Good breads, excellent rib’s, really clean spoon, knife and fork…. all was excellent… clean and flavor…. for me 10 🌟

Thank god I don't have to go to Texas to go to Texas Roadhouse... I got the grilled shrimp with rice. You should get it too. The fries were generic though. The margarita was really good. Be aware though, I went home and learned I gained 3 pounds. I walked 3 hours to burn those calories and didn't have time to do my homework.

Very upset had dinner, I ordered the fish it was very salty the waiter was very nice scented bag and this is what we got back a raw uncooked fish with bones in it. Been trying to call Texas Roadhouse since yesterday evening and trying again this morning and still no answer. So ridiculous.

Good food and wonder full service. Only complaint is the temperature in the restaurant was freezing cold. If you like good food, served by nice staff go here, just don't forget your jacket... you'll need to wear one while eating your dinner!

My husband is a steak person and he truly loves this place. We have been here twice and we have enjoyed it both times ! (: we join the waitlist to avoid long waiting period and it’s very helpful so I recommend it. Atmosphere is great and you’ll hear the occasional happy birthdays which is really fun. My husband loves the bread and we get seconds. The steak is so flavorful and juicy and I do feel it’s great portion size! Sides are good and it depends what you get. I also got a Mango Margarita and it was so delicious (especially since I didn’t taste the alcohol). Great steakhouse, truly recommend if you haven’t been here (:

Great place to eat, we had great service . Very prompt and the food was delicious . I had a grilled chicken salad with Italian dressing . We had ribs, a burger, and tenders at the table . Everything was great . The fried onion for a app was the perfect choice . Definitely will come back . Rachel is a excellent server

This is just some of the issues we had tonigh at this restaurant. The hostess sat us at this table with trash under it. Also this was another table they just cleaned and left this trash under it also. The only good thing about are food was the apps. Salad was wrong food was lukewarm and could tell its been sitting under the heat lamps for awhile. The manager Chris was a joke. Don't think we will ever go back to this location again. So sad.. Was once a nice place to eat.

I had the sirloin and baked potato with a cup of their chili. The chili was a surprise and very tasty with just a hint of spice. The steak was very tasty and cooked to perfection. The potato was done with a good coating of sea salt for a crispy skin and filled with the works. Very nice. The server was very attentive and very pleasant and engaging. The restaurant is well kept and appealing with the amusing art here and there. The only reason for the four star instead of the five star is ambiance. The sound is so loud from other guests it makes it difficult to have conversations. I would definitely do a Repeat Performance.

Wow! Let's start with service. Beyond reproach. The very polite, charming and funny young woman taking care of us was probably one of (if not the ) best I have ever witnessed. Everyone was very friendly but she was incredible. I am just sorry I can't remember her name. We were there with 5 people at 5:45 pm. The restaurant was full. She managed everything like it was no big deal. We were so impressed. Food: everything was delicious and the portions were enough for us. ( some of us a little too much ;) ) steaks were exactly as ordered and the sides were amazing. Basically...there is nothing negative to comment about. Keep up the great work 👍👍👍👍👍👍

Back in Syracuse for a visit & thought we'd catch an early dinner! We arrived about 5:15 pm... There were plenty people! Our walk in wait was about 15-20 minutes! We were seated and those amazing hot dinner rolls greeted us ! No appetizers! We got salads & they were fresh THEN a good 30 min wait for entrees! Our server was attentive & courteous! A visit from the manager or complimentary something would have been appreciated! The meals were very good though!

NOONE IS EVER AT TO GO!! Never pick the phone up. Bread has been awful the last 2 times and I spend a lot of money. They have definitely fell off and need to step their game up horrible service in to go!!

Went after a Syracuse football game. Place was packed - but - somehow we got a seat fairly quickly. Servers were attentive and quick. Food was served hot and fast. Our server continued to bring bread throughout our entire visit, which the kids loved. Meals were fantastic. Steaks were cooked as ordered. Always a good time at Texas Roadhouse!

We went there before 7pm. We were told to wait 15-20 mins for a table but we waited around 30mins. Receptionist was not probably listening very well when I told her my number because I have not received any text message regarding our table. My husband had to go there a few times to check if we have a table yet. Finally, we were sat down. We had to wait a long time to get served and the server that we had was a bit abrupt and crass. It took us around 20-30 mins to wait for our starters then another 20-30 mins for our mains. Now, the reason we came back here was because of that juicy, melts in your mouth rib eye. Not they did not have the bone in ribeye, the boneless ribeye that they offered was so tough and chewy that we could not eat it. I have been to a lot of steakhouse before and ribeye does not definitely taste like that. Overall, the entire experience was very disappointing compared to our last visit and I don't think it is worth coming back anymore.

The family went out to celebrate my mother's Birthday and this was our second option. Because the other was closed. We had the best time here celebrating my mom. The service was excellent from Tammy and Kari, the food was excellent. We got too full off of the hot buttered bread (Pre-meal). The steak, ribs, shrimp and sides were delicious and perfectly cooked. This place moves up on my list future forward😋. Thank you for an awesome time! My mom wanting to get on the horse was epic😊‼️

Stephanie was the best waitress we've had in a long time. And I don't cook, so we eat out a lot. She checked on us often and had patience dealing with the six of us. The food was delicious, as always. Great job, everyone. We'll see you soon!

I do wish the pulled pork came with a more substantial bun/roll, but the food is amazing. Our waitress, however, put it over the top. She said she had been working there for many years and you can tell she has a wealth of experience. She made our regular dinner feel more like an event, than just a dinner out. We also used the app to get on the wait list, and that was very helpful!
