There is nothing wrong with the establishment; it is the manager who is the problem. This location has been my substitute for my office often, so I have had the opportunity to observe. And nothing angers me more than when “management” lacks professionalism. As I witnessed, the manager verbally abuses the employees. She sends employees home based on her judgement. From what I have seen, the team here is passionate and works hard. Among the team members, there is one who seems to be treated the worst. She is very kind, but isn't as fast as the others. The manager knows this and makes her job harder, which results in the early dismissal for that team member. If the manager isn't removed from the establishment, I hope that team follows up with HR and creates a case for harassment.

They don’t even get a star !!! WORSE STORE I HAVE EVER BEEN TOO ‘ LAZY MANAGER SCREAMING AT EMPLOYEES!! I placed a mobile order at 1pm I just now got my food at 1:52p after I asked the manager to remake my food because her and the drive thru person touched my food and the whole time I’ve been there not either one of them had on gloves and or washed !

Waited in the drive thru for 20 m and not one car moved no explanation and everyone ended up leaving including me and honking really loud to get their attention. The workers were all standing with their backs to the windows could at least tell us to leave instead of saying one minute please disgusting

Just got a fish sandwich all burnt the cheese was only half a piece of cheese. It look like it's been sitting for about 6 hours and absolute embarrassment and the manager asked me do you want your money back or do you want me to make you another one if I make you another one it's going to look the same what a joke.

Every single time I come to this McDonald's my order is not correct, I have given them chance after chance and my food is just never right and the customer service isn't at a place where I can get my things fixed in a timely manner. Today every part about my food was wrong even though the only modification was that I wanted extra onions. And I got a completely flat soda Three separate times I have been to this location and received my hamburgers on two bottom buns. This is ridiculous.

Visited this location today because it’s the closest one to my house and I will not return. Their workers are rude and racist. I pulled up to the window and the worker just stared at me with her hand out, didn’t even care to tell me my total. I gave her my money and when she handed me my change back I said thank you, like a normal person would.This employee didn’t say one word, just stared at me with a dirty look. If you’re going to have racist employees don’t put them in a position where they have to interact with customers. Put her in the back making food since she such a nasty attitude and cannot acknowledge people when they speak to her.

I wanted to order some food after I used the restroom, which was clean . As I washed my hands a person who just finished using the toilet and flushed left without washing their hands. I went to order some food and saw this person talking to the employees and I realised that he was an employee. He tried helping them with something and started using the cash register. I left without ordering. This is terrible the employees at this location must be better trained , disgusting sanitary behavior by this employee, even if he was on his own time.

Wow this was sloooooow! Finally ordered and drove straight up to the pickup window. Two lanes open but sat at ordering board as they did one order at a time. Plenty of other McDonald's to pick from or just skip McDonald's from now on.

Dident get the substitute items as I asked for, and the ice coffees I ordered where large but came in medium cups, people are nice but made alot of mistakes, and didwnt inform me they dident have enough of an item and give me a random one they had.

The worst fast food restaurant I've ever been to. Employees are universally unfriendly and stand around talking instead of making your food. Waited 20 minutes for 2 cheeseburgers and a shake. It wasn't busy. The shake was completely melted by the time I got it. I made them remake it and they gave me attitude. I would never return here again. I feel sorry for anyone who orders from here.

The worst customer service. Rude, no respect, they don’t care about the customers. They leave the customers waiting for so long and mixing up orders. Many people were waiting in line at the register. Sadly the register was for “ refunds only” at that time and wanted people to order at the kiosk. Since you’re in the area, grab some Middle Eastern food where hospitality comes from and you’ll be treated with royalty. Avoid this place.

If anyone you know needs a job, recommend this place to them. It is the only place in the country that will start off paying you 15$/hr where you have literally zero responsibility. It seems very chill to work here, even when there's over 10 cars in the line, they don't move an inch, couldn't care any less than they do. It's actually impressive and I'm submitting this job as one of the best side hustles of 2023, it's unbeatable for the salary to responsibility ratio. On a serious note, take a few extra minutes to drive to the Ford Rd location, you will NOT regret it. They will actually take your order there in a reasonable amount of time, and every employee you see there won't make you feel like you're doing something wrong by choosing their restaurant to eat at. Please don't be deceived by the star I left, because it forces you to leave one star, if I was allowed to leave negative stars, I would do it.

The absolute dumbest people work at these places. Bottom feeders, if your miserable at your job. Quit, don't just ruin people's day that have goals. The carp of human beings.

Worst service I have ever encountered. I placed an order online and picked up in store. The lady at the front was super rude. They forgot to give the coffee and didn't put any sauces that we requested with the nuggets. Overall a very bad experience

Utter chaos. The staff was wandering around not fulfilling orders, manager had no control of the restaurant or staff. Staff is lazy, inept and oblivious. The prepared sandwiches were left to pile up and get cold. I waited for 35 minutes and ended up getting a refund and walking out. As did all of the other customers in the store. Avoid this McDonalds location.

Worst costumer service ever! If you don’t have enough workers don’t open the store! Had to Wait for 20 min on the window to pay and then there still was no one there and when I came to the pick up window the worker on The window was so rude and slow! And had the most disgusting attitude!

Rude staff, extremely long wait times for food, and no leadership behind taking care of the customers. I consistently see so many cars drive off from waiting long periods of time for their orders to be taken. You guys should have a staff meeting and do better

Short staffed, there was one car in front of me and it look me like 25 min for the drive through. Workers sound stressed and tired. Hire more people (pay them more)

I grew up coming to this McDonald's so sad to see what it has become. The workers are very rude and have nasty attitudes. There was food all over the floor in the kitchen, The fountain machine's were not working and this same location was on the news for trying to attack a customer.

Clean fast kind service. Polite cashier food was hot and looked edible and delicious. I will recommend this McDonald's. Before I recommend the one in Detroit on Grand River and livernois.

Waited in drive thru line for 30 minutes because they would only let 2 cars through at a time. The line had to wait for those 2 cars to order, pay, and get their food before they'd take more orders. The only reason fast food restaurants do this to keep their order times low. The only reason I waited was because we were at a dance competition at the Guido Theater and I didn't have time to go elsewhere.

Food was hot originally, fries were fresh, nuggets were fresh. Being understaffed seems par for the course now days! This location is historically very busy at least twice a day! Hadn't been in years, but needed something to eat. Packed extra patience as the line was long inside and out, order was wrong three times! The gentleman had to come back to my car twice... finally I just got out... order still wasn't right... patience had thinned so I had to leave. I appreciate the staff that was there to work... PLEASE don't make your job/ day any more difficult with disgruntled customers... take a few seconds to assure accuracy of orders... trust me, we would be grateful and it would be less stressful for employees... it takes too much time to double back and verify orders to assure no loss of revenue. I appreciated the managers apology.

Horrible ! The girl at the drive threw window is rude and thought I was talking about her,whenever I asked what did I say? she said I said blah blah blah. I told the manager and she didn't care either. Disrespectful kids working there.

I waited 20 minutes in line only to end up leaving but once I got around to the window, on my way out I stopped and asked to cashier what was going on, and he told me that there was a shift change. I didn't ask him well did you inform the man at the speaker and he said yes. Now my thing is this I never in my life seeing people wait in line just because people were changing their shifts. Now again this is a new day and age and I get it but I was literally at the second speaker, no one came and told me that a shift change was happening.

Waited an hour and did not even receive my order. Someone came out and asked me what I got four times. Will never come back here again. Go to the Burger King next door.

Great staff doing so good under pressure while super busy. The manager is a friendly and sweet guy keeping the place together.

I don’t what y’all talking about in these here reviews but I recently got a job near this McDonald’s and have gone there multiple times in both the morning and during lunch . Every time I’ve gone there was never a line and my food , especially my fries were always HOT! I only gave 4 starts due to them being short handed one morning but that’s not their fault people don’t want to come into work.

Slowest mcdonalds ever!!!!! Nobody was barely in line the lady said hold on waited almost 15 minutes (me and another car) I said hello he said hello no answer so we both pulled off. Never going there in life again.
