Customer service is good atmosphere was good. Food was okay. However, what I disagree with it if you're gonna sell sandwiches at lunch time you need to have condiments and if you do have the condiments, please do not charge the customers for condiments. I order a sandwich and asked for extra Mayonnaise. that were gonna charge me for the extra mayonnaise. That's not good Customer service . I will not be coming back cause I do not support establishments that charge for condiments.

Absolutely love Fresh to Order! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a warm and friendly staff who made me feel right at home. The atmosphere is vibrant and inviting, making it a perfect spot for a casual lunch or dinner. The menu is impressive, focusing on fresh ingredients and unique flavor combinations. I ordered the grilled chicken salad, and it was hands down one of the best I’ve ever had! The chicken was juicy, and the homemade dressing added the perfect kick. Been to the Decatur location twice and ordered the calamari plate each time and the calamari has been inconsistent and not good. 1st time it was extremely small, about the size of a nickel and overcooked. I decided to give it another shot and the 2nd time the breading was soft as if it was breaded with only flour and no cornstarch or anything to make it crisp. To make it worst, each piece hand a band around it, similar to a rubber band (shown in pic). I typically only find those in the larger calamari. To top that off it was sitting in a pool of oil and sauce. Super disappointing and a waste of $20. I never had this problem at the Midtown Atlanta location. I will go there from now on.
