Super clean, nice amenities, two comfortable queen beds, pillows were folded and decoratively placed, modern and current electronics, large shower with extra large head with settings to your like, plenty of bathroom essentials, large buffet style breakfast with sit in avaliabililty, ice machines, and several large vending machines. Staff was dressed very professional classy, smell was amazing throughout, housekeeping was on point. I would stay here if ever possible in future. Not suspicious of any shady guests around , we had our grandson along and it was very safe feeling. Would definitely recommend I give it 5 stars overall rating highly satisfied with this hotel.

I contacted the hotel owner directly, who promised to refund us on Monday, September 15. Instead, she avoided calls, denied receiving my email, and ultimately blocked my number. We paid for nights we never stayed, and the refund was never issued. This experience cost us money, time, and peace of mind, and the way it was handled by management was extremely unprofessional. I would s...
