Let's make it clear at the beginning: my rating is only 3 stars because it wants to present itself as a four-star hotel. If the hotel were three stars, it would get four stars from me. The room is really huge! ...so huge that the daily cleaning didn't even reach the bathroom and I stared at the same long hair by the wall for 5 days. (my little remaining hair is not long either) When the wall-mounted holder ran out of shower gel on the third day, it sure as hell stayed out of it for the next two days. (initially it was only at the bottom, I didn't use a whole jar in 3 days) On the other hand, the criticism is primarily about the fact that it was not spectacularly built as a hotel, and especially not as a four-star hotel! The elevators and corridors are depressingly cheap, with two-millimeter, wrinkled floor carpets, but what's worse is that there is no air circulation system in the building (sorry, air conditioning). As a result, on a warm day, there is stagnant heat in the elevators and corridors - like in an old apartment building, not in a four-star hotel. The breakfast meets the expectations of the average Hungarian pension. There are no problems with the staff of a couple of people, but nothing outstanding. Let's decide what it is: luxury school. Not a four-star hotel.

Spent 6 days in Debrecen because of a wedding. Stayed at the Parizs Garden Apartments (107). Location is just perfect, easy walking distance of the forum (large indoor shopping center) and traffic free center of Debrecen. Tram stop just 2 minutes walking away Size of the apartment is really good for 2 persons, ok for 4. Staff very friendly, reception staff speaks english, restaurant staff barely. Bed matrasses were the hardest I ever encountered in a hotel. We were lucky the living room had a sleeping couch with great matrass. There were no curtains to darken the room during the night. And given it becomes light very early in Debrecen we woke up well before phone alarm went off. Understand it’s something that will be dealt with in the future. Apartment holds a kitchen but no plates, pans, cutlery present. You can borrow some at reception but choice is very limited. Wifi quality good and password specific for each apartment secured. Breakfast poor, we bought our own at the forum every morning. Would we come again...undecisive at the moment.

Four-star apartment hotel. Living up to its name and rating, it awaits its guests with spacious, comfortable interiors, magnificent beds, parking, and an extremely delicious breakfast buffet.

We enjoyed our stay, the rooms are very spacious and very clean. The whole hotel was recently opened and everything is new, clean and in perfect working order. The location is also nice being just over the street from the Forum mall. The hotel also has it's own underground parking which is very safe, but you need to pay extra for it. The personal was OK, polite and pleasant. The included breakfast was also OK and it included some of the local specialties. The only thing I didn't like it was that the windows only have very thin white vertical blinds and no curtains. This makes all the external light pass though and during night time and also early morning you have too much light in the room. Also as the hotel has also a large internal staircase, the 2nd room on the apartment has windows with the same type of vertical blinds. The hallway is lit with automatic lights so each time when someone passes you get too much light in your room.

Clean, spacious rooms with helpful staff at reception. Great location to be in walking distance of many restaurants, shops and the mall. Good food at the restaurant but some of the male waiters were not very friendly. I would definitely return on my next visit to Hungary!

In general this place could be perfect. Great location, large and well-equipped apartments, kind staff. However, there seems to be quality issues with the building, the newer wing seems unfinished and handles etc. are loose in the bathroom, the bathtub is leaking. Once these things are fixed this could be a great place to stay.

Central location, beautiful room, it was actually HUGE, but it was weird that you had a small bathroom with toilet and sink, but no soap or place for towel. And in the big bathroom with sink and bathtub, there was no toilet.

Location is just across the Forum mall. The main promenade (Piac str.) is very close. Many restaurants and cafes. The 2-room apartment is spacious, very clean. Everything looks brand new. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast was good. We had dinner at the restaurant. It was great. The 24/7 staff was very helpful and nice. Altogether it's a very good place to stay in Debrecen. Tips: Certain rooms face the street and might be noisy. We requested a quiet room in our booking and it was indeed quiet. Certain rooms don't have dark shades so the morning sunlight may disturb your sleep. We requested to replace our room, which the staff gladly did.

Everything was great. Except the breakfast which is modest not worth its price.Hotel is still new. Opened in summer 2022. So the rooms kitchen is not equipped at all. U have dishwasher and washing machine. But no cutlery. Luckly reviewers wrote about this so we came prepared.no chairs/table on balcony.Place was super clean. Staff was uber friendly. Some lads/staff at restaurant seemed abit eyeballing us. But some were friendly there as well. Parking was great. Alot of fire safety /security doors on the floor till u get to ur room but well its ok. Location is great. Close to trams and 2 malls. Also convenience stores are at 2 minutes walk. Penny/spar.

Huge clean rooms , comfortable bed , good breakfast, in the heart of the city , parking in the garage . The only problem is the window blinds cause they can't keep the light out . I recommend

Everything was wonderful!!! We only had a short time to see everything. We'll be back!
