The reviews are definitely true. If you are looking for a pleasant customer experience go elsewhere. The Asian guy that works here ignored me and every customer that walked in. The audacity to want “us” to purchase from you as a 3rd party vendor. Smh.

I want to start off and saying I walked in this morning and immediately saw manager fighting his employee very unprofessional. I kept looking around and saw 2 rats running across the isle I quickly let the manager know and he laugh in my face and told me if brought them from home ?? like are you kidding me. Will never be going back and wasting my money here. I feel horrible for the girls that work here. If I could give them 0 stars I would if you see this PLEASE take your money somewhere else.

This is a great place to shop for hair care! The owner is very nice and helpful and most of the time he plays nice Gospel music❤️❤️

Limited braiding hair colors and pre treated hair options. 2nd time there so I did not know where things in needed were. No-one asked if I needed help however I was watched closely. No problem just felt strange....very clean and nest. The isles were small and I'm not a large person so seeing things on bottom shelf I did not bother because my knees were not interested.

I'm pretty happy got some Beautiful rainbow wigs that look natural each 19.99 all fit good and look cute the staff didn't bother me I felt like there was a laid back vibe ill be back for the other colors I want yay
