Purchased
a
spa
in
July
2021,
it
arrived
in
Aug
2021.
To
make
a
very
bad
&
long
story
short....
The
spa
arrived
with
heavy,
significant damage
from
a
fork
truck.
Immediately contacted
the
owner
after
the
electrician
discovered
the
damage.
He
passed
me
off
to
Brian,
his
distributor
in
St.
Louis.
One
week
passes
and
I
finally
get
a
call
back.
He
tells
me
the
damage
is
nothing,
the
spa
is
structurally
sound.
Asked
if
I
could
see
the
damage
with
the
side
panel
on,
tell
him
no
-
so
he
says
so
then
what's
the
problem?
Ended
up
reaching
out
to
Hatana
Corporation,
very
minimal
communication
with
the
sales
rep
for
nearly
2
months.
Then
he
starts
rejecting
my
calls
and
not
responding
to
emails.
I
go
back
to
the
Owner
of
Jan
Master
and
he
said
he
assumed
this
was
taken
care
of.
Bad
business
practice
to
take
over
$8,000
in
payment,
knowing
there
is
a
huge
issue
and
never
following
up
with
anyone.
Early
Oct
I
am
told
there
will
be
a
replacement
spa
arriving
for
me
in
November.
November,
no
spa,
December,
no
spa.
I've
been
inconvenienced for
no
fault
of
mine
for
over
6
months
and
NO
ONE
wanted
to
take
responsibility
and
make
this
right.
FINALLY
my
new
spa
arrived
a
few
days
ago.
Now
the
owner
REFUSES
to
accommodate
my
schedule
and
make
a
Saturday
delivery
to
remove
the
junk
spa
and
set
up
my
new
one.
If
you
are
in
the
market
for
a
spa/pool
do
yourself
a
favor
and
go
elsewhere
to
spend
your
money.
This
guy
thinks
because
he
is
the
only
business
in
town
he
can
treat
people
this
way
and
get
by
with
it.
UNPROFESSIONAL,
at
this
point
he
should
be
bending
over
backwards
to
make
this
right.
This
entire
process
has
been
a
nightmare.
However,
I
will
say
the
2
young
adults
that
work
there
are
a
true
pleasure
and
have
treated
me
with
nothing
but
professionalism
and
respect
any
time
I
have
been
there
or
called.
