They
have
a
sign
on
the
order
speaker
that
they're
short
staffed
and
to
have
patience
with
them.
After
visiting
today
I
can
verify
that
the
issue
isn't
short
staffing,
it's
poor
management,
carelessness
and
laziness.
It
took
the
girl
taking
my
order
at
the
speaker
about
4
minutes
to
find
my
online
order.
I
gave
her
my
name
and
the
order
number
after
she
asked
for
it.
She
had
to
ask
one
of
the
many
people
behind
her
that
were
just
chatting
how
to
look
it
up.
Finally
she
found
it
and
told
me
to
pull
forward.
I
sat
at
the
window
for
probably
over
10
minutes
waiting
for
a
coffee,
a
breakfast
sandwich
(which
wasn't
hot
and
wasn't
correct,
either),
and
2
Timbits.
You
can
see
they
have
plenty
of
people
inside,
they're
just
not
doing
anything.
This
location
has
been
like
this
since
it
opened.
Please
do
yourself
a
favor
and
go
to
literally
any
other
tim's
location
because
you'll
save
yourself
a
lot
of
time
and
wasted
money.
They
need
to
either
get
new
management
and
training
in
this
place
or
just
close
it
altogether.
