    This is my 2nd time to this particular Sonic and exactly one month.The 1st time was a bad experience and this one was no different. I ordered the New Yorker hot dog and they were out. So I ordered the chili cheese dog combo meal with a strawberry milkshake. As you can see by the pictures I've enclosed the hot dog was a hot mess and extremely, extremely dry. The fries and milkshake were good.I like Sonic food unfortunately this is the last time I'll be going back to this particular restaurant.

    Try to avoid this location. They are severely understaffed and orders take forever to come out. I will say that the lady that was working the drive-thru and gave me my order was awesome. She definitely deserves five stars but this location in general needs more staff. Food was mediocre at best. Very disappointed in the quality.

    How can a business be run so god awfully on every level so reliably? The employees they can keep on board don't seem to know where they are or what year it is. The lobby is closed, the drive-thru is one lane and moves every 5-10 minutes. When they finally open the window after 5 minutes, you'll be extremely lucky to get your full meal, or even the correct person's meal. I do refuse all DoorDash/Uber Eats orders, because after waiting the entire drive thru line, they'll ask you to cancel the order (on behalf of the customer) because they got a computer error and don't know how to resolve it. This was 3 of the 4 attempts I've made delivering from this location. The one that did result in getting food to deliver ended up missing an entire bag of stuff, which I'm willing to bet the customer ended up getting. We went back today to give them a try after a few months declining orders for this place. Same exact deal, we waited forever. When we got to the order box, they greeted with a long speech. "Hi, we only have two people working right now, so everything's taking a long time. We also don't have a lot of items, so we can't make a lot of the combos..." I asked if she was able to fill my order, she sent me to the window. She finally hands me 3 milkshakes and a bag of food. I check my order, and none of the items matched. Turns out, she handed me the wrong order. She took the order back so she could give it to the correct driver (the order that had been in my car for 5+ minutes!) and informed me once again of a computer error that means the customer simply just can't have their food, end of story. You have to assume as a business, there are active measures taken not to completely suck all the time. It seems like they're defying all odds to be the absolute worst experience they could possibly be at any given time.

    Visited here a total three times, wrong food all three times. Waited 55 minutes last visit and never received food. Was told via speaker it was being made multiple times. Finally went inside where I was told my order got skipped somehow at which time they immediately prepared my order. Was still wrong but I couldn't wait any longer and just ate what I received(food itself wasn't bad)

    Good for fast food, but not a great experience. We went through the drive thru and they forgot our sauces. I sat at the window and pelt kept walking up to the window ignoring me while I tried to get their attention, and then they walked away and were just laughing and talking in the other side of the building. After about 10 minutes I drove around the building and went through the drive thru again to get their attention. I'm all for having fun at work, but make sure you've taken care of your customers first. Otherwise, just your average sonic visit. Those cheese sticks are pretty good, which might be the only reason I'd go back to this location.

    Food was great and reasonably priced however it took over 25 minutes for me to get through line over 10 minutes to place my order and another 15 to 20 minutes to receive the order. It appears that there were only two employees in the restaurant running everything. They even had most of their driving slots closed down. Prices were very reasonable

    I went today with my family at about 4:00 pm. The parking lot should have been a warning. Potholes and looking run down. Only one person ahead of us. We waited 20 minutes at the drive through. Our tots were cold and tasted like oil hadn't been changed in months. My daughters shake was rancid. Our cheeseburger was cold, dry and iceberg was rotten. Had to be the worst takeout food we have ever had anywhere. We use to love Sonic but something is very very wrong at this location.

    Do not come here period! I am literally begging anyone who reads reviews the sonic here has no supplies they are out of numerous things thats on the menu, the drive through is like waiting at a restaurant so it defeats the purpose of fast food. Truly use to love sonic it was a staple growing up for us but do not come here at all! It would need a huge overhaul of newer management and buisness drive to make this a good place.

    Waited for half an hour for my burger to only come incorrectly. They decided to make it again and mess up again after telling them the exact order the way I wanted it. After 10 more min of waiting they come out with the burger being incorrect again. They decide to make it one more time which they might make it right this time around. Waited 20 more min I asked for my money back and the person taking the order was really rude I think her name was makayla or something like that. Gave me attitude and acted stuck up but it’s their fault for the mess up. The place is terrible it needs to change if they want that place to stay open. Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

    This was a while ago but better late than never I suppose. 20+ minutes passed and no one ever took my order at the dive thru speaker. Saw employees walking in and out of building talking and laughing. Eventually was told through the speaker that they would take my order soon. There was no one in line other than me and I didn't see anyone waiting or eating in lobby, either. I'm pretty sure the strategy was that if they have customers wait long enough they'll just leave. The Sonic in North Syracuse is much better than this one.

    Was pretty disappointed. Was going to eat here on my way home from a trip. Drove to this location and was sad to see that only the drive thru was open. Not sure what the issue was. I'm guessing no staff to work?

    THE Employee who waited on us was absolutely working alone with a very long line behind us in the drive thru. She was excellent at her job, however, perhaps more employees to provide her some back up would be helpful!

    Fabulous, from burgers to pickle fries, from chicken slingers to footlong dogs they have it all. If you want a tasty, affordable and somewhat quick meal here is a good spot. (when getting add ins on a slushie i recommend a blackberry flavoring in the Dr Pepper)

    Food was great and employee was great. Had to wait 28 minutes for food and there was only one car ahead of me. This place is obviously understaffed. Not the fault of the employees. Feels like it's only a matter of time before Sonic shuts this place down. Serving two customers an hour can't possibly be profitable.

    The parking lot is empty, but don't let it scare you away completely. The place is run by only the manager. Nice guy to talk to. The lobby is closed, so you'll have to take the drive-through. You may have to wait a little longer than any other place, but the food is still decent. He did say that they did hire a few new people, but they never showed up for work. There is a lot of potential for the place. For such a big company, they need to help out getting this place back up to par.

    I went here for lunch last week order a three piece tender meal online when I arrived still waited 15minutes for the food. The tenders was so old and shribbled I had literally 1 onion ring that was over cooked and the totes was so old to just the bread was fresh and good they was all out of damn near every drink I don't drink soda but ended up having to get one . They need to just close this location down.

    Been waiting for our order for 45 min until we got an order, just to have to return it and have to continue waiting because they gave us the wrong order .. Now an hour+ later and still waiting. While we wait we watch customer after customer drive off and we now understand why. This is ridiculous for 3 orders. I guess I could understand if we had placed an order for an entire football team. The one star is only to be able to post a review otherwise it would be NO stars at all. 2 1/2 hours later we have to go to the window to ask about our order just to find out the guy that was supposed to bring it out to us left and said nothing to anyone. So frustrated. 😠

    Spent 45 minutes in the drive through, there must have been an issue on the kitchen as the workers were bringing drink orders out to individual cars while waiting in the drive thru. We waited an additional 10 minutes at the window waiting for our food which was incorrect and we're upcharged for several items such as sauces we did not receive, food was cold when we got it from the window. Employees weren't particularly easy to speak with when asking for items ordered spent 47.00. The dining room is not open, you cannot order at the parking slots and there are no restrooms accessible. Was very excited to visit this location and had an very unfortunate experience. Thank you to the employees

    If I could give a zero I would. None of the outside ordering screens work, I waited in the drive thru with 2 cars ahead of me for 25 minutes, the inside was closed on a freaking Saturday & when we finally got our ice cream a sonic blast with hardly any Reese’s in it. We just moved here from GA and usually go to sonic atleast twice a week I absolutely won’t ever be coming back to this location.

    I waited 25 minutes for two strawberry limeaides and I ordered on the app. I had to call them again asking where my drinks were. Now I got my drinks and they taste horrible. I don't see a lime in my drink like I usually get and it is more sodathan strawberry and taste aweful. This will be my last time ordering from this place.

    This sonic is horrible! we drove in and cones were in the stalls outside we found one that was open, pressed the button and no one came. we ended up going through the drive through and there was a server running good to the cars behind us and we sat in the drive through for over 20 mins waiting for our food. got our food and it was cold! we will never be coming here again!!

    Tried to go here for my lunch break. Only three stalls were open. Once I tried to order I discovered the stalls are now for online pre-orders only. So this isn't really a drive-in anymore. I was told I needed to go through the drive-thru. I backed my car up and pulled in line. Once I got to the order speaker/mic I was told someone would be right with me. I watched as two cars in the lane next to me ordered and pulled forward. I loudly asked if anyone was going to help me. After I received no response I left and ended up going back to work without eating lunch since I no longer had any time to stop anywhere else.

    Stopped at the car hop spots to get some ice cream. They had traffic cones blocking all but 3 of the parking spots. Rang the bell 2x over the course of 10 minutes without response. Noted the ordering kiosks were filthy-like they hadn't been washed in a year! Big pothole at the entrance and grounds not well maintained. My SO got out to see if the machine was broken, but the door was locked and he said he could only see someone doing janitorial work. This was at 4 in the pm. It appears they are having major staffing issues and the store is a poor performer. I would be surprised to see it still open for business by summer 2023.

    Horrendous customer serious! Waited over ten minutes in the drive thru to try and order a slushy. Then he takes my older and tells me to hold?! What am I waiting for. It’s a simple order. This is the second sonic I’ve tried and had the same issues with. It’s very frustrating. I won’t be returning to a Sonic.

    A group of five of us had to wait in line at the drive-thru for 35 minutes to get our order. I don’t even think the line moved at all for 20 of them. No hate to the employees – they seem critically understaffed and stretched thin if anything – but management should really do something about handling the rush hour crowds. A 35 minute wait at a fast food drive-thru is kind of insane and I’m glad I didn’t have anything else to attend to that day.

    I've gone there twice in the last month. First time when I was pulling in I watched a worker walk out the store and down the street. I waited 20 minutes at the speaker and got no response. Watched that same worker walk back into the store and then proceeded to tell me through the speaker they aren't taking orders right now. I said are you guys not open? She just repeated that they weren't taking orders. Second time I went there I didn't wait as long as the speaker but got told once again that they weren't taking any orders right now. Seems like these people are literally getting paid to just refuse customers. There are only two sonics around here that are not close to each other and I don't live close to either one of them. These people need to be fired immediately.

    I don't mind a bit of a wait for fast food, it happens. I get it! But every time we go here, the wait is nearly 20 minutes, it's crazy! We've tried to give them a few chances, but every single time, we have an extremely long wait. Wild!
