Went specifically for the buffet after therapy today. Walked in at 1:15 and was immediately seated. The staff was exceptionally warm and friendly. Even though the buffet closes at 2:00, the food was still hot and fresh. The salad bar was nice, clean and stocked. You could tell the staff took pride in their restaurant. Only suggestion I would make is a little deep cleaning in those places easily forgotten. The ceiling panel in front of the air vent was broken and you could easily see all the dust. I moved seats to behind it because I easily worried about it blowing all over my food. Also, the tops of the booth seats are really dirty with ground in sweat, food, and hair products. The window sills and blinds were covered with dust, dead flies and food on windows. I absolutely loved the decor but hard to admire under all the dust. I will come again. I just loved the over all experience and the food was really good. But I hope they get those spots that easily overlooked. They glaringly stand out.

The manager here is my favorite! She’s amazing and has put together a great crew. Everyone is so friendly and is always smiling. Today, I ordered online, came to pick up my order and one of the guys forgot to cook my cheese sticks. The guy came to the window, explained what the holdup was, expressed his apologies, offered me a drink while I wait. It’s not about the mistake made, (at lunch time rush btw) it’s about how they fixed it and how friendly they were while doing so. I’m super impressed with this crew!

Salad bar was magnificent, the pizza bar was ok. We went for a late lunch, my son could not even break his cinnamon sticks! The fresh batch we asked for was divine! Most of the bar was empty, a little pasta and partial 3 pies, not very fresh. The pies were refilled after we finished our salads, and were good although the selection was limited. Server was attentive.

I like the place a lot it's the only Pizza Hut I've ever seen where they have plenty of pizza on the buffet and they include the drink with the buffet so they don't price gouge you it's the first Pizza Hut I've ever seen where they have food and a good deal together in fact it's my favorite Pizza Hut since the 1990s

Went on a Thursday for dinner (5pm), not crowded (maybe 2 other tables). Overall, good food, just service and operations are lacking. Location: hwy 171, next to Stine. GPS will get you there. Private parking lot. Plenty of parking. Atmosphere: typical pizza hut decoration and style. Music playing. Not noisy. Booths & tables available. Service: just blah. Felt like they didn't want to be there, just going through the motions. Brought us the wrong sauces twice (and charged us for all of it). Food: We ordered a medium (8 slices) pepperoni pizza, cheese sticks & 2 drinks. Everything tastes good & hot. The buffet was already shut down for the day. Also, they do not accept/redeem any app deals or account rewards when you dine in, it is only for pick up, which is frustrating. I guess they don't want customers dining in? Price: For what we ordered, it was about $32. Definitely feel their pizzas are overpriced. We went back & forth on what to order for the best bang for our buck, especially since they don't do any deals dining in. Overall, it's okay. Pizza is just like any other pizza hut. The service is just blah and the food is overpriced.

Got some late night wings because we get off work late. I was afraid the staff would be irritated because it was almost closing time; We didn’t realize this until we came to pick up our order. Emmanuel Met is at the pickup window and he was so sweet, helpful and courteous! We absolutely love this Pizza Hut. Because of staff like Emmanuel, we will definitely be back! We’ll have it ordered much earlier from now on though:))

Sometimes better than others. I order out so window pick up. Sometimes ordering in make you want educate them on customer service. Need to lock up all their cell phones, they are more interested with playing with them than providing customers with service. But food is good

Had a problem. Was resolved immediately. Very professional. Always good hot and fast aswell. Throwback pizza hut. Must try in my opinion
