Disgusting like absolutely disgusting food was horrible. Chicken tasted old, looked weird, and dry. Be advised must use extreme force to swallow a bite. I’ve never ordered food and felt that I need to call the health department the next day. Until now. I literally wouldn’t of fed it to a possum (I’m sure it wouldn’t of ate it anyways). Seriously worse food I’ve ever ate!!!

Pass on this one. Ordering here is a pain. If you call in, they will try to rush you off the phone. If you come in, they ignore you or don't answer you when you ask them a direct question. They don't even write your order down, they'll just keep asking you what you ordered. And the orders take so long. I don't know if this matters, but I saw they were more friendly to any man that walked in, but not me, a woman, but that could be because they didn't know me. But, when I was there by myself they were much ruder than I went there with my boyfriend: when I was there alone, the cashier took my card from me to swipe it like I was a child. Never coming here again and will tell everyone I know to avoid it.

The badest food ever and it’s very expensive the man on the phone so weird the shawarma is pieces of meet it’s not even shawarma the chicken shawarma is very bad cold and need alot of salt the wings are frided in old oil like one year and burned the barbecue wings are bitter Very bad experience

The food was burnt and tasted old, they charge too much and the place is dirty. The staff ignored me when I went to pick up my order and I waited 30 minutes to get it. I also saw bugs crawling around the kitchen and a rat too.

Made the decision to go here based off of their menu. Arrived and they apparently have a night menu which is completely different than their day menu. Ordered food which took 25 minutes to make. The sandwiches were decent, but the fries were absolutely disgusting. I couldn’t eat them. Think generic frozen fries put in the oven and not cooked long enough. Soft and limp. Barely warm. Spent way too much money for food that was basically inedible. Didn’t have time to actually sit and eat because of how long it took them to make the meal, so I had no option but to just take it as a loss. I would never go here again.

I got a fruit cup with rotten fruit at the bottom- Absolutely Disgusting! I’m so so upset. I cannot believe this is the quality this restaurant provides. If you don’t want to get sick and throw avoid this place.

Went in last night at about 11, was rushed by the cook/cashier to order, rushed us while taking our order, and our food was put together sloppy. I ordered no pickles or tomatoes on my corned beef sub due to the fact that I’m allergic to tomatoes but the cook still managed to put them on there had to wipe my sandwich off to get them off. Honestly wish I had taken a bite before I looked at it because they’d have a lawsuit on their hands!!! Negative 6 stars terrible service would not recommend. First and last time.

Ordered 2 whole chicken subs, wanted to try something new, had to throw it away, tasted like chicken was stored outside then cooked, had a nasty smell and taste. Went down the street to albasha subs, subs were perfect there!

I asked them to not toast my sub which contained turkey bacon. He sent me a turkey sub, with raw bacon. It was absolutely disgusting. When I called to ask him why he would send it that way, he said that I asked him for RAW bacon LOL just be professional and admit you made a mistake. It happens when restaurants are busy! Just own up to your mistake and make it right. Not sure if it has new owners or not. But it used to be one of my favorite restaurants back in the day.

I just got delivery and never ordered from here before. I am going to be honest. I hate to put down a business, but this food was the worse food I have ever had. My daughter and I were disgusted. Ordered the meat sharama platter that honestly did not even test like sharama and left bad taste in your mouth. Hummus’s was like crunchy like they didn’t take the time to run it long enough to make it smooth. The tuna sub was horrible one bite threw it out. To the owner be careful the way the food is being made someone is going to get sick badly. Sorry but the food was so bad I threw it all out. You all have been warned.

This place is TRASH!! A rude dry faced looking guy who works the register has thee worst attitude in the world. I ordered a cocktail smoothie & this guy grabbed me a cocktail chunk that was sitting there for at least 4/5 days in their fridge because all of the fruit was rotten & so he covered it with some juice and I left the store not noticing the difference. All because he didn’t want to get his blender dirty to wash it again because it was around 11:30 at night. He sold me what he felt like selling! Not what I specifically ordered. Anyways I will never ever in a hundred years eat at any place called ANANAS. This was a lesson well taught. F that place!

Very disrespectful staff, and unorganized. I called in before, they told me the wait time was 25 minutes, when I walked in, they had zero customers and my order still wasn’t ready. I made it clear on the phone, I was allergic to tomatoes. They Still put them in my sub. When I asked them to remake, they laughed in my face, and started smoking their vape. They had the audacity go suggest just taking the tomatoes out and eat the same sub. I had to ask 3 times, for them to remake it. Whoever is the owner, speak to your employees; this restaurant is atrocious.

Terrible food. Fries burnt in old cooking oil. chicken sandwiches were nasty. Steak sandwich is awful. Overpriced. We came from Ohio and this place was on the way. Awful and unfortunate experience. Definitely would not recommend. Had only we read the comments first. This my fault. Dont make same mistake as we did. Go somewhere else.

Amazing Mediterranean cuisine. Nice folks inside taking the order Food was hot fresh Shawarma sandwich and tabului salad was soo good! Definatly a 2am treat if your out and its late Check em out! Ford road and beech daly road in Dearborn Heights. Getting that combo was Justice to my hunger. A+ Guys Wallah bro that salad was the best!

Only purchased “juice” from here. It was suppose to be guava juice but was a bit thicker than juice consistency, kinda like a smoothie.

Order 4 kashta plate , paid 35$ . And it was liquid , almost juice !!! Called and was so repectfull to tell them thats its not good . The employee answered called mohamad . He said this is the kashta we have . I said but we cant eat it , he replied i can eat it !! And he was so rude and disrespectful and hang up on me !!!!!

This is probably the best place I've ever tried in my life. I'm actually new to Dearborn and I was curious what my options were. I was feeling middle eastern food and did quick google search of what was available near me. I ended up finding this place and I gave it a shot. I had a chicken sub with extra pickles and a side of ranch. and Mann let me tell you. SO JUICYYYY!

They never get an order right. Always missing something. I ordered 2 subs 1 no pickles and 1 no lettuce , and both subs were wrong. My kids refused to eat them even after I tried removing the pickles. 20$ and 2 subs were thrown in the trash.

This place has really good smoothies and fruit chunk cups. They should stop selling everything else because it gets worse every time I try it. I wish they partner up with someone that can make better food. They are open late.

Came in yesterday, It was my first time there. I got the escalope sub. For the price I paid the sub was a great size. The escalope sub was freaking amazing, I did notice that there was no corn in my sub, and no coleslaw. That was the main reason I got this sub, and the 2 ingredients I was excited for were missing which was super disappointing, but none the less the sub itself was still delicious.

Made me wait 20 additional minutes for my order. Kindly asked them to be more accurate and careful with their assignment in timing for any takeout order. Worker then said "do you want me to give you 2 more minutes (in time)?" He then tossed the sandwiches and disrespectfully walked away. I then asked for a refund, he gave me a refund of less than the order, and threw the cash at me. I swear, no exaggeration whatsoever.

Love this place! The chicken sub is legit incredible, been going here for it for almost ten years!

I really didn’t like this place, tables were dirty, they also said 2 chicken shawrmas for 20 minuets. This place is also very overpriced, the smoothies was decent fries were cold.

With so many arabic restaurants in the area, they should try to do better. The picture of the kuftta wrap drew me to this restaurant but bread was dry kufta was dry and lots of big onion slices. Best advice is eat frome what you make and eat at other restaurants and try to make a change. And its never too late to make the change. Or invite chef ramsay.

Waited 45 minutes to go home with wrong bread and sandwich I could barely hold together, food was cold and when I came back to return the food I was told the lack of quality was because it was “busy” for the first 30 minutes no one was even there.

Ordered carrot/apple/orange juice 100% pulp, no juice content. Might as well eat it with a spoon

I called in for a pick up order.I had specifically asked for my food. It wasn’t anything like it. I said they can fix it and be ready in six minutes with some special sauce on it. 45 minutes later they had finally give me my food

Great food, amazing staff and incredible service. Definitely coming back here again and more often.
