My daughter had acrylics done here. They did a poor job and 2 nails came off within 2 days. When we called to explain what happened they were rude and unhelpful. Will never go back, there are much better places that do a much better job.

Lux Nails is a great nail salon, conveniently located in Dedham with ample parking. They do a great job with gel polish and pedicures. I've seen other services on other clients and their nails look great also. Everyone is pleasant and accommodating and I've been able to get a last minute appointment more than once. I leave there feeling pampered!

July 11 , 2023 , I stopped in here to receive a quick “paint job” & experienced the most unprofessional & Racist experience of my life! The Man at the front was very disrespectful. he acted very belligerent & Refused service after telling me to sit and pick a color . He humiliated me in front of multiple people in the establishment because I told him I didn’t want a certain service that he told me they don’t do. Overall this man just didn’t want to service me he was adamant that they dont have the skills to do anything that I proceeded to ask for just because it was me . I’ve never been to this place before this date and will never be back But the people should know how they are treating customers.
