    I went through the drive thru and had the worst customer experience: The woman on the speaker was extremely rude and disrespectful so I ended up just ordering an iced vanilla latte instead of the breakfast meal I wanted. Thirty seconds later they are handing me an iced coffee. I told them that this is not what I ordered and she started screaming at one of her coworkers and at the uber driver that was with me in the car because she did not want to change the order and she claimed I was wrong. The uber driver had to back me up… all over an iced latte. It is unbelievable that she is allowed to treat customers this way but I also feel bad for the coworkers that have to deal with her on a daily basis. I loved this chain in Montreal, I’m not sure the brand is maintaining its standards in the US.

    Why can't I go inside and get a cup of coffee while I'm doing laundry next door? Why is the door looked at 4:45pm on a Monday? Four staff inside so don't tell me you're short. Why should I have to get in my car, drive through massive construction to get coffee 15 feet away? What a joke.

    Every single time I come through this location, I get nothing but attitude and wrong orders. This previous time, I payed, received my order and took 2 seconds to put my card away. The worker opened the window and said “Do you mind? We have people waiting” there has been 1, A SINGLE, polite employee that I’ve been greeted with. Do better.

    Worst Tim Hortons around they are a joke.. I ordered a small coffee and can you believe they messed that up, took forever and were rude. I will never come here again

    This location is literally the worse location I’ve ever experienced in my life! Out of the 10 times I stopped here I only have 3 positive experiences. I order a toasted bagel, it’s barely toasted. I order a sandwich it’s wrong, I order omelette bite’s they are cold smh. Today I ordered a Carmel latte to start my day, they told me to pull to the font and someone said I’ll bring it out. 5 minutes went by, at least 3 cars had come and gone so i decided to go inside to inquire about my latte. That’s when I was told the machine is broken and will be up and running in 7 minutes. Sooo I waited another 7 minutes in my car then another 5 inside before someone with a nonchalant attitude told me it’s still not working and they couldn’t refund me. 😡 😡 Save yourself the headache and go to the Tim’s in Warren rd. Or ford rd.

    This has got to be the worst Tim Hortons I have been to. Not only did they not make my drink properly twice but they also have coffee that taste like it’s sour will never be returning to this location that’s for sure

    Guy working the drive through is clearly way too high to function. It's 930 am Saturday 8/6, it's the young guy working the window (Hispanic or middle eastern I believe) . The guy is looking at me the whole time with a grin (literally the whole time) while not giving me all my items. I had to repeat each food and drink item back to back, as he looked at me laughing? (obviously high as a kite). Then he would just stare at me until id repeat it again. I'm telling you, I wish I would have had took a video. What he does on his free time is his business, but your making customers feel uncomfortable and holding up the line. Can't believe they let him clock in like that

    Very disappointing the food quality I ordered a egg and cheese the egg was so dry and crispy on one side. Also ordered a toasted bagel with cream cheese they sure toasted the hell out of it. What a way to ruin your morning

    They have a sign on the order speaker that they're short staffed and to have patience with them. After visiting today I can verify that the issue isn't short staffing, it's poor management, carelessness and laziness. It took the girl taking my order at the speaker about 4 minutes to find my online order. I gave her my name and the order number after she asked for it. She had to ask one of the many people behind her that were just chatting how to look it up. Finally she found it and told me to pull forward. I sat at the window for probably over 10 minutes waiting for a coffee, a breakfast sandwich (which wasn't hot and wasn't correct, either), and 2 Timbits. You can see they have plenty of people inside, they're just not doing anything. This location has been like this since it opened. Please do yourself a favor and go to literally any other tim's location because you'll save yourself a lot of time and wasted money. They need to either get new management and training in this place or just close it altogether.

    Everytime I go there they only take one car at a time through the ordinary process all the way till you pay and get your stuff. I order the vanilla creme cold brew and they make me a vanilla ice coffee everytime I go!!! Tired of spending $5 on a drink they can't even make right!!!

    I just tried DoorDashing just a regular cappuccino and for the first one wrong when it came so I reordered it and got the same exact frozen drink. I tried to call to talk to someone about it bc now I have 2 wrong drinks, and they hung up on me. And now they aren’t even answering their phone. Embarrassing am I right?

    I asked for a cold brew and I made sure to let them know twice on the speaker I want triple triple because I like my coffee sweet. When I got to the window I was handed the cold brew and I asked the young man if they put the triple triple in there (I wasn't sure if it was the the actual foam or the cream and sugar that made it look like there was the 3x3 in there) and he just looked at me and said "yeah, yeah it's a cold brew". Like what ? That's not what I asked. So I took my chances and I knew from the taste they didn't put it in. I'm not going to spend 5 dollars to get what I specifically didn't ask along with an attitude. Usually I'm very understanding with customer service as I worked in fast food before and even a tim hortons, but if that were me when I worked at tim hortons i would've been fired on the spot lol. I tried calling to get a refund with no answer. Oh, and not to mention there wasn't a line behind me at all. So there was no reason for the attitude and the aggressive window shutting after I asked them if my order was correct.

    I asked for a cappuccino, nothing else, as simple as it gets, they kept telling me that they don't have those, I explained what I wanted every way I could and she could only tell me they have french vanilla ones but they don't come out regular, I just say I'll take that one, she proceeded to make me buy a French vanilla (the milk drink with no coffee in it) instead of a French vanilla CAPPUCCINO, which is the only thing I ordered or ever asked for. How can you be a cashier at a coffee shop and not understand a basic coffee on that is on the menu I'm looking at

    I went this morning and ordered a breakfast sandwich. I sat at the drive thru window and waited for someone to acknowledge me for several minutes before ordering. Once I got to the window, the woman never spoke a word to me - turns out, she never cooked my breakfast sandwich either. The new ownership seems to care less and their service is much worse. I would love to post a photo of my raw bacon and cold cheese.

    coffee tastes like its made with dishwater, and its not the fault of the one sweet older lady there. She works by herself alot, and her attitude was always great to us, and when she made our coffee it tasted great. The younger employees idk what they're doing that makes it taste like that, but we just go to the one in Lincoln Park now

    I want to leave a review specifically for the outstanding service provided by a gentleman named Noelle. I was initially frustrated because of a long wait only to be told that they didn't have what I ordered. Seeing my frustration, Noelle intervened and asked what the issue was. He proceeded to remedy the situation for me and went beyond what I initially asked for. Again I would like to thank Noelle. Also, hopefully the manager at this location reads this and appreciates the level of service and professionalism that Noelle brings to this business.

    I've ordered food here three times and each experience was bad. First: ordered a couple bacon egg and cheese sandwiches, and they gave us bacon only. So a bacon sandwich. Second: missing a sandwich out of three Three: ran out of bacon at 11:30 am. Not the worst thing in the world, just a little...weird. We were asked to pull up to the door and wait for our food. After 5+ minutes I went inside and it was just sitting behind the counter, and I had to remind them that we were still waiting. There was nobody in line either. I always give fast food places the benefit of the doubt. Things go wrong, it's hectic, etc. But three times in a row is not a good look. Won't be coming back

    I don’t like going to this one cause it’s not my first time having a bad experience at this location with the same woman but it’s convenient since I live so close. I ordered my usually order and when I got to the window they handed me something different, I told them this wasn’t my order and the woman who wasn’t even helping me started screaming telling me that this was my order and I didn’t order what I actually did. Will not be returning, I rather drive the extra couple miles then to hear all that at 9 in the morning. I hope the owner handles this cause she is driving away customers.

    This used to be my first stop when looking for a coffee! I’m leaving this review because the customer service for this place went from good to the worst. I ordered an avocado toast today and they gave me everything less an avocado toast, they served a cold bread with avocado all mashed in a bag. I told the guy on the cashier about this and he returned the SAME slice with avocado in both sides and more smashed than before. I went back and gave him the smashed bag he gave me and won’t come back! This was so disrespectful and disappointing situation.

    I came to this Tim Horton's this morning and went through the drive through. I ordered a French vanilla and what I received was basically a hot cup of water with sugar. It was absolutely the worst drink I have ever had. This is the first time I get this disappointed to the point I had to leave a review.

    This store is always terrible either there out of this or something is broken. This store is right down the street from my house. I try so hard to give them credit but enough is enough. The store needs to be shut down or new management because it's terrible. Losing so much money due to the employees being lazy

    Horrible service. Super slow. I ordered 3 breakfast wraps…they were cold and raw (not pressed in the grill). I also ordered 3 drinks with whipped topping; none of them had the topping. I will never go back to this location. It’s a bad experience consistently.

    The service at this location is like is a second rate lemonade stand. Employees are rude and unprofessional. They spit in your food and yell at you when they are understaffed. The funny part is: they work at tim hortons. They have nothing going for them and have their own issues to handle. Get better service at this location.

    First time here and was ripped off for a simple hot chocolate. Really???? If you didnt have the mixes, why would you try and rip off your customers. Just say it. Dont put your customers at risk. Im still not sure what is in the cup, but it isnt hot chocolate. It isnt coffee, it isnt anything i can easliy identify. Im almost concerned of what it could be. Looks like dishwater and i wasnt brave or stupid enough to taste it. I want to take it to the police and let them try and figure out if i was going to be poisoned by whatever it is. Smells really bad like garbage. Check your cup before you pull from that window, unless you like waiting in line 30 minutes for a cup of garbage. Good luck iif you frequent this establishment

    I use to love this Tim hortons but now the new staff are rude and nasty and very unprofessional my order is always wrong and they are extremely slow. One day I ordered a coffee and got a hot chocolate. Ordered a ice cap the next day and it was horrible it wasn’t properly made. This place is going down hill if they continue to go on like that.

    Absolutely horrendous. The food and the service. Can’t make ANY coffee on the menu right. Never have food in stock. The workers are extremely pushy and will harass you to buy camp tim hortons bracelets. They will send you to the side to wait for your food (a simple bagel) over all this place needs to be shut down due to the extreme poor management.

    I had 4 cars ahead of me in the drive through and it still took us 43 minutes to order and get 2 coffees. Every time I come the service is slower and slower but when you pull up to get food people are sitting on their phones, employees ignoring the window so they can carry on their conversations, and they couldn’t even get the size of my drinks correct.
