My husband and I came with some friends on a Saturday afternoon. Everything was nice and clean. The lady at the register was super nice, we asked if we could move to a different lane because our friends had a baby stroller and we didn't want to block anyone's lane/space. She quickly said yes. After bowling we made our way to the arcade, they have a good amount of games for big kids (our husband's)!. Overall, we all had fun and we will definitely come back to this location 😁

This is an older bowling alley. I remember going here as a child and not many updates have been made to the place but they have daily deals on bowling and the concession food is good. Ordered wings and tenders and asked fornthem extra well and they were amazing. Bowling special was p we reasonably price and service was cool overall.

Will never go back . Had a party of 5 people and wanted to split the lanes but was told no. Would have to pay for 2 extra people to do so. The whole place was dark and was hard to really enjoy the game. The patrons were very loud and obnoxious and the staff could care less. Smelt like marijuana and guest were walking down the middle of the lanes and throwing the balls while the staff watched and did nothing. The staff wasn’t very friendly and not professional at all. The place was very clean and the lanes were oiled well , but the atmosphere just ruined it. The way the seating is between the lanes is limited and you have to share the majority of the space with the guest next to you. In my opinion, wasn’t very relaxing or enjoyable because of all the negative aspects of the venue.

Lanes are always broken .I've been 5 times, and every time, without fail, lanes are breaking down . Staff is always behind, needs more workers, and is better organized, especially during league play. This is the only establishment that charges you for shoes during league play. Preinspect the lanes Update: The last few weeks have been awesome. Good job. Great job on stepping it up and fixing the deficiencies.

Not my first time here & was my second option to visit. Upon entering location we had to whistle at the lady in the back for assistance . The lane we were assigned was good until it wasn’t. We were moved twice because the ball return wasn’t working. The lady was trying but the mechanics weren’t there.

Great time...much better than the last time I visited years ago as the business had seemed to phasing out. Great upgrades and excellent customer service from desk and food service

If I could give them zero stars I would. The lady that was working on 11/12 at night, named Jessica was very rude to me and my family. The most disrespectful comment that was made from that lady was when I requested my shoe size. I stated to the lady I need a 8 1/2. When I realized it was a woman shoe 8 1/2, I asked her “can I get a 8 1/2 in men’s.” I personally prefer to wear men shoes. She stated and I quote “the rules here are I give you shoes with the gender you are born as so with that you need a 10 in women’s” and proceeded to hand me the women sized shoe. If I would’ve been transgender the whole comment would’ve been offensive. And if those are the rules to this establishment I advise they change them, especially if you are going to have out of towners like my family and myself who has LBGTQ members visit your establishment for a fun time. Overall bowling was fun with my family. It was just her statement that ruined the evening.

If there was is a god above I will never have to come to this alley again. They do not have snack machines due to they tell you to go to the cafe. The problem is I put in an order checked it 3 times and was told they will b done soon. Finally fourth time they said they forgot to put in order. What kind of management do they have. I told person running desk and was treated like I was bothering her
