I had a bad experience from start to finish, and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. The bottom line up front: after multiple phone calls with mixed messages from nurses who seemed confused about whether I had an appointment and what it was for, I was told I’d have to reschedule after showing up for my appointment at this location. Scheduling was easy enough: a phone consultation on a Monday followed by an appointment on Tuesday. Monday, I received a phone call asking if I was coming to my appointment. This nurse was surprised that it was a phone consultation, so she canceled Monday’s appointment and told me that I’d be able to do my consult at the office visit on Tuesday. Not great, but okay. We confirmed the details for Tuesday. Tuesday, I get another phone call asking if I have an appointment and what travel I will be doing (this was covered in the initial scheduling call). I confirm my appointment and travel details again. I drive to the location and find myself in the middle of a construction zone, and eventually locate the building entrance and the clinic. The nurse immediately informs me that my 9 am appointment must be rescheduled, to late afternoon at the earliest. Given the experience so far, I declined and will find another travel medicine practice.

Pricey, in comparison to the publicly supported travel shots I used to easily find in the early 2000s, but I have now used Passport Health twice (and in 2 different cities). I have no complaints about the knowledge, service, and professionalism of their people. Indeed, I can say that I met folks who know how to treat people well both times.

Although, it was hard to find the building, we finally did. Reasons for our Passport travel health appointment went great 👍

I have never written a negative review in my life but gosh dang I feel like I just got scammed. When they walked me through vaccine options they came off as very pushy on getting many vaccines. Whenever I'd ask a clarifying question or mention how I can't find anywhere online that says a $160 vaccine was recommended they still told me 'you gotta get it'. When I pointed out that the CDC recommendations they gave to me mentioned it might not be necessary to get the vaccine they said "I don't know why they're saying that". It was very contradictory and very unprofessional.

Easy to make an appointment. They were prepared with recommendations for our travel needs. Got vaccines there before we left. Gave us documents for our record. I would use them again.

My husband and I just went today to get some travel vaccines for an upcoming trip. Our nurse was kind, explained everything well, and answered all our questions! The "jab" was quick and painless.

I would definitely go back to this location. Robin was extremely professional and friendly. I would recommend this location to everyone. No long waits, in an out!

Not a pleasant experience at all. Where do i begin? I arrived early and was made to wait 25 minutes for a family that never showed, because they were allegedly scheduled before me. I was finally called into what appeared to be make-shift office with insect repellent strategically place all over the desk and bookshelf. The paperwork she printed suggested this vaccine was a requirement for the place I was traveling to, but the CDC site indicated something completely different. Because I asked questions, she had to get clarity else where, and ended up pulling information that suggested I needed an additional vaccine... I asked for a pricing guide for future references, and she evaded my request by making it seem as if there are too many different vaccines for too many different places to list them all. This made me feel that they make up the prices as they go. When it was time to actually do the prep work and administer the vaccine, she went into a completely different area/room and came out with 2 needles; one with clear substance, and the other with yellow tinted liquid. I do not know for a fact that what I was given, is what I actually paid for. And when I questioned her about it, she had the nerve to tell me she works for a local hospital. I should have recorded her or taken a picture. Her actions gave me the impression that they have questionable integrity in their practice!!! The convenience of availability was perfect. But the pricing, lack of transparency, and lack of professionalism on theor practice shows why they were readily accessible with so many appointments to choose from. I highly recommend going elsewhere, or choosing them as a last resort. In fact, I don't recommend them at all!

Laura was great! Very friendly and efficient. Looked up our medical records, made recommendations, and gave us our shots. She'd done her research ahead of time and made sure there would be no interactions with existing medications and so on. Highly recommend. The location is in an office building, not a storefront, so make sure you leave enough time to park (paid) and find your way. We made an appointment ahead of time; not sure if they accept walk-ins.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience here. Not only were they efficient, but the office was pristine and stocked with needed items for travel. I will be making this my main travel clinic.

Been there to get a 2nd rabies shot, they found out a mistake that the ER has made few days before with the treatment that I got and they were very professional and kind and didn’t even .charge me for the visit I highly recommend having a visit there.

Terrible experience. Booked an appointment, drove 45 minutes to the "clinic" (looks more like an 80's office), no one was there, door was locked, lights were off. Called the company and it took them an hour and 25 minutes to figure out that apparently they had an "internet problem" and they closed without letting me know.

He handled my sensitivities to vaccines and was able to customize a selection for me - somebody that’s not fully bought in. Any increase my depth of knowledge about the food and water handling procedures when I travel to prevent illness. And he gave me a custom but specific guidance I had to take some medicines according to my trip and how it might change. This is exactly what I was looking for the consultation. Good stuff!!!
