It's a very good place if you consider cost/benefit ratio. I think it's missing information for starters, how could they create their routines?

This gym and it's staff are the cleanest and friendliest of any Planet Fitness that I've been to. They always greet me and other members. The staff always goes beyond the call of duty to make the members and myself happy. Drake, Stephanie, Zach, Lyric, Jared and all the other staff, are the best Planet Fitness staff. Thanks.

bad Customer service, mainly at night 9pm or later, I enter and one of staff pretends to be talking on phone and never bothers to scan my code, just keeps looking at me. Which is disrespectful, it just takes few sec to bring the scanner even if he is talking on the phone. Second thing is some don't greet us when we enter or say good night when we leave. Train some of your night crew there on customer service.

Love PF, but his location needs better maintenance. Some of the cushions on the machines are torn, cup holder bottoms broken or missing, etc Would love to see this location up to par to the PF standards

This gym is by far the cleanest location. The staff here is absolutely amazing. I do want to give a shout out to Toni at this location. I go in almost every night and she’s always working. She sometimes is alone at the desk tending to a few people at a time. Not once have I seen her look upset or annoyed. She is probably one of the hardest workers I have seen. She’s so friendly and so approachable, I never once hesitate to ask her a question. She’s so welcoming and I look forward to seeing her. This is what good customer service looks like!

Planet fitness is known to be 24/7 but don’t be fooled: this location is definitely not. They specifically claim their location to be only 24/5 as in during the weekdays, but you can’t get in before 5am on Monday or after 10pm on Friday. At most they are 24/3, which kind of defeats Planet Fitness’s company culture/ethos.

This Gym isn't bad it's just a little claustrophobic for me personally. It's this one machine that I really like but everytime I want to use it it's broken. But overall I love the massage room area it's nice and quiet and relaxing

I was expecting a deal but instead I got a headache. I wrote to planet fitness to get this corrected but instead got a call from a manager yelling at me about how that deal didn't exist and "How would you like to move forward with you membership?". This was all at 9am. So they were ready to boot me for my inquiry. Club needs a renovation. Everything feels dated. I've been to a different PF location and got a very different experience. For me, it's worth driving 20 minutes to a different club, just so I don't not have to see the people at this one.

I love this location. The staff is so friendly they make sure that you are treated with respect and you don’t feel like you don’t belong. It’s always a warm welcome whenever I come.

Nice gym, great staff, clean. The only prob I have is members who get on a machine, and just SIT THERE playing on their phone. Sometimes I'm in a hurry to get my workout done because I have to get to work afterwards. It's one thing if they're actually using it, but they use the machines as a lounge chair to play or talk on their phone, when there is a nice sitting area they could use instead, but don't. Very inconsiderate members. It would be helpful if they'd put up a sign that tells people, if you're not using the maching, to kindly move their azz off it so someone else can use it. I'm ready to cancel my membership over this, and go back to working out at home.

Decent clean gym for the price. People use the barbell racks as their personal phone booth while others are waiting to actually use the barbells instead of playing on their phone. Other than that not bad.

The staff is very friendly. They greet and say good bye every time. The gym is kept up well and the trainer Andy is thee best! I'm so glad to know him. I look forward to working out now and it feels great!

This place has taken my fitness journey to a whole new level. Honestly enjoy going and look forward to it as part of my day! Very clean, judgement free, and motivating environment.

Can you invest in more barbell machines? It doesn’t matter what time of day it is. All four are ALWAYS taken. Like if it’s so popular why would you have 600 treadmills and 4 of the machines everyone uses the most? So annoying to the pt I want to drive out of my way to another location who doesn’t have this constant burden

The new head of the gym or leader of the safety patrol I should say is a prick. I have been a member for almost 10 years, I will never come back. Go to crunch.

Honestly this location is a lot cleaner then other locations I drive 20min to come here, huge shoutout to Emily amazing customer service and always smiling, she’s also showed me how to use the app and helped me set my journey in the app to reach my goals!

Literally not one good looking person in this gym ! Looks like people have come straight from the trash bin to workout . Bodies are all disgusting , even the workers are fat and out of shape . I only come here worst case scenario, and that sucks.

Absolutely the best in professionalism. Love the clean bathrooms they are a must. I applaud this team’s dedication and will continue to come to this gym. The msr Carrie R. goes above and beyond to make new members feel welcomed and informed. I wold love to see another location in Dearborn. Michigan ave and Schaffer rd. With the same decoration. I enjoy going to Planet Fitness it is a relief for me. The employees are very nice and keep the facility clean. Good teamwork.

Late night visit, friendly desk staff, not many people, clean facilities, and well lit. Daytime visit wasn't as nice and promotion at the time made me leave without a membership because of added cost and commitment.

Trainer Andy is amazing. He is very knowledgeable and his training classes are so goal oriented and help me know what I’m wrong in my workout routine. The club is so nice and clean. Staff are so friendly and helpful.

This gym is amazing and allows me to keep a good overall routine! The gym often has little to no people in it which allows me to use whatever equipment I need. Not to mention the amount of equipment available.

I’ve been to many Planet Fitness locations, but this one is hands down the best. Friendly staff (especially Sean, Matty, & Kayden), clean, and a good atmosphere. I have been going here consistently for years and couldn’t be happier with my results. Keep up the great work!

Wish they had more free weights/ dont have a leg press machine, but seems less crowded then a lot of other planet fitnesses are. They dont have protein shakes for some reason.

1$t time I ever went to a Planet Fitness in the 1.5. yrs of membership & had a club ask for .50 cents for the sticky eye guards to use for the total body! Been in clubs all around the Dallas area, Oklahoma, Missouri. Wow. Sad. Other than that club seems spacious, clean & nice.
