Stayed mid April for 5 nights. Nice room. Spacious and clean. Very friendly staff at reception and the bar. Swimming pool was nice. Gym looked excellent. Very convenient for getting in to downtown. Overall no complaints and had a very comfortable stay ! (even number rooms are quieter)…

The location is perfect. Close to food, services, commuter options and express way. If you couldn't find what you needed on-site at the property that is.. Tucked away, so that it's so quiet! Our room was excellent! Clean, quiet, comfortable! The staff is great! Kind, listened, friendly smiles.. Will be our choice of location to stay, when we visit the area!

My significant other and I came into the hotel and it looked nice for the first part until later on we realized the rooms don’t get cleaned unless your there for 4 days, then we had another guest have access to our room which is scary knowing our privacy was gone and that any point of time someone could get into our room. It doesn’t end there because shortly after we dealt with that Situation our cards to unlock our room wasn’t working and we had to go to the desk 3 times for them to reactivate our cards just to get into our room. Finally we requested if we can have a late checkout and they approved on the phone and we would have an extra hour to later find out that night it didn't get approved. The worker that was in the gym that would give me a good basketball was helpful and kind along with gaven(I believe that’s how you spell it sorry if it’s not) he was trying his best and he was understanding.

We had a great experience staying here for 3 nights for the Taylor Swift Concert. Staff were friendly and helpful. Whirlpool in addition to the pool was a total bonus! Pool a bit dated, but warm and apparently about to get a few weeks of maintenance. Total bonus that we could walk 5 minutes down the road (or drive and park and ride) to catch the commuter rail into Boston and avoid parking there (download the Boston Transportation Authority app to buy your tickets online or apparently you can pay in the train). It was $14/adult round trip on the weekend. Limited service on the weekend, but worked great for us. Not sure what the green space in the back beside the pool is really used for, but we had a door leading out to it from our room on the first level and it was lovely to look at. Maybe a nice place to meditate/do yoga.

After seeing the room we booked, we contacted Hilton and moved our reservation elsewhere. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, but Hilton needs to renovate this hotel. The room was dated, couch was sagging, carpets were worn. We were much more comfortable at the nearby Hilton Garden Inn. I hope the hotel is able to renovate soon!

Did not stay. Had a business lunch. Been a stable of mine for years. Location could not be better. Right off 128/95. Lots of free parking. Facility, including restaurants, are first rate. I have all so used their business center and gym. Staff is well trained and friendly I am Hilton Honors member. This hotel is an example of why I stay loyal to their brand

This was my second visit to this hotel. Last year, it was great. This year, not so much. While the same friendly staff mans the front desk, the rooms were not clean. Mold, mildew and bacteria stain the shower and wall around the toilet. Tiny shampoo bottles good enough for just one wash is all you get. I'm not sure if this property is suffering due to the labor shortage, but nonetheless it wasn't up to par.

The staff was fantastic. Fairly clean hotel. But the room that we are staying in (114) has such a large gap between the top of wall and the ceiling that we can hear everything in the room next door as if they are sitting right next to us. We can even see light shining through from the next room. Clearly visible that there is an issue. Not sure if the ground/wall has settled or just poor construction, but that’s unacceptable.

In a word...DATED! We stayed for two nights while work was being completed in our home. The property smelled like stale cigarettes. The carpet was buckled in many areas which caused me to stumble. It is in dire need of new lighting. 7pm everything is closed. I won't stay at a Hilton property again.

The room and hotel was fairly clean, but the reason why I'm giving this place two stars is because the room walls are paper thin. It's very easy to hear the next room's conversation, even when the people were not speaking very loudly. We stayed here for five nights, and we had to change rooms, because we could not sleep or enjoy ourselves due to a baby wailing in the next room. The staff were kind enough to let us change rooms, but on our last night there, the room right next to us played loud music past 10pm and then was extremely loud past 12pm. If you want a peaceful night's sleep, that may not happen here. We had breakfast here every morning. It was good. They have warm potatoes (with onions and bell peppers), eggs, bacon, and sausage links. There's also two or three types of fruit (pineapple and melon), you could make a waffle (which I did not try as my diet is gf), have toasts, there was granola and yogurt--a decent option of things. Staff are friendly and helpful. Internet works really well.

I have stayed at this hotel twice now on two separate occasions and both times have been less than satisfactory. This time I found a soggy plastic laundry bag in the closet. The rooms themselves are fine otherwise if not a little dirty (e.g. crumbs on the floor, broken fixtures) but the real problem lies with the breakfast. Each time I’ve gone there have been three servers, one of them is friendly and does her job well but the other two are extremely rude and aggressive for no reason. For breakfast that isn’t complimentary ($17pp) the selection and quality is disappointing as well.

First time staying at this location with family, literally 12 of us in multiple rooms & zero complaints. I’m so grateful to the staff for their hospitality & service towards myself and family this holiday season ❤️ P.S. husband loved the mini indoor basketball court & breakfast is absolutely overpriced but you pay the convenience 🤷🏼‍♀️ ($18 all you can eat breakfast)

My stay was for a long anticipated conference of New England based mystery writers, book agents, editors and fans. This hotel was ideal. Somewhat off the beaten track, it had food options on campus. My room was clean and comfortable. The conference food buffets were very nice. The meeting rooms were sufficient. The elevators were quick (don't laugh!). The staff was extraordinary! I had to adjust my reservation for personal reasons. The staff was very compassionate, allowing me to make the adjustment even at the very last minute. I am grateful because I was really looking forward to this weekend.

Lots of challenges. Should be a 4 star hotel. Plugs don't work in all rooms, unless it's a laptop - the plugs are too loose to work on the vast majority of outlets that you would travel with. I was booked into a room already occupied. No cups for water in either room or lobby. Not what I expect in a hotel of this cost.

Bartender charged me $26 for a standard old fashioned. Outrageous price for even a 5 star hotel. Very inexperienced service in bar/restaurant area. For food and drinks, take your money 5 minutes down the road for a much better experience.

Stayed twice over holidays. Good service. Very cold rooms. You have to click the thermostat all the way over, the staff leave the thermostat almost on a setting, and in autumn the first room was in the 50s, second room at 63. Takes a looong time to warm up. A bit loud, too. Rowdy guests! Loud kids.

If you want a seemless uninterrupted experience, do not recommend. Nothing but issues from cleanliness, peeling paint, heat not working, toilet clogged, door key not working, breakfast terrible, Starbucks staff continuous mistakes with my drink, the list goes on and on. Tried to talk with the supervisor about the various issues. He offered me a free breakfast even though I told him I’d be leaving early and couldn’t use it. They seem used to issues here.

Arrived to find out room was 77 degrees, which was way too hot. Couldn't work the thermostat. Asked at the desk and was told a mechanic needed to reset the temp. Came back after dinner and the room was cool, but steadily rose all night back to high 70s. This was not ok. A hotel shouldn't rent out a room without the ability to hold a normal temperature. Very uncomfortable. Good news is the room was very clean and had great obvious charging points for cell phones.

Large room, clean bedding and towels, quality supplies in the bathroom, good cleaning service, good service at the reception desk. Very important when traveling with a car: they offer complimentary parking. A 5 minutes walk to the commuter station takes you Downtown, and it is also close to the shopping mall.

The pool, is too chlorinated! It burns the eyes and you can't sirens more that 5 minutes without having to come out. On top of that the humidity is dangerous. If you are a person who struggles with asthma or allergies I suggest skipping the pool or being prepared to administer rescue medication. Temperature control... The heater worked perfectly in the room, but the living room area did not! No matter how much I changed the setting, it wouldn't go beyond 72°. I don't like to be hot, but I would have like to be able to put it to 75 a few times because it was very cold at times. The private balcony, was very spacious, more than enough room to have a little gathering. Restrooms were very clean and love the lighting. House keeper was lovely. I didn't get her name, but she went out of her way to get me some garbage bags, eventhough I told her nevermind (because I didn't want her going all that way just for me.) I didn't get her name but she was the Africa American young lady. She was very friendly and attended to our requests. I liked that they had a restaurant on location. All in all, wasn't a bad experience. Other than the heater issues.

Had a great stay at this hotel. I was here for business and stayed for a week. Service was tiptop, I had a broken socket they repaired it immediately! the food shop is really convenient. Breakfast was simple but worth it. Room was clean and comfy, no problems with the bed. Indeed thin walls and woke up one time from a dispute next to my room. But the rest of the week was super quiet. The location is really good, close to everything, in 10 you are in Dedham center, and the big malls.

I’m not one to usually leave a review, but I stayed here for 5 nights and was so disappointed. For starters, for a Hilton the room could have been cleaner.. closet door dirty etc, but I brushed it aside. First day we kept seeing big black ants in the room and then woke up the next morning to one crawling on me in bed. My room was switched and we went on with our day, only to come back to the room being 77 degrees and the air not working. They sent someone up who fixed it, and we then went to have drinks at the hotel bar.. only to see a mouse running around. Then on the 5th night I came back in to the room being 75 degrees, they sent someone up who just turned it off and back on then said to let the front desk know if it didn’t work in 10 minutes. It didn’t work and my room had to be changed again!!!

This hotel lives up to the name Hilton. Very helpful service, nice comfortable rooms, no odd smells (very clean), beautiful glass shower doors, & marble tile in the entire bathroom. Comfy, quiet, convenient and we saved through a travel site. Bar, Breakfast, dinner, mini fridge, free parking deck, big towels, no annoying cigarette smell. We'd definitely stay here again.

The most delicious hotel restaurant food we’ve ever had. The chef knows what he’s doing. Authentic and tasty. We saw people getting seconds, so we ordered a lot and we’re glad that we did. The chicken, the ribs, so delicious!

Just spent a mother daughter weekend there with my mother. Easy checkin process and the man at the desk was very friendly. The room was very clean and the bed/pillow was super comfy. We had breakfast in the morning which was delicious. There was a woman taking our info for the breakfast, not sure of her name, but she was nice and explained how the buffet worked. Would stay there again.

We stayed here for a wedding weekend. The venue was not far from this location. The room accommodated our family perfectly. The indoor pool was great and the whirlpool was very relaxing. We had breakfast that was partly buffet style and could order waffles and pancakes. Everything was hot and delicious. Every staff member we interacted with were very friendly and helpful.

I stayed in this hotel for two nights before I wrote this. For a Hilton Hotel establishment in the area of MA that it was definitely sub-par. 😮‍💨 The bathroom shower door would not shut while I showered. I basically had to hold it with one hand or foot so I didn't soak the floor. The shower knob was turned upside down (this was probably fixed by someone that wasn't fully trained). The shower head was also coming off the wall. The AC did not work in the room as it would not get below 75 degree. Was all of this unbearable...no...but at the rate I paid it should most definitely be in condition that reaches excellence. I checked in super late the night I did and did not want to go through the hassle of being moved around and had to get out early the next morning so I never told the manager upon checkout. All I was expecting was some type of gratuity or compensation for the condition. The manager that was on shift at the time I wrote this instead explained to me why he couldn't do anything more than right down my complaints for the foreman to fix. He let me know I should have told someone and they would have moved me or tried to fix it. I asked them if they needed anything else from me and left right after. I will never stay at this hotel again. I'm used to better quality and treatment and this is now on the black list. A little better customer service goes a long way for a Dynasty Brand hotel. Th

This is a unique hotel. Staff is pretty helpful. I asked for a few extra towels and some laundry bags and got them immediately. One of the ladies even helped me greatly the evening I decided to explore downtown Boston! If you are a light sleeper I would avoid this place like the plague, the walls might be just a figment of my imagination as the sound is amplified through the walls. As I am writing this I can hear every word my neighbors are saying, or yelling, it’s currently 11:30. This is a unique hotel. They have a very nice gym area with good treadmills. I did not get a chance to get out to the pool area but was told the hot tub was down for maintenance. Bummer, it’s been down my entire stay. Location wise, it’s great. The Dedham corporate center train station is walking distance to hotel so access to downtown Boston is a 20 minute train ride. Legacy place is also very close and here you can find a variety of restaurants, there is also a Whole Foods. This is a unique hotel. Rooms are fairly clean. No complaints there. I’d stay here again but I would want anyone that is considering to know the pros/cons.

This hotel is adequate, but needs updating. It is fairly run down. AC in my first room did not work. Electric outlets in my second room were worn to the point devices would not charge unless I stacked something on top to hold them in place. Shower door did not work correctly. No food options on Monday. It is OK, but needs a facelift.

We had a great stay here for a concert at Gillette Stadium recently. The place is great. We arrived a little early and the staff were more than accommodating for us. Although the restaurant seemed to be closed, there is a large market style store with food and drinks that helps. The rooms were clean and updated and there is an indoor pool that we did not visit. It was a bit further than we thought from the stadium though. Getting an Uber to the show was easy, but not so easy on the way back. Highly recommend if you are in the area.

Did you standard hotel it's really nice as far as looks but you're paying $80 more for the same room and some other hotel. But I'll give it to the cleaners when I put privacy do not disturb on my door they didn't come in and say housekeeping housekeeping housekeeping that's what happened at the last hotel I went to that won't remain on me it was an awkward situation. Points for leaving me alone I don't want anything unless I ask for it. And they're vending machines sucks except for the cookies but good employees and honestly a really nice hotel. Okay be good
