TRASH! The apartments are trash and the management is as bad as it gets. Nobody is EVER in the office, maintenance takes forever and they ignore you and your issues for literal months until you’re to the point of withholding rent and when they finally respond, they still don’t actually do anything to fix the problem. They’re a joke. If your choices are live in your car or live here, just live in your car. You’ll be happier.

The one-bedrooms are a really great use of space; I have plenty of room to spread out. The area is very convenient and there isn't much traffic (or traffic noise!) at all. It's an older property, but you can tell that the staff make sure things are in proper working order and well-maintained. I put in a maintenance request on my second day, and it was dealt with at the opening of business the next day. Is it a "luxury" property? No. But you won't find ANYTHING better at this price point. The application and leasing experience is straight-forward. Basically, for the price, it will be exactly what you need, and I'd certainly recommend it for anyone like me -- professional tenant, saving for a house, needing something safe and quiet for a year or two.

Stones Crossing Apartments is terrifying. Do not trust the paid-for 5-star reviews. A man was murdered a floor down and two apartments over from me in my first week in the complex. Upstairs, neighbors loved to throw all-night parties in the middle of the week - all week. Next door, let his apartment get infested with bugs that traveled into my apartment. They charged my deposit twice, which I paid on move-in, as a parting present, claiming it to be unpaid rent. I had to move back in with family from having caught COVID, and finding extra charges tacked onto my bill is a beautiful kick in the teeth from these shady people. There are significantly better apartments in Decatur than this place.

I think strone crossing is lacking I been needing my receipts from September -December of 2023 I also need my receipts from January all I'm asking for is my receipts and I can't get those every time I call no answer Y'all never be in the office so I can receive my receipts for the payment of my rent and I think that's not fair

Excellent place to live. Nice neighborhood quiet and well maintained. Jason was very great to work with friendly and prompt responses. Any Maintenace issues have been resolved promptly really great guys! If you're looking for an affordable comfortable place I would definitely recommend!

The staff is amazing! They get right back to you, no hassle and they are always upfront and honest with you ! They make the whole process as easy and stress-free as possible! They do whatever they can to help you love your home even more than you already do !! I 1000% recommend!! 11/10 for my family and I !

Stone Crossing Apartment is a comfortable place to live. Very good neighbors live next door to me. When I had problems or maintience problems I could always count on Jason the Manger of Stone Crossing Apartment. I really appeciate him. Apartment have good size bedroom very spacious. Sincerely Pat

I’ve been living in these apartments for 2 years now. I had a 1 bedroom & transferred over to a 2 bedroom. If I had any problems it was handled in a timely manner.
