Beautiful restaurant and great concept, but it seems they don't fully understand Mediterranean food... the lentils were way undercooked or not pre-soaked, almost inedible; the pita bread was very small and dry (they should learn from Bonapita). By the time you realize your salad is dry and tasteless, it's too late to get some more tahini (the dressings should be available with the condiments). The staff works by the list and hesitant to add a couple of falafel balls (bcz two is really not enough). Okay overall but not great value (also in comparison to Garbanzo and Cafe Landwer).

What amazingly fresh food they serve! I loved their chicken and have so many options to choose from. I recommend getting pita crisps in your bowl for a nice crunch and pita chips as a warm side. Staff is fairly nice and place is clean. Only thing is that I wish there were some better drink options. But, that can be easily overlooked. Will be coming back for sure!!

Wow. Everyone needs to try cava. So amazing. I been a picky eater for so long,but now I’m trying new eats and this place was such a blessing to find online. I will be a repeat customer 100% the staff were so friendly everyone there. Edwin was great

The people in this place are awesome! The manager Erwin is amazing, he makes you feel you are in a star Michelin restaurant in Massachusetts! Super! He made my day for sure! I saw him going around the table asking the diners how was everything, in a really, really busy day. I was observing him and asked for his name. Food delicious and the Mint/Cucumber/lime juice my favorite! Best of best in the area 🤩

THE PROCESS WAS SMOOTH. IT is a bit pricey,but it was tasty. The portions were enough to fill us. We create bowl and got the Greek pita. The Greek pita was messy in presentation and the bowl was good. Would be back

The food quality was excellent, and the restaurant maintained a high level of cleanliness. The majority of the staff acted professionally, but the person handling the cash register was unapologetically rude. After cashing us out, she tossed the receipt at my wife and left without a word. When I approached her about it, she and two male colleagues began conversing in Spanish, and no one addressed or apologized for the poor service. I'd consider returning as long as I don't encounter her during my visit.

We went for dinner and really loved it. There was a few lamb options which was great. We don’t see lamb a lot in other places. The staffs are very nice and patient. They have a variety of soft drinks dat you can not find at other places. We really loved the cucumber limeade. The price was also very reasonable. Totally recommend this place

Our welcome was so warm, we nearly started paying rent! The dynamic duo gifted our taste buds with complimentary falafel and sauce tastings, which were nothing short of a culinary standing ovation. The “build-your-own-bowl” feature? A delightful choose-your-own-adventure for the stomach where deliciousness is the inevitable ending. With cleanliness that rivals a hospital and organization that would make Marie Kondo nod approvingly, this joint doesn’t just serve meals—it serves vibes. Walk in hungry, walk out feeling like you've just been hugged by the entire staff. Home is where the heart is, and apparently, it's also where the falafel is impeccably spiced. Cheers to a space where the only thing warmer than the hospitality is the pita!

Being a frequent visitor of CAVA, I was deeply disappointed with my experience at Dedham location. The staff, particularly a lady handling orders, displayed extreme rudeness and a complete lack of customer service skills. Even when I asked for additional toppings, her expressions were disrespectful. On top of it, it was relatively non-busy time of the day, making the behavior even more unwarranted. I hope CAVA takes steps to address such behavior and ensure a more welcoming environment for its patrons.

Very fun, staff and great invert environment. Music was at the perfect level to help you relax and enjoy your meal. We came as the family from the Midwest, and really enjoyed our time at this place.

12/10 experience! The food was phenomenal, however, the customer service is what blew me away and will have me traveling out of my way to get again. Edwin, the gentleman who rang me out, went above and beyond to make my experience memorable, joyful, and his attention to detail and kindness will keep me coming back as a repeat customer when I truly only intended to give the trendy food place a try since I was running a local errand. While Edwin was taking care of something for a customer ahead of me, he swiftly and promptly acknowledged me with a smile and "how are you?" whilst taking care of whatever request the customer in front of me had made. It was small but intentional and definitely made me feel welcome. He then breezed back and handed me and the other woman a warm pita sample with a contagious smile. I am serious when I say it made my day! It was such a kind gesture and perfect as I headed out into the cold with my order. Then, when I mentioned it was my birthday tomorrow, he once again dazzled me with a cup and said "happy birthday :)" and it made my WEEK! I called my sister right after to share of the good fortune from my small and seemingly inconsequential trip to grab a quick dinner. Honestly, he has no idea how big of an impact he's made. I have been a little sad leading up to my birthday and this was just the small act of random kindness that turned it around and has me looking forward to the morning. Thank you so much for your fabulous display of customer service, because of you, I'll be back! Also, the lovely woman who created my bowl (I unforunately did not get her name) made a DELICIOUS meal. She was very kind and patient when I shared it was my first time. I got the Hassan Avocado bowl-spicy and flavorful, super filling. Thank you Edwin and Co, I'll see you soon :)

Best food I ever had. Not one thing I can complain about. The atmosphere positive the staff amazing and the food is super fresh. The drinks are top tier.

We are a sports team of 20 people. We had to pick up food before the store is open. The manger and the team was very organized and did a great job individually packaging the food and carefully labeling the each bag with each member’s name. Great service! We are coming back next year!

Customer service was great but, felt rushed while going through on the line. Food was awesome and cleanliness of tables was awesome. Plus the supervisor even came by to my table to ask if everything was good. Definitely going back again.

It's not a fancy place but it is. 😂 You walk in and get in line. You can order a bowl or a pita and a few other yummy things. I ordered a bowl for about $12. There are so many choices of grains and greens and dressings and extras. I had that for lunch and the rest of it for supper. Very good food. I would recommend.

I think her name was Lisabeth…she was fantastic! Great service. I usually have great service here but she went above and beyond and recommended some stuff to add to my Greek chicken pita when I said I didn’t want pickles and olives. She suggested pita chips and I got them as a side too with a drink. I was in and out easily. Can’t wait to come back!

The manager of this place is great. He is friendly and humorous, and he's also very proud of his restaurant. The young kids working it are very polite. For a fast food chain I was so surprised at the service and yes the food is great.a nice light dinner that won't weigh you down.

I usually go to the one in the city but when I found out about this place I was excited to try it out. The young lady with glasses who was preparing the bowls today 12/10 around 5:20pm, cross contaminated more times than I can count. She was prepping my bowl and also using her gloves to wipe the counter and then put some of food from the counter back into the containers. It was just so uneasy to watch because the food is already exposed but to just be throwing food on the counter back into the containers and wiping the counter with your gloves is a bit too much. Definitely won’t be going back.

The food was great. Healthier than most fast food options. The one downside is that the place is so loud. I couldn't hear the people behind the counter. It's hard to answer questions when you can't hear what they are saying. Order online and you won't have to worry about that.

Awesome and clean location with 2 clean gender neutral bathrooms! Good food that is healthy and true to the brand. Customer service/food prep personnel were professional, followed hygeine protocols, and very personable. Thank you for a wonderful experience! The food speaks for itself, every bite is a different flavor party in your mouth. Tasty and satisfying! It’s the people that really make the visit extraordinary. Yolanda was very attentive during my recent visit. My husband usually orders for me yet this time I relied on Yolanda’s recommendation.. not a grain left behind! She also made sure I knew where to sit so I could charge my laptop and connect to the legacy place wifi & checked on me when I was done. Amazing customer service all around.
