If I could give 0 stars I would.I have been using this facility for a while now. The facility is great and prices were affordable. But as of recently they are making it difficult for my daughter's volleyball team to use their racketball court (which is rarely used), causing a volleyball team in the south (with a phenomenal owner) to be in a tough situation with her team. We want and NEED programs in the south part of Dallas for our youth, yet some people worry about money more than serving the city and promoting this amazing program and any other ones that come to this area.

One of the best things in Desoto. Indoor track and the small gym with all equipment I need to accomplish my work routine. Plenty of wipes to keep equipment clean. Friendly desk staff. 😉

I really like this place due to the vibe and the indoor track. I hate the extremely reduced hours on weekends and the fact that equipment can be broken forever without getting fixed… There’s also like 150 sweaty, loud and weed-smelling teens on any given weekday which is kind of annoying. Sometimes they’ll loiter outside the building and mumble or say things to you.

The staff in this place is very unprofessional. I called and asked was their dance room available and someone told me that it was and I would have to go up there to reserve it. That was not a problem, so when I made it there and try to reserve it they tell me reservations are only for dance instructors and I cant use the dance room, which I found was a problem because I reserved it before, so the person called someone who said it was cool for me to use it since it was only for the day I came. The person I was talking to had a rude attitude and I blew it over because I understand the work life also Im a christian woman so I have to react different now, no one took accountability for telling me the info over the phone which it was the voice of a young lady sounded like a high schooler or something I dont know. So I finally get in the dance room after a hour and 10 mins the same rude lady came and said a dance class was starting in 20 mins after telling me I can use the room, I found that very unprofessional and it was such an inconvenience because who wants to drive somewhere for an hour and 10 mins when they knew it was a class booked for the day. I will never be back at this gym again and these jobs need to watch who they hire , when dealing with people you need to have the best customer service and if you lack that then find another job. I am highly upset because they could have just told me on the phone there was a class booked for the day or let me reserve the dance room and I had the money to do so, I am a dance instructor myself and my crew and I were dressed in uniform so Im not sure what the issue was. This has made my day a living nightmare so just know I will never be back to this place again!!!!!

I use them for their walking track above the basketball courts. It is a good way to stay cool in the summer and warm in the winter while getting your steps in.
