The food was sooo good today. I never knew they had unlimited soup, salad, and snackers! Cathy is the best...so nice and on top of her game. The brownie was good too!

Been here many times. My server Cathy was an excellent server! If you get to go there, ask for her!!! She's one of the best!!! She made my day with her pleasant, helpful, joyful personality with a heart for service!!! Service was very good. I had a very nice waitress who kept coming to check on me. However, the food quality has gone down. The food is already overpriced. I ordered a honey bourbon salad with grilled chicken. The chicken was not made fresh and was dry. The vegetables didn't taste fresh either. I've had much better salads elsewhere with fresh grilled chicken for a lesser price. Will not be coming back here again.

This is my favorite Olga’s location.The waitress I had last week was awesome. She brought the food out fast and everything was very good. Thank you Alysha for excellent service! I will be back soon.

I don't get it. If I ordered a fried chicken Olga for takeout, the ticket said fried chicken,the receipt said fried chicken. Why would you send me home with what was anything but a fried chicken Olga?. So now I have to burn $10 in gas to come back for a $9 refund. When I heard the young lady who waited on me talking to another young lady about her boyfriend I should have known something stupid was gonna happen. Now that I think about it,what was I doing in Olga's anyway

Took my husband here for the first time and he loved it... The food was awesome. Our server was on point she was right there with anything we needed.. will definitely be going back in the future

Sincerely welcomed when we arrived. Our wait gal was very friendly and took great care of us. Our food was served as requested and was delicious. She checked on us frequently to make sure we were happy. I will definitely visit again.

I was disappointed in the price and portion size. A tiny little salad and a gummy sandwich for 10 dollars I should have went to holiday grille and done better next time I will. I am done with this place.

Don't ever go to this ridiculous place, customer service is horrible. They get a attitude just because they made a mistake. I ordered my food, its a curbside pickup. I get there it says the food will be out shortly. 25 minutes later.... still no food..... eventually I go in and she tells me I should have called because their system is not working.....wait...if you know your system is down you should be looking for the customer outside....then I get my food...olga sandwich cold and soggy. I'll never go back here and this is the worst service ever. You want good food & service. DON'T GO HERE!!!!

We had a private dining room at 7:30 on a Wednesday evening. I know that's not prime dining time, but we were happy to find a place that was still open. Food was good and service was excellent.

I usually enjoy Olga's and every time I come home it's my go to place. However, this time I was disappointed. The Gala Apple Pecan salad was soggy, and the fries and broccoli soup were cold. Sadly, I will have to take them off my list off of places to eat when I am back home.

The food is ok but the older waitress is what makes it a great experience, she is always polite and great with the kids makes sure our food is warm and correct and never leaves you waiting for anything.

My salad and spinach pie were great. My server was very sweet and attentive. However, the jukebox music was really weird And it was so cold in there that I was using napkins to cover my legs. I should be able to go in a restaurant in August and not have to order coffee just to be able to finish my meal

I love the zucchini fries, I just don't like them overly seasoned cause I'm diabetic. I also like the snackers but as I stated I'm not a fan of them being highly seasoned 😕. If any kind of salt is used, I don't use it, nor do I like to eat it.

If you're going to order takeout then it's recommended you don't do curbside. I ordered curbside, let them know I arrived, waited 10 minutes, and headed inside just to see my food was just sitting there. I did receive an apology but curbside shouldn't be an option if it's going to be disregarded and the customer has to go in the store. Outside of that the food was great.

Aly went above and BEYOND, to ensure that our food was correct, served in a timely fashion, and that we had everything we needed. The food was excellent, and the service was even better! This store is doing it right!

If I could leave zero stars I would. When a customer calls to tell you that they have missing items you don’t tell them to go through doordash for a refund. And you should apologize and not sound like a dumb teenager. I do not like leaving poor reviews but I will not stand being treated that way. I said I wanted my food. You include the dip for the snackers but not the actual snackers. I will drive to any location other than this one. And also FILL THE SOUP UP! I will recommend Olga’s but tell people to make the drive to Novi or anywhere but here. Doordash or not I’m a customer treat with respect. And maybe train people better.

I picked up a ham and cheese Olga and chicken chili. My sandwich had lettuce with brown edges. I didn’t have any napkins or a spoon to eat my cup of chicken chili. My cup of chicken chili was half full. A cup is 8 oz. This couldn't be more than 4oz. Very disappointed.

I had the chicken pita sandwich, it was very distasteful and very small. I talked to my waitress about the food. She was very understanding and nice and even took time to let her manager know that I wasn't satisfied. I was given a 10 percent discount which wasn't much but appreciated. I can't remember my waitress name, however I thank her for her kindness. I remember before Covid-19 I used to go to Ogla's often, but they have changed their food and portions size. I don't think that I will return again.

I feel so bad for the staff here. The people in this restaurant were terrible. From badgering this poor kid to recite the whole menu to him to this kid hacking his brains out to the woman that didn't even wash her hands in the bathroom. If you go into this Olga's, please don't be a jerk to this staff. They were kind and pleasant. The Shawarma was terrible, but I knew better than to try it. Avoid the Shawarma.

The only reason i go here is to feed my woman, i only order fries so she doesn't have to feel as though she's eating alone. I watched her order a slice of turkey and raw onions, lettuce, tomato and mayo for $9 with no fries and the drink is almost as much as a 2ltr. Anyways i laughed and she ate and we left so i could eat my amazing schwarma for less than $6 i might add. Heck i just had a large $9 combo from Wendy's the other day but you pay for everything separately here. Just an overpriced elementary school lunch if you ask me.

This place is great!! I’m always seated immediately and receive my order piping hot!!! The manager is such a ball of energy also! She always remembers my family as soon as we come in. Eating there is like visiting family! Thanks for making us always feel so welcomed!

Very disappointed in my entire experience at this Olga's, especially since they usually have great service and food. But my food WAS NOT as I ordered it, no extra crispy onion straws and no super cheese. Then, the waitress, who really didn't seem to care that my food was incorrect, offered to bring me some cheese to the table. Like really? You want me to put cold cheese on my hot sandwich? Not very practical or appetizing! Naturally, her nonchalantness turned me off and I just sent it back. My husband was NEVER even offered a refill, even though his glass had been empty for 30 minutes, so I gave him my lemonade. I guess I didn't really need anything to drink since I never got anything to eat. Poor service, poor food quality!

This is my favorite Olga’s! Whenever I am there it is always a pleasant experience. Last time I was there the manager Savannah stopped by our table and was friendly and even talked to my kids and was very sweet and polite. When she walked away my daughter commented on how sweet she was. The food is always great and always hot ( my favorite is the fried chicken) The service is quick everytime! My go to Olga’s!

They got cool chicken sandwich

Ordered delivery from them and while the food arrived on time half the order was missing. When i called they told me i had to call doordash to have the driver come get the rest of my food because they had no way of contacting them. When i went to pick up my food they had salad in with hot things (which were now warm) and they they didnt seem to care that they failed to let the delivery driver know he left part of the order behind. When bringing up the concern of the poor delivery service. I was told "well we have nothing to do with them and its not our fault."

Called to place a carry out today since I heard they were giving out a free small side of snackers for international women’s day. When I placed my order I asked the girl about it and if they were participating she said yes and I said ok I’ll take a side. When I went to pickup I was charged and when asked why the girl responded oh that’s only for dine in and I said ok so why didn’t she tell me on the phone and she responded with yeah they always try to “get you” like that. Don’t appreciate that at all, also there was a cup of soup I didn’t order in my bag by mistake. It’s not about the money but the principle and I don’t appreciate the staff telling me they use tactics like that to “get people”. Food is great by very unimpressed with the staff service and this is coming from someone who has been waiting tables over 10 years.

Absolutely great service! The staff is always polite and they have a smile on their face. The food is made exactly how I like it and the servers make sure that I am taken care of. Would absolutely recommend stopping in for lunch!
