As a strong advocate for female empowerment, I was impressed that the entire team that performed my surgery were all women. I'm still getting used to my new smile. It isn't exactly like the one I grew up with but it's pretty darn close. I was pleased that I still have that slight gap between my two front teeth. Thank you. The staff is all very pleasant, friendly and polite. They are also very accommodating, ensuring that one's needs are met. My one complaint is the cost, since they do not accept any insurance. I'll be paying for these teeth for the next few years. However it will be worth it to be able to properly chew my food, even if that is a couple months down the road. I'm living on smoothies and soups, and I long for some chicken. I'd never realized how much of a carnivore I am. As a final accolade, I'd do it again in a heart beat

The nicest people I have ever met. They genuinely care about you and your health. The building was clean, everyone was professional, they took their time, made sure I was comfortable. Absolutely incredible staff and facility. I would give them 10 stars if it let me. If you need implants go here before anywhere else. My implants are perfect and yours will be too.

I am very happy with Clear Choice Decatur. The doctors and staff are very caring and understanding. They honestly want your experience and outcome to be the best it can be. My smile is beautiful and Clear Choice worked with me on every detail to achieve that.

I have a HUGE fear of the dentist. The smell, sound and atmosphere are disturbing to me. The Staff was over the top calming and soothing and very accommodating and understanding. Handling me with kid gloves and making sure I was comfortable along the way. It was refreshing to have people that understood me and helped me make the best decisions. I liked the final result. They did a good job. It took too long - over a year, but I am happy with my implant. The staff was kind and caring. Their price was less expensive than others. I would go back there if I needed another implant - hopefully never.

This place is the best!! I have put off getting implants for several years because my fear of price and experience. Every single person that works in this office is amazing! They are all very informative and helpful and make you feel very very comfortable

They are great at what they do. I have a beautiful smile now but it’s the temporary that I’ve had in my mouth since March of 2022. They told me it was a necessity for me to make a decision then or I would not be a candidate so my 91 year old mother in law thought she was go-signing a $35,000 note but was misled and the loan is in her name only, proceed finance informed us that Clear Choice has done this before with others, going forward everything was signed they received their money and when I went in because the implant broke they mentioned about my next appointment for the permanent to be put in. Of course I was excited but found out that they wanted me to pay $25,000. I sent over all the paperwork I signed, what my mother in law signed and nothing shows that I owed anything else. After multiple emails and different people in the office I spoke to the only response I got was the Dr would do snap on dentures at no additional cost and I replied that $35,000.00 for removable dentures if I wanted that I would have asked for that in the beginning. I have not heard from them since. I have all the paperwork I signed in the same folder they gave me the day I went home from surgery they say no hidden fees but no where does it say that I have to pay an additional $25,000. False advertisement and a huge disappointment a temporary set that is wearing down and $35,000 in debt.
