and is close to everything in Daytona Beach. With that said the prices are good the rooms are descent and the owners are awesome. Thou there has been incidents in the past this place has gone through alot of good to great changes is worth a try if you are on a budget. And is a 2-3 establishment. Rooms: 5.0 Services 5.0 Staff 8.0 Parking 6.5 Cleanliness 8.0

Clean and comfortable. Owners are very nice and make sure you have what you need. Out of other hotels around here for the same price they are the cleanest with the best WiFi that I have found. Rooms are non smoking and they won't put up with any b.s. or drama. Respect them and they will respect you.

The people the own the place are very kind and clean. Change all linens every day and vacuum. However, they did have bed bugs in the room i was in and because of that i chose to move right away.

Friendly staff but our room was covered in roaches and the sheets had burn holes in them. The room is pretty dated not to mention u get to have an old flash back of the old style tv in your room. If I had to guess the rooms have been remolded sometime around late 70's . We had no heat on the cold nites but we did have a little plug in oil heater. I complained to the office about all the roaches and told them we would have to check out so they still charged me for the room but was nice enough to give me a 5 dollar credit, whatever....

Very rude manager. Very dirty rooms. I literally had to scrub the rooms bathtub before i would set my child in it. The manager wakes you up at ten am everyday just to yell at you that your room isn't perfectly clean, even if you have a shirt being the only thing laying on your bed. They cussed at me in front of my child because i asked for new towels too late in the day. Prostitutes across the hall with men going in and out all night. Never will go back here

Good location, only thing positive. Terrible rooms, terrible AC, terrible service, prostitutes and drug use. Definitely do not recommend this hotel. Your welcome :)
