I’m just moving in to this place and it is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. The staff in particular Deja, discriminated and harassed me. I’ve never seen such disrespect and lack of customer in my entire life. I asked to speak to management and she literally tried to force me to comply with her before letting me speak to a manager. When I walked off during here raging rant, she followed me yelling all the way down the stairs, complaining about a cart I used and hadn’t returned yet as I was moving in. I asked if she could check for the cart near the elevators, as I’m 100% disabled and would have a hard time returning because I was in Florida with family and would need help. She again, responded with, “the cart is the responsibility of the tenant”, but she needed the cart for another tenant moving in and she was not willing to check anywhere in the complex for it because it’s the tenants responsibility. Me and My wife has been living at Modera since 2024 and everything has gone smoothly. The Front Office people our very attentive and helpful all the time such as Stephanee, Maxx and Daja. Also the maintenance team is on point Edwin, J.T. It been a Wonderful experience being here . We are Very Grateful that we Chose Modera.

I’ve lived here for 2 years now - since the building opened. Ashlee and Tiffanee in the leasing office have always been fabulous and helpful. I love that most everyone that works here lives here, too. Maintenance is very responsive and kind. The concierges downstairs are always very friendly. I really enjoy Akeba. She’s just lovely. It is rare that I ever hear noise from any neighbor, even upstairs. I never hear traffic noise, and I can hear all the concerts on Decatur Square by opening my patio door. I haven’t had any construction quality issues, and the finishes are great. My apartment gets excellent sunlight, and overlooks the pool and courtyard. I almost always have my patio door open during the day, because I love hearing the fountains in the pool. So relaxing. The amenity spaces are wonderful. I had a party in the sky lounge on the 6th floor, and everyone really loved the space. There’s even a wine dispenser that will charge your card and give you a pour! The garage is very secu...
