I went there as a kid it is a great dentist and I take my kids there they are very friendly and knowledgeable. I like how they wrap up the kids bc they get work done they need and no one gets hurt.

Total waist of our time. They would not let me go back with my FIVE year old. And since he was nervous they referred us to a dentist in Florence. Why should there be a problem with a parent comforting their child while have dental work?

Terrible. Unfortunately I had no idea when my husband brought my daughter to this place that they were awful to children. My daughter wasn't scared of the dentist because I work in dentistry. Well they strapped her to the chair for no reason and lied to my husband when he heard her screaming and said they had not even started on her...When she got home she had broken blood vessels in her face from screaming. She told us that she felt bad for the other kids because they were treated so badly. They told her she couldn't go back to her dad until she stopped crying and made her sit there for so long so she wouldn't look like what she had just been through. They were so fake saying she did so good to my husband. Well fast forward a few years later I was getting my degree in dental hygiene and they sent me here to shadow.... I tried to have an open mind since it had been a while but low and dehold they had not changed. I witnessed an assistant pinch a boy in the ribs because he wouldn't open for the xray sensor. I ended up walking out and refused to return. I am glad my financial situation has changed and I can afford a private practice. It's terrible lower income families have limited options and these kids deserve better than this, WAY BETTER. Shame on them. Shut them down.

I really love this place. I come here here and there and it's pretty good.

Made an appointment to get my sons filling refilled because it fell out. Well got to the appointment all they did was take X-rays cool but turned around and made an appointment two and a half weeks away with my son having a hole in his tooth and in pain. They had nothing sooner she tried to give me a date within a week then when I asked if they had a different time she said oh that doctor won’t be in that day. I fill like they are becoming very unprofessional and don’t look out to help. My son shouldn’t have to wait that long

They gave my son a used toothbrush. Yes, you read that right. The package was open, the toothbrush was wet, and had toothpaste on it. I was told the office manager would call be. They didn’t. I am also confused as to why a dentist office would give candy out.

Before I swapped over to a new dentist we used them for my kids and my daughter had miscolored teeth and smaller than her other teeth, he did NOT take time looking at them. And it was brought up at 2 different appts, come to find out , after x-rays at the new place she has a mouth full of cavities .. needs 2 pulled a 4 plus caps. Highly upset something could have been done if the time was taken to listen and look.. he said it was from developmental issues and nail biting. Also my son was screaming bad at his appointment and he placed his hand over my sons mouth so he could talk. Should have taken different steps to deal with an upset child who is simply nervous not make it worse by doing that or simply rescheduled him for another time if you couldn't work around it, not possibly traumatize him further.... dental assistant was nice though. 0/10 don't recommend.

The receptionist was extremely rude.. I walk up to her and said good Morning.. she completely ignored me and kept asking for the patient name I say it again hoping she will change her attitude but she didn’t … I’ll definitely will be looking for a new place to take my kids..
